Wild Dunes Beach Club Villa- Community pool and ocean view, screened porch!

Oceanview 3 bedroom, 3 bath, townhouse style elevated condo is perfectly situated in one of Wild Dunes most desirable locations. The outdoor community pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled), lush tropical surroundings, and miles of pristine beach are right outside your back door.

The spacious and comfortable screen porch overlooks the beautiful pool area located directly behind the unit with direct access to the beach! Open concept kitchen/dining/living space, featuring wood pine flooring. The bathrooms boast granite countertops, and tiled floors. The bedrooms are carpeted (brand new carpet and paint 2024, stay tuned for updated photos end of April 2024), and each have access to their own bath! Come enjoy island living at its best! Wireless internet & Linens Included. No smoking or pets permitted. No elevator in the Beach Club Villa Community. First level is ground level, the living space starts on 2nd level (stairs to access front entry)

* Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes*

Covered parking for one, and uncovered parking for the second vehicle in shared lot (No garage parking)
Outdoor shower for rinsing off underneath screened porch (cold water only)

Second Floor (main level):
Open Kitchen, dining, and living space
Living Room with Flat screen Smart TV (cable connected) and direct access to screened porch facing ocean/pool
Dining area: seats 6 at table, with extra seating available along the kitchen island
Bedroom 1: Two full beds; Share full bath (shower/tub combo) with hall; Smart TV.

Third Floor:
Bedroom 2: King bed; Full private bath with shower; Cable TV; Private uncovered balcony facing ocean and pool.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed; Full private bath (shower/tub combo).
Laundry closet with washer and dryer in hallway

**Please note that this property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or Gym - only the Beach Club Villa pool (seasonal April -end of October)**

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/24 to 8/17/24; 3 night minimum in off season.**

Small things that could be fixed up just for ease. Freezer took a long time to make ice, microwave display did not work, and toilets kept running or did not flush well.

Dryer was a little wonky and I wish there was a way to lock the back doors when leaving for the beach (key pad should also be on those doors since no key was given)
