Leeward or Windward?

Great spot. Really enjoyed our stay. Only possible way to improve would be if I understood that there are two apartments with this same number. Difference is Leeward and Windward. I tried to get into the wrong apartment. Took a while to sort it out after a long day of travel.

Paradise

Our family had the perfect vacation staying at this property. The proximity to the beach/pool/restaurants were amazing and the grounds are well maintained. The condo itself was clean and had everything that you need as well as a few extras for items to take to the beach. We will definitely rent this property again when we return to St. Thomas! Also, Glenn has a wealth of knowledge and was great to work with.

Holiday with extended family

traveled with extended family for thanksgiving holiday as a last minute trip and rented 2 condos from Glenn in Cowpet Bay West. Glenn was extremely helpful and helped me figure out how to place both our families close to each other. Communication and availability of Glenn was absolutely amazing and helped make this trip happen. I usually stay in sapphire, but this location and both condos were great. Right on the beach, super clean, and had everything you need (including washer/dryer). if you feel lazy, you have two restaurants right downstairs by the beach. Thanks so much for a great stay !!!

Great Time in Cowpet Bay

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Glenn's property in Cowpet Bay West. We were just 5 mins away from Red Hook and 25 minutes from Charlotte Amelie. We were constantly out and about and didn't spend too much time in the condo but when we were there it was cozy. Good size bedrooms and large kitchen for a condo. I would definitely stay at Glenn's place again!!!

Great location!

We were so happy with the condo, it was just as described and in a great location! Super clean and actually stocked with things you might need! They had beach toys and games for the kids, a body board for playing in the waves (we didn't see it until we bought 3 more.😂) sunscreen in case you forget yours, laundry detergent in case you need to wash clothes. And when they say steps to the beach they mean it! Literally you walk out your door turn the corner and there is the beach! The pool was also very nice ( the kids enjoyed seeing the resident iguanas) Glen was awesome too, any time we had a question or problem he was on top of it. We had a few hiccups with flights and getting to the island but once we got there it was great to have such a nice condo to stay in!

This property was beautiful!! The view from the balcony into the bay was amazing. The condo has all the amenities needed for a long stay. We wished we would have stayed longer here. Would definitely be back here, if I have the chance!! Owners answered any and all questions we had. Thank you!!

Beautiful, on the beach, quiet, private, and spacious!!! We rented this for our family vacation. It was just what we wanted. Glenn was very helpful and so polite. I highly recommend this rental.

I travel often and I can honestly say this is my favorite place to go. Glenn is super professional and will go over the top to make sure you are well taken care of. Amazing private beach. Snorkel out the back door. Comfortable and clean. Stay here if you are going to St. Thomas. You won't be disappointed

Great Property

Looks exactly like the pics. Clean and quiet. Beach was right outside our balcony. Two restaurants located on site and a nice pool if you don’t want to get in the ocean. Property manager is prompt and helps to resolve issues quickly. I recommend!

Family Vacation to St. Thomas

We were impressed with the location of this property. It was very clean and well equipped with everything our family needed. The view was spectacular! The pool and beach were in close proximity and parking was easy. Glenn was a fantastic property manager. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice that made our first trip to St. Thomas memorable. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Nice location nice beech not a very big beech but wasn’t crowded at all.

Was a simple process. The manager was prompt and sent us all the info we needed so only talked to him once. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom both are queen beds the master has balcony access and a shower the other had a tub and no view out it’s window. Internet was slow but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

An Oasis at the End of a Long Journey

Our five-day stay here was the absolute remedy to more than a year of staying home and near isolation because of the pandemic. First, let's talk about the accommodations. This condo unit on the beach at Cowpet Bay was perfect for my husband, brother in law and sister in law. The two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms suited us just perfectly. (We flipped a coin for the bedroom with the ocean view!) The full kitchen was well-appointed with a cool electric indoor grille for our burgers and steaks, and a blender for our homemade icy adult beverages! There's a lot of attention to detail at this unit. We pretty much had everything we needed and all of the furnishings were classy and comfortable-- though most of our time inside the unit was spent out on the deck that overlooks the beach and lots of tropical flora. Glenn, our host, was immediately attentive to our every question (usually when we'd text him). We could expect a response within no more than five minutes everytime. Prior to our visit, Glenn called me and we chatted like old friends, with him telling me about the best places to visit and eat, things to be careful of (there are no sidewalks and very windy hilly roads, so don't take a long walk into town.) On our last day, Glenn gave us a quick call to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped for (it was) and to go over our steps to check out (which were super easy -- much easier than most other places we've stayed). About the complex -- it was perfect! Right on the beach...plenty of lounge chairs under palms and seagrape trees; the waters are warm and inviting; a huge swimming pool and jacuzzi are also warm, enjoyable and a focal point for even more lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. There are two great eateries right on the premises -- a beach bar that is open for really nice breakfasts and lunches; and a gourmet restaurant that also does not disappoint. There is also a place to rent kayaks, paddle boards, petal boats and snorkeling equipment. Our crew, however, opted for those great lounge chairs under a shady tree! Red Hook, with all its shops and restaurants is so close by. If there were sidewalks, you could walk into that cool little town every night and really soak it all in. Red Hook is also where you pick up the ferry to St. John -- a must! So, do it! Go there! Relax, rejuvenate and get back your smile!!

Great location!

The apartment is in a really great area. I liked being in a resort where other travelers were staying! The apartment is in a private residential area so it felt safe. Super convenient to Red Hook where there are good restaurants and bars and you can catch the ferry to St John. There are two restaurants on site - the Caribbean Fish Market and a little beach bistro, which was really nice to grab a quick bite. The apartment linens and towels could stand to be replaced, they felt very worn out. Otherwise, it was a really great place to stay! Laundry in the apartment and two full bathrooms. Lots of space and a great balcony overlooking the beach.

A gem that saved our vacation!

SO thankful to have found this property in a pinch when a different host cancelled on us 5 days before our trip! Glenn was prompt, clear, & friendly in his communication. Check in was a breeze. The grounds are beautiful and definitely a hidden gem away from the crowds of the bigger beaches. Condo is updated, clean, and had everything we needed with an amazing view!

Great Condo, Great Location!

We had a fantastic stay for the last half of our spring break trip to the USVI. Glenn was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating! The place is updated and very well maintained. The location right by the beach was definitely a plus. The place has pretty much everything you need for your stay including beach towels, snorkel gear, and coolers. In terms of locale, there are two restaurants on the beach, one of which is open during the day. There are more restaurants down the street on another beach, plus it is VERY close to Red Hook and all it has to offer. Would HIGHLY recommend this place if you ever need a place to stay at St Thomas.

Gem on the Beach

What a fantastic property. We almost cancelled our trip because we couldn't find an availalable rooms and happened upon this one. It was absolutely perfect, steps from the beach, all of the functionality for a perfect long weekend. We had the necessities to make breakfast, towels for the beach, comfortable beds, nice towels and even a couple of beach toys. The property manager was fantastic and oh so helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this property or any others in this complex or owened by this group.
