Coast Is Clear on ollut haluttu rantakotti vuosia. Äskettäin valmistunut vierastalo, kuisti, oma uima-allas, päägrilli-alue ja takkakuoppa parantavat vain perheen suosikki loma-asuntoa täällä Carillon Beachillä. Uusia lisäyksiä ja uutta paikan päällä tapahtuvaa hallintaa.

OLEMME Carillon Beach -asunnot. Tarjoamme paitsi valikoiman huippuluokan Carillon-koteja loma-asunnolle, myös asumme kokopäiväisesti Carillon Beachillä. Yhteisössä eläminen antaa ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden vastata välittömästi odottamattomiin ongelmiin, jotka johtuvat loman aikana.

Suuri esiportaan ympäröimä valkoinen aita-aita kutsuu, koska rannikko on selkeä, josta näkymät Carillon-järvelle hämmästyttävät. Tässä uskomattomassa lomakodissa on neljän makuuhuoneen päärakennus ja kahden makuuhuoneen vieraskoti, jonka välissä on yksityinen uima-allas. Kotiin saapuminen, posh-huonekalut, Bentwood-rokkarien mukana, harmonisoituvat ainutlaatuisilla ja kauniilla roikkuvilla kynttilälaukkuilla, onyx-värisillä pöydillä ja suurella seinälle asennetulla taulutelevisiolla, jossa on ilmainen kaapeli-satelliitti. Tumma tammi parketti tuo lämpöä ja syvyyttä. Portaiden vieressä on juomabaari, jossa on kahvinkeitin, viininjäähdytin. Lähellä iso ruokapöydässä on kahdeksan mukavasti. Keittiön keskipiste on upea saari, johon mahtuu neljä. Milanon kvartsi työtasot, mukautetut laatoitetut backsplash ja ammattikäyttöön tarkoitetut ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet jakavat tämän tilan valkoisten räätälöityjen keittiönkaapien kanssa. Tämä inspiroiva keittiö herättää sisäisen kokin.

Rannikko on selkeä sijaitsee aidatulla, Persianlahden edessä sijaitsevassa Carillon Beach -yhteisössä, joka nauttii 3900 metrin jalostamattomista, valkoisista, sokerimaisista hiekkarannoista. Palveluihin kuuluu 3 yhteisöuima-allasta: Bellview Park, Beach Club -allas (sijaitsee Meksikonlahdella) ja itä-allas. Siellä on tenniskenttiä, täysi koripallokenttä, lasten leikkipaikka ja useita suuria viheralueita pelaamista varten. Tämä on kävely, pyöräily, golfkärryyhteisö ravintoloineen, jäätelöbaari, kuntosali, joogastudio, myymälä ja upea salonki ja spa. Turvallisuus on ensisijaisen tärkeää Carillonissa. Kaikkien ajoneuvojen liikenteen kulkua seuraavan ja valvovan sisäänkäynnin lisäksi Carillon palvelee myös luvanvaraisia turvahenkilöitä partioimaan alueita vieraiden turvallisuuden varmistamiseksi. Wonderful property & great location!

We have been coming to Carillon for 4 years and this was our favorite stay in Carillon so far! The house and guest house were super clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach walk over was awesome. We were worried about having a pool at the house because we had several small children with us but the house has a pool alarm that sounds when the door is opened unless a button way up high is pressed so we did not have to worry about kids getting outside without us knowing. The property manager was very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. We hope to rent this house again!

The furniture is old, as well as the TVs. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool is small but nice. Way too many “pool rules”. One of the rules says “No breath holding” ??? The property manager is very intrusive and unprofessional. We were charged an extra $85 for cleaning (after already paying $650) due to the fact that I didn’t place all the towels in the laundry room. Beware, you are not allowed to open any exterior doors or windows, or you will be getting a phone call. Overall the house is decent, but I always felt like we were being watched and we definitely got scolded. I’m 45 and we paid a LOT of money. I don’t feel like we should have been made to feel like a bunch of teenagers on college break.

Karen was so nice on the phone and let us book the guest house only given the circumstances. The guest house was extremely clean and comfortable and my kids loved the little pool. The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach walkover and an easy walk to the little retail area where we enjoyed the restaurants, general store, and bottle shop. If we had stayed longer we would have rented bikes. We had one small issue with the cable, and Rachel fixed it for us quickly the next day. Carillon was very peaceful and quiet - just what we needed.

This house is spacious and was great for our three families and teens. Kitchen adequately equipped, plenty of beach towels. Overall this house checked all of the boxes we were looking for....rental company/agent were responsive and friendly and easy to work with. The only thing I could complain about is it needs some serious updating. It’s dark, traditional decor isnt very beachy and very dated. The bathrooms need to be renovated throughout the main house and the floors need updating. Bedding/throw pillows needs to be replaced.

Fantastic place to stay

We had a great time, it was a wonderful house and the location to beach and shops was perfect. Karen was great to work with and very responsive to any of our needs.

The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, have smoothies and Margaritas for Cinco de Maya! Across the street from the community pool, a few houses down from the walk over, and pool in the back. So many options. Carillon Beach is the best.

The house accommodated our family nicely, offering good space, a comfortable well-equipped kitchen, along with its good location for enjoying Carillon's beach, pools, safe biking, and shops. Working locally, our manager Karen provided excellent service. Prompt and personable, she was available to answer questions throughout the reservation process and week's stay. A real plus! We will definitely look forward to working with Karen in the future, as we plan another stay at Coast Is Clear. We recommend this house to others.

Starting with the whole process form renting thru departure everything was first class. the house is amazing and perfect, along with the community and the Beach. It doesn't get any better. hats off to the cleaning crew everything was in great shape, no complaints.
