Deluxe-tilavassa, loppukäyttäjäkaupungissamme on kaksi suurta, meren rannalla sijaitsevaa liukuovea, jotka avautuvat laajoille merinäköaloille. Tässä kulmayksikössä on kaksi ikkunaa, jotka ovat tilavan vihreän nurmikon alueelle päin ja näkymät Tyynellemerelle. Voit nauttia esteetöntä merinäköala jokaisesta alakerran huoneesta ja yläkerran makuuhuoneesta. Istu ja rentoudu kummallakin Lanai-alueella. Olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä uima-allasalueelta, rehevän trooppisen värin kanssa. Istutusmuotoisessa rakennuksessa on kaksi kerrosta, joten et saa naapureita ylä- tai alapuolellesi. Hiljainen ja rentouttava! Alakerrassa on tilava sisäänkäynti, pääasiallinen oleskelutila, ruokailutila, keittiö, täysi kylpyamme suihkulla ja pesulapalvelut. Yläkerrassa voit nauttia kahdesta suuresta makuuhuoneesta, joissa jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone.
Odotettavissa on ylellinen mukavuus kaikilla mukavuuksilla ja trooppisella sisustuksella, mitä tosi Kauai-kokemus voi tarjota. Kaikki sängyt ovat runsas ja upouusi! Master-sviitissä on king-vuode ja kaksi muhkeat tuolit ja ottomaanit täysimittaisten lasiovien katselemiseen, jotka avautuvat suoraan siniselle Tyynellemerelle. Liukuvat aallot rauhoittavat sinua nukkumaan! Master-kylpyammeessa on kaksoisallas, kylpyamme ja erillinen suihku. Toisen makuuhuoneen sviitti näyttää alas reheviltä puutarhoilta ja kurkistaa uima-altaan alueelta. Täältä löydät queen-vuode ja yhden hengen sänky, joten tässä huoneessa voi nukkua 3 henkilöä. Tälle suurelle makuuhuoneelle on saatavana myös kuningatar deluxe-tyyny. Tässä kylpyammeessa on yksi pesuallas ja suuri suihkukaappi.
Kaikissa päähuoneissa on uskomattomat kattotuulettimet. Kallistetut ikkunat avautuvat, jotta kaupan tuulet voivat virtata alakerrassa ja yläkerran kylpyhuoneissa. Lisätuulettimia on saatavana, jos tarvitset enemmän ilman liikettä. Kannettavat ilmastointilaitteet sijaitsevat jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa nukkumista varten Kauaiin lämpiminä iltoina. (Huomaa, että yhdelläkään Poipu Kapili -kohteen yksiköistä ei ole keskitettyä ilmastointilaitetta).
Yksi suosituimmista surffauspaikoista Kauai-eteläpuolella on aivan rannalla Poipu Kapilista. Varo paikallisten kesyttävän aaltoja! Jos sukellat, aivan surffailun ulkopuolella on eksoottinen Sheraton Caves -sukelluspaikka. Ja mukana toimitetulla snorkkelivarusteella koko perheelle voit nauttia riutan elävistä väreistä kuluttamatta senttiäkään! Tarjoamme jopa joukon vartalolevyjä hauskanpitoon surffailusta ja hiekkaleluja pienimmille. Voit ajaa länteen kuuluisalle Spouting Horn -aukolle tai Allertonin kasvitieteelliseen puutarhaan alle 2 minuutissa. Kävele itään Sheraton-rannalta maailmankuululle Poipun rannalle. Aivan sen ulkopuolella on yksi maailman kuuluisimmista surffauspaikoista - kaunis Brennecken ranta.
Poipu-ostoskylä on muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Hetken sisällä on myös Kukiuulan The Shops -kaupat, joissa on hyväpalkkaisia ostosmahdollisuuksia, gallerioita ja monia ravintoloita ja kahviloita sekä markkinat ja apteekit. Ostosalue rajoittuu 18-reikäisen Kiahuna-golfkentän ja 10-kenttäisen Kiahuna-tenniskerhon kanssa. Aivan rannikon tuntumassa on 5 tähden Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, joka tarjoaa golf-, jooga- ja kuntoilutilat kaikille.
Frommerin online-matkaoppaan mukaan Poipu Kapili on johtava South Side -lomakeskuskompleksi. Istutustyylisistä rakennuksista löydät rento ilmapiirin ja moitteettomasti hoidetut tontit. Koska koko kompleksissa on vain 60 yksikköä, et koskaan ole tungosta. Löyd�� kaksi tenniskenttää, puutarha omien tuoreiden yrttien korjaamiseksi illalliselle ja hyvin henkilökunnan vastaanotto. Allasalueella on omat esteetön merinäköala. Täällä auringonlaskut uppoavat mereen vihreillä välähdyksillä! Tarkkaile joulukuun ja toukokuun välisenä aikana rikkoneita valaita olohuoneesta ja lanailta, kun palot kulkevat suoraan Poipu Kapilin edessä. Ympäri vuoden näet leikkisien delfiinien, sukellusveneiden ja surffaajien kouluja, mikä tekee siitä jännittävän ja ylellisen paikan elää havaijilaisella unelmalomasi.

