Puuasemalta lankkulattioista aina valkoiseen, siniseen ja harmaan värikarttaan, tämä huoneisto saa sinut rentoutumaan rannalla olevassa hetkessä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa ruostumattomat laitteet ja kaikki keittovälineet, jotka sinun täytyy pilata nopeasti välipalaa tai täysi ateria perheenjäsenille nauttiaksesi aamiaisbaarissa tai ruokapöydässä. Olohuoneen tähti on 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa on päivitetty kaapeliurheilupaketti ja viinijääkaappi jäähdyttääksesi suosikki juomia. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location. It is easy to walk around the Village or visit the pool area for Pilot House, which was not crowded. Just jump in the golf cart to go to the beach or Grand Boulevard or to ride around the property. It was also nice to have two bathrooms in the 1 bedroom condo.

They have beach stuff to take and golf cart to carry supplies to beach so you don’t have to pay for parking or buy the beach umbrellas and chairs . I would stay here again.

I loved how it was close to Baytowne and came with the golf cart rental. We did have some charging issues but everyone was very attentive to getting th issue resolved. The cable went out but they immediately had the provider out to resolve the issue as well. I can’t speak enough on just how clean the place was which is very important to me and where I rent.

Perfect Location

Pros: Perfect location. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and activities inside the Baytowne Wharf area. Love that it came with golf cart, which is nice for getting to the beach and to the Grand Blvd plaza. Building is connected to the parking garage, which was convenient for loading/ unloading the car, and nice for staying dry since it rained most of the trip. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever you could need. Ice maker was full of ice, I never had to buy any. There’s boxes of shampoo, conditioner, soap, even linen spray, and aloe gel. Cons: The unit itself is poorly maintained. Loose tiles in the master bathroom that moved/ made noise every time I step on them. Bathtub was slow-draining, so my feet were under water while showering. One of the sinks also slow-draining. Mold starting to grow around the ac vent and ceiling in master bath. The whole floor was in need of a SERIOUS SCRUB, black grime in all the grout and ridges of the tiles. I wore socks or sandals the whole time. I couldn’t let my baby crawl on the floor. Balcony was unusable because it was so dirty and dusty. Overall, I would not stay in this unit again. I didn’t complain because the things needed for this unit to be acceptable wasn’t something that a quick clean could fix, (other than the balcony maybe). Plus, if it didn’t rain all week, we probably wouldn’t have been in the unit enough to care. It doesn’t seem like someone is regularly checking things.

A Little Getaway

The overall stay was amazing! The location was great. We loved that the village was just a few steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed having the access to the golf cart-it made things so much easier! The one thing I was looking forward to doing but wasn’t able to, was to sit on the balcony; they were doing construction. We weren’t ever there during the times they were doing construction though so the noise didn’t bother us.

Construction Work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the rental was nice. Unfortunately, we were awoken to sounds of construction work right outside of our unit. This put a damper on sleeping in while on vacation. Also, there was an issue with the unit not having a blanket for the sleep sofa. After lots of back and forth the property manage did bring a blanket to the unit that evening.

Nice to wake up to the contractor in the living room.

First and foremost its a great location with private parking and loved the Golf cart. Now to why such a low rating. There is a air tag on the golf cart so they can track you. I get that it is expensive it would have been nice to know is all. The deck was mess and couldn't use it. They were painting that week. Would have been nice to know. Now what really set us off was we were napping at 5pm before dinner and I wake up to find a contractor in the living room saying we needed to move all the furniture off the deck to the inside of a small condo. I informed them that we would be out in two days at 10am. They still wanted to move it. I offered to throw the stuff off the deck but they would not be putting it inside. I immediately contacted the local rental agency and informed them of our displeasure. (Vacation Haven). They called back and left a message saying they looked at the CAM and noticed the furniture wasn't moved. I called back and said it wasn't going to be moved and they could wait for us to leave in less than 24 hour. The most disturbing thing is (other than waking up to a stranger in the room). I looked for a CAM but didn't see one........Do they have one? We will never know because we would never rent from Vacation Haven again.

The location was excellent, with convenient walking distance to the wharf, making it easy to explore the area. The addition of a golf cart was a great perk, enhancing the overall experience. However, the cleanliness of the unit was just okay; it could have been better maintained. On a positive note, the beach closet was a thoughtful addition, providing useful amenities for a day by the shore. Unfortunately, the bedding was not comfortable, and the linens/pillows were subpar, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, while the rental unit offered some conveniences and a great location, there’s a clear need for improvement in terms of cleanliness, bedding quality, and updating the space for a more enjoyable stay.

Very clean rental

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was very clean. There were a few upkeep maintenance problems loose tiles, floor edging warped, patio door handles broken, sofa bed sagged in the middle. We are fans of staying in the Pilot House. The patio was nice and clean, but directly over the street where the parking garage exits - so it is quite loud with cars and golf carts. Management was very responsive when one of the toilets wasn’t working properly and we needed a blanket.
