Lähde upeaan seikkailuun perheen ja ystävien kanssa tässä uskomaton 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpykerroksen pohjakerroksen osakehuoneistossa! Kuka haluaa portaat hiihdon tai vaelluksen jälkeen ?! Haluatko risteillä tunnettujen lomakohteiden, kuten Breckenridge, Copper Mountain ja Arapahoe Basin, rinteillä, tehdä ostoksia sydämesi sisällölle Silverthornessa (kivenheiton päässä) tai yhdistää vain lasten kanssa, tämä loma-asunto tarjoaa tehdä mahdolliseksi. Tee aterioita täysin varustetussa keittiössä, pysy lämpimänä takan äärellä tässä Kalliovuorten kodissa!

Noin 0,3 km: n päässä Summit Stage -reitin bussipysäkeistä, Summit Countyn ilmainen bussi, joka palvelee Friscon, Breckenridgen, Silverthornen ja Dillonin kaupunkeja sekä paikallisia hiihtoalueita. Takseja on saatavana myös alueelta.

Talvikuukausina voit nauttia omasta parkkipaikastasi lämmitettyssä autotallissa, jolla on pääsy sisätiloihin.

Great place right on the river.

The place is immaculate with all the amenities you need to make it feel like home. We even saw two moose from the living room walk along the river one afternoon.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Mike's apartment, everything was really clean and new and appreciated the really good quality of all the kitchen utensils, mattresses, sheets. We enjoyed the fireplace, it was nice to have a garage when you come back from skiing, and the location is very convenient to the slopes, target, and many restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Very clean, new and updated feel. Comfortable beds and equip kitchen. Close to I70 so close to all ski resorts. Great view of the river of the back porch. Very comfortable for our stay. Mike provided great communication during our stay.

Idyllic Riverfront Stay at Silverthorne!

We just returned from the most wonderful two-week stay at this gorgeous condo, right by the Blue River in Silverthorne. Apart from its unbeatable location and beautiful views, we really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and clean and modern bathrooms. The attached garage was also super convenient. Julie and Mike are such kind and hospitable hosts and we can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Serene Setting

Wonderful setting to just enjoy the day or as a central point for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with everything to make you feel at home. Dillon Reservoir is a quick drive, town of Frisco has nice shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the towns of Georgetown, Fairplay and South Park City Museum. This location is perfect for anything you may want to do.

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. The check-in process is very easy. Location is close to everything. We checked out a couple of the restaurants Mike recommended and they did not disappoint. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing we didn't love was the construction nextdoor... another building is being built and the workers woke us up very early every morning. I would still recommend staying here to anyone, just after the construction has finished if you plan on sleeping in at all.

Quiet Blue River Beauty

Schedules allowed us to plan an extended stay to Silverthorne in February and a return visit to Mike's Blue River condo was our top choice. Mike is a great host and one year later, the condo continues to impress. It is extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace and furnishings that provide all the comforts of home. The condo is centrally located within short day travel to many ski resorts and other winter fun. The no stairs ground level and direct access to garage are an added bonus.

Beautiful new condo next to the Blue River

My daughter, her husband, and myself stayed for 4 days in this beautiful condo. It was clean and it had everything that we needed need to cook our meals. It has a garage, and it was nice to nice to come out to a warm car on cold winter mornings. The blue river runs by this condo, and we enjoyed the scenic views. We would stay there gain.

Second Time - Just as nice

We have stayed in Mike’s riverfront property once before and we enjoyed it just as much the second time around. We’ve been there for both winter and summer stays and enjoyed it just as well. Great location - easy access to skiing, hiking, restaurants. Fly fishing right outside the door. Hope to stay in this property sometime in the not too distant future. Garage and one outdoor parking space. No stairs to manage. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the space. Gas grill on the patio. Thanks, Mike

We had a 2 week stay at Mike’s condo on the Blue River and what a great choice. The location is the best- very quiet with beautiful scenery and centrally close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, snowshoeing, and of course the ski resorts. Mike was an excellent host- always very quick to respond to questions or offer recommendations. The condo kitchen is very well stocked and equipped, there are high quality furnishings in every room and the entire unit was extremely clean. The extra attention to give guests all the comforts of home gets a * five*star* from us.

Great vibes and warm atmosphere

This property is uniquely placed right on the blue river giving off an incredibly cathartic experience. From the moment you walk inside and see the modern interior design as well as the1100 sqft feeling spacious. The area around silverthorne is quite beautiful and up and coming. The property is in a great place for those looking to enjoy various hikes and outdoor activities. We used the property as a home base to travel to and from equidistance cities for outdoor exploration. Overall unit was great and we will be back! Thanks Michael

Blue River Flats Condo in Silverthorne

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue River Flats. The condo was a wonderful place to stay in Silverthorne and was located right next to the Blue River. My husband really enjoyed watching and listening to the river. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Everything we needed was included. Mike was a great host. He answered every question immediately. I would very highly recommend this condo in Silverthorne.

Great Ski Country Condo

Perfect for two couples. Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. Heated floors in the bathrooms. New, high end appliances. Weber gas grill. We’ll stocked kitchen. Heated garage. Amazing view of the river. Close to both Breckinridge and Keystone ski areas. Close to Blue River Hiking/Biking Trail for non-skiers. Mike, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Amazing view and access to everything Silverthorne

This property is amazing and especially during the winter season. Upon arrival, we pulled into a warmed garage fitted with snow shoeing shoes and snow sleds. Once in the unit, we were pleasantly delighted to see a sweet Christmas tree by the window and hand warmers available to us. The home is outfitted with wonderful and comfortable decor. The kitchen is easy to navigate. Mornings were amazing looking out onto the snow and stream of water with coffee in hand. The bed was very comfortable. There are two rooms and two bath. And, you can do laundry during your stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely like to come back.

When looking for a vacation place, You want location, comfortable beds, cleanliness, ease of reservation process and if planning to prepare meals to have all tools necessary to do so. This lovely condo checks each of these requirements. It is conveniently located to activities this area provides. The condo offers a beautifully peaceful and relaxing view of the Blue River by being right on the corner of the building. The owner communicates well and has supplied the home with high end furniture and supplies. We will reserve this condo again when we are back in this Silverton, Dillon, Breck area !

Family wedding gathering

I booked this unit almost a year in advance so that I could be close to my daughter's wedding venue at the Silverthorne Pavilion. My sister and brother-in-law shared the unit with me, and 5 other family members were in another unit in the complex. The location close to the Blue River is especially beautiful and calming. The open kitchen/living room area is very functional, with large windows opening to the river view and a small deck with a gas grill. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and staples, especially lots of spices for home cooking. Overall, I'd happily stay here again in the future!

Great stay

My brother and I go skiing every year and each year stay somewhere different. There are two kinds of properties we stay at. The first kind is 'turn-key' style where it doesn't appear that the owner has ever stepped foot inside and has a management company run everything. These usually have old furniture, poor bedding, old tube tvs, nothing in the spice cabinet, the cheapest pots and pans, etc. Then there is this kind of property - where you can tell the owner spends at least some time there and cares about the place. It feels more like a home away from home. Nice bedding, well appointed kitchen, smart tv, nice furniture, etc. My only nitpick was two nights we had noisy kids in the unit above us but it seemed specific to this family because the unit above us had different people every other night and there were no issues. Overall, I can easily recommend this place.