Everything we ever dreamed of in a Hawaiian vacation! Opened the doors to the stylish and comfortable condo and we all gasped at how nice. Opened the traditional shutters to a magnificent unimpeded view of the ocean directly across the street- perfection! Excellent location, nicely appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and beach supplies. Watching surfers from the sea wall, catching a meteor shower from the lanai. Very memorable stay.

Wonderful condo, amazing views

We were here for 11 days and loved it. The owner provides plenty of kitchen supplies, beach/bath towels and beach toys. We used the boogie boards everyday. One main advantage of this specific unit was the views and space on two sides. The kids could run around on the lawn where we could keep an eye on them AND the ocean views. Salt water pool was also very lovely and convenient. The street in front does get popular with locals and visitors who hang out in their cars and on the lava wall to watch the sunset. The music from their cars did get fairly loud sometimes, but everyone moves on soon after the sun goes down. If the new owner decides to put this on the vacation rental market, we would definitely want to book it again.

Great View!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was awesome!! If had to complain about anything, I guess it would be the A/C. Each up-stair bedrooms had a small A/C unit, which it did cool it down a little. I would recommend them switching to a mini spilt for the upstairs and downstairs. We are from Texas and we love our A/C's cold.Awaking up every day with the view from the master bedroom was amazing. The house was in a perfect location to run to the locator grocery store or taco stand. We ended up walking down to the Sheraton Beach and hanging out there each day. I would recommend this place.

Perfection in Paradise

Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and decorated home away from home has everything you need in order to make you feel as if you live in Kauai. Upon arrival, we found the place to be immaculate and tidy. Our hosts did a wonderful job of decorating with attention to every detail. Kitchen has everything you need - coffee maker, plenty of plates, cups/glasses and utensils, toaster, pots and pans and large fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker. Washer and dryer were helpful a few times, as was the iron and ironing board. The back patio overlooking the ocean was amazing morning, noon and night. The winds off the ocean at night were cooling and calming. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear (we had our own, but still) and a host of other items like tennis racquets and balls were available and in great shape. We were very sad to leave this place, but happy we got to enjoy it for 5 nights. Mahalo...until we meet (stay here) again!

Not as described!

We were expecting a well maintained and furnished unit. Since there were 6 of us we needed to use the hide- a-bed which was very uncomfortable and held together with wire. The mattress in the master bedroom was not very clean. The television in the living room did not work. Hopefully owner will upgrade furnishings because the unit is in a good location. He did provide beach equipment which was appreciated. You can whale watch from the inside of the condo and just step outside to watch the sun set every night. There is a very nice beach just a short walk past the Sheraton Hotel and 2 shopping centers near by.

Fabulous condo but tremendous noise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo about 20 times - always beautiful but particularly so now with the gorgeous re-model. Gif many years, there was peace and quiet at night but now do you the young disrespectful locals, drinking, loud, loud music, throwing beer bottles etc, it has become terribly disruptive to the serenity of this lovely place. One cannot listen to their own music, sit on the wall for sunset or enjoy a lovely dinner outdoors. It is such a shame ! The police do little about it anc the manager in the ofc was rude and obnoxious. We still shared a beautiful time with our grandchildren but this situation certainly put a damper on itAt the end of survey - recommend? Difficult to say with all of the noise. Most people would bd terribly unhappy.

