Phoenix IX on yksi Persianlahden uusimmista ja ylellisimmistä osakehuoneistoista! Voit nauttia upeasta näkymä lahdelle parvekkeelta tai lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla. Yli 1 570 neliömetrin yksikkö on erittäin tilava ja vasta kalustettu.

Palveluja on runsaasti tässä Phoenix IX -huoneistossa: yksikkö on varustettu täysikokoisilla laitteilla, baarikeittimellä, jossa jääpalakone, 48 tuuman HDTV-olohuoneessa seinälle asennettavat 32 tuuman televisiot makuuhuoneissa, pesutupa täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, kaksi kuningatar-kokoista vuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja Queen-vuodesohva jopa 8: lle.

Seitsemässä kerroksessa on ulkouima-allas turvatulla kiddy-uima-altaalla, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, josta on uskomattomat näkymät, kaksi poreallasta, huippuluokan kuntokeskus ja sisätenniskenttä.

Yksikön varaamiseksi on olemassa 25 vuoden ikäinen alaraja, joka pannaan täytäntöön ilman hyvitystä rikkomisesta.

The only thing was cookeare. We cook a lot instead of going out to eat. Cookware needs upgraded with a good skillet and a couple more pots and pans. Other than that it was perfect.

Enjoyable stay, but the condo could use a deep clean

The master bathroom had mold/mildew in the shower and required a deep clean/scrub. The ceiling was peeling in the kitchen and master bath, but that didn’t affect the function of the space. Overall, the property was great and the views were amazing.

Great Getaway

Condo is well appointed and had all we needed to cook, wash, or relax. Building is well constructed so we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. View of the ocean from the patio and den couldn’t be beat. Super easy check-in and check-out. Good security posted at front and present on the property The only negative would be the linens. Bring your own if you’re particular. The linens were clean but LOW quality. We will book again!

Totally unhappy with my reservation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My reservation was made for a different unit that I had looked at online and rented. I received a call explaining about the possibility of remodel noise and suggested I should cancel. I refused the offer as we had planned this get away and needed it. The day that we leave to drive to the unit I receive a call, suddenly our unit isn't available but this one is, do we still want to come. We are literally packed and walking out of the door at the time of the call. Arrive at the unit, no welcome package, paper towels etc. Not one roll of toilet paper in the unit not even the empty roll. I call and have to go downstairs to a currently empty unit to gather toilet tissue for our unit. Not exactly a great welcome. This unit is dated and needs and through cleaning to get rid of the gunk and mold in the master bath. The lines were stained and either need replaced or commercially cleaned. The bedding in the second bedroom are in need of a commercial cleaning or replaced too.We have rented many times and at many of the Pheonix locations and this is my first disappointing trip.

Needs updating and a thorough cleaning!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs a serious deep cleaning. The floors were gritty with sand on our arrival and were filthy in the corners, under beds, and along baseboards. Floors had not even been swept, much less mopped, before our arrival. We found an old broom and swept it ourselves to avoid tracking sand into our beds. Most of the grout on the tile floors is discolored by dirt, and needs to be steam cleaned. There was a flood lightbulb in the refrigerator (which was strobing), instead of an appliance bulb. The ice maker in the bar was great, but said it needed a new filter. The chandelier over the dining table had 3 different types of bulbs in it, and some didn’t light up when dimmed. In the guest room, the large cloth rug was filthy with stains and full of sand. It’s deep wrinkles were a constant tripping hazard and couldn't be straightened without lifting furniture. In the guest bath, the shower curtain drags on the dirty floor and the bottom fringe is black with dirt as a result. There is no stopper in the guest bathtub, so taking a bath is not possible. In the kitchen, the ceramic stovetop had extremely dirty burners and required stovetop cleaner, which is not provided. The master tub’s textured bottom is discolored with dirt and needs serious scrubbing. We had no complaint with the sheets, which are criticized in other reviews, but the towels were scratchy and dingy. We washed them ourselves and they were much softer after we used Bounce in the dryer. The living room furniture looks nice in the pictures, but the upholstery is stained. Deep cleaning and some attention to detail is needed. The location is good. The pool area is nice, but there is not an adjacent restroom, which we found to be very inconvenient. It's quite a walk to the one in the office. We did not use the indoor pool, but it's on an upper floor, and is large and has a wall of windows. Perfect Condo!

It was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. The extra fans were the exact thing I never knew I needed for those times the ocean breezes weren’t blowing onto the balcony. Thank you for a perfect vacation in the perfect location!

Beautiful condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and beautifully decorated condo. Would rent same unit again for sure! Ice maker and wet bar were a bonus! Very well maintained building and grounds. The only thing I’d recommend is adding dish soap and more kitchen towels to the welcome package. Otherwise we had zero complaints. A shoutout to, Pete the on-site security guard. He was super friendly and a genuine nice guy!

Week Vacation

Only negative is we spent 2 hours as soon as we arrived in cleaning the condo. Very dirty. Piles of hair in the living, mold in the commode. Dirt, dust, and pills in the floor of the bedroom. Bathroom floor filty. Refrigerator dirty. Coffee cups and silverware put back in drawers were dirty. Vape pin under bed. Whomever cleans this condo needs training on proper cleaning procedures.

Beautiful view but would pick another condo unit next time

Friendly staff - the gentlemen at the gate was great! The ease of getting to the beach couldn't have been better. Great amenities - my son loved the indoor pool!The bad stuff: Definitely need to up the cleaning standards on this unit. The floors were filthy and I had to vacuum upon arriving due to the amount of crumbs in the guest bedroom. The vacuum canister was packed full and had to be emptied before being used. The balcony looked like someone dumped a bucket of sand under the table and chairs. The bathroom drawers had so much hair in them we didn't unpack bathroom items. We have stayed with Phoenix Rentals before and this problem was definitely not what we have experienced in the past.Big Picture: Would stay at Phoenix IX again but not unit 1107.

Convenient and available parking, friendly staff, no congested elevators or long waits as experienced at other condos, adequate fitness center, comfortable unit, great view, literally steps from the beach and a short walk to Florida! Location is perfect for us! Easy walk to watch my son’s skydive landing on the beach at Florabama! Great vacation!