One evening one group of young women were screaming and howling. One evening, it wasn't bad. We tried to not be in the unit or on the lanai from 6:00-Sunset. The situation is more tolerable in the pool which is a good option if you get back from dinner early. Oddly, when you walk down the road, few people/ cars gather in front of the other homes and condo units on this road. Maybe the management of those units call the police or something?Aside from this issue, the unit is practically perfect. We loved our stay! We stayed for 11 nights and could have stayed longer! A week would have been way too short. One other note - the guidebook mentioned that spare sheets were in the upstairs hall closet. That closet is locked and marked "private." I called the r

This is a stunningly beautiful unit in the best location on the property. It is beautifully appointed and we loved the homeowners book of the recent renovation. The pool is marvelous. We would appreciate the addition of a gas BBQ on the property instead of charcoal. IMO The only drawback of the property is the lack of an efficient A/C unit. I understand the owner is in the process of changing that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Our family of four stayed at this amazing property for a week. We wanted something that was close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, allowing us to walk, but also far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxation. It was perfect. One thing we did not realize was that the accommodation did not have central air conditioning. The bedrooms each had a portable air conditioner. It worked out well enough.

Amazing Property overall, with only one real issue

Pros:-Beautiful location: cannot be overstated how pretty-Close to diving, snorkeling, restaurants-Well maintained: Excellent, professional property management; very responsive to issues-Good pool-Helpful on-site LaundryCons:-AC (a couple of bedroom units) simply insufficient during the arrival/day/evening. You *will* be suffering.-No heating at night (and it can get quite cool)-Loud noise from people stopped/camped/partying on road nightly (see pro bullet 1: it’s very pretty). Ocean is also kind of loud, but that didn’t bother us as it’s pleasant white noise. -Bizarre louver system on all windows. Yes, theoretically it’s possible (if annoying) to crank these open and closed throughout the day to manage temperature. But at these prices in 2025, I’d expect central environment control.

Best of the best

This property is the best unit in the best property on south shore! Kiahuna beach is the steps away and was our favorite beach- swimming and snorkeling. The property managers were clear with communication and swiftly addressed a minor issue without interfering with our stay. One note- the daybed in the guest room didn't seem to be a full size twin. Perfect for our kid but an adult wouldn't be pleased. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Good Poipu Condo

Overall, we had a great experience with the condo itself. Condition was good and well kept. The views of the ocean were great, and it was easy walking distance to a nice beach with swimming. During our stay it seemed like the complex was largely for older couples so just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with kids - our kids had more fun at the beach vs the pool as a result. My only issue with the condo and the reason I would not stay here again is that a road runs in front of the unit which impacted the experience for us. There was a pretty consistent stream of cars and people walking on the road. There was not excessive noise so while this is probably fine for many, I prefer a quieter, more private experience so the road was not ideal. Overall, though, a really good experience.

Beautiful views

We stayed at this property for 10 days. The views of the ocean from the living area and master bedroom were spectacular. The kitchen and guest room had views of the pool and grassy area that included lots of palms and flowering plants. Sunset views from the property were looked forward to daily. There were sunset spectators but they were respectful and were always gone shortly after the sun went down, we never had excessive noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils and the upstairs bedrooms do have an air conditioning unit. The first floor even with sliders all opened was incredibly warm in the afternoon. We tried not to use any of the lights on the 1st floor to try to keep it cooler and more tolerable. The condo is about a 5-10 walk to a local coffee shop and the walk to Poipu Beach took about 15. We enjoyed several meals in Poipu but really found ourselves enamored with the small town of Koloa, about a 7 min drive. We would recommend any family to stay at this rental.

Best location ever!

We have eyed this property on previous stays. It did not disappoint. Views are amazing. Great flow through air. Be aware there is no air conditioning on the main level and individual units in the bedrooms. It can be warm at times mainly late afternoon as the sun is setting. We didn’t mind at all. Love it here and would stay again no hesitation. Thank you.

Nice location with easy walk to beach. Short walk to Sheraton. Great breeze with sliding doors open. Overall wonderful unit and very clean would be perfect if it had central air.

Wonderful Location

This property is in an ideal location to enjoy Poipu and Koloa. Best sunsets and whale activity right from the private lanai. The condo is well appointed and quiet. More spread out than I anticipated, which was nice! The grounds are clean as is the pool. The property manager was professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding View!!

The condo was very clean and the property management company wasimmediately available to solve the few problems that occurred during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals, the beds were all confortable, and the view from two directions cannot be beat! We will stay there again.

A real gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is now our new home to stay when we visit Kaua'i. The location is perfect, being able to walk to beaches and watch the sunset. We loved having the multiple lanais to sit outside and relax. The location allowed us to visit the west and east coasts of Kaua'i easily. The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would not recommend this property to a friend...only because we would want to rent it!
