Bewilderder on tilava kaksikerroksinen kattohuoneisto, joka tarjoaa parasta uudesta urbanismista. Tämä Seaside-alueen sydämessä sijaitseva 25 Central Square -rakennuksen kolmannessa ja neljännessä kerroksessa sijaitseva yksikkö tarjoaa panoraamanäkymät Persianlahelle, josta voi nauttia oman parvekkeen tai kolmen yleisen alueen yksityisyydestä.

25 Central Square on kahden Amerikan johtavan arkkitehdin, Rodolfo Machado ja Jorge Silvetti, suunnittelema asuin-kaupallinen rakennus. Se sai Massachusetts Design Award -palkinnon vuonna 1991 ja Progressive Architecture Citation -yrityksen vuonna 1993.

Hämmentyneellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammetta sekä jauhehuone ja nukkuu kuusi henkilöä. Sijaitsee rannan ja Meksikonlahden vieressä, olet myös vain muutaman askeleen päässä Merenranta-alueen ostoskeskuksista ja ruokailusta.

Lähtötasolla on täysin varustettu keittiön keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, astianpesukone, liesi, uuni ja mikroaaltouuni. Keittiö on keskellä tätä tasoa, kun se kulkee ikkunoiden läpi olohuoneeseen ja sisäänkäynnille. Ruokasalissa on pöytä, jossa on kuusi tuolia, sivupöytä ja näkymät lahdelle. Tilavassa olohuoneessa on queen-vuodesohva, 3 ylimääräistä sivutuolia, lamppu, Bose-stereojärjestelmä ja LCD-TV. Myös nopea langaton internet-palvelu. Olohuoneen ulkopuolella on oma parveke, jossa on kahvilapöytä ja 2 tuolia rentoutuaksesi ja nauttiaksesi Persianlahden näkymistä, tuulista ja auringonlaskuista. Pieni pyykkikaapissa pinottu pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Naistenhuone.

Yläkerrassa on queen-makuuhuone, jossa kaksi yöpöytää, 2 sivutuolia, kaappi, lamppu, sisäänrakennetut kaapit ja laatikot sekä oma kylpyhuone, jossa alaosa ja iso suihku. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta, lipasto, puoli tuoli ja yöpöydät lampulla. Näkymät lahdelle molemmista makuuhuoneista Seaside-kattojen yli. Hall-kylpy on suihku. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on oma kattoterassi, jossa on kaksi teak-tuolia.

Kolmannen kerroksen sisäänkäynnille on hissi. Kun kattohuoneisto on sisällä, on portaita makuuhuoneisiin ja kattoterassille.

Wonderful property— right off the square and steps from the beach and restaurants. Our 14 year olds loved the bicycles (free with reservation) and the beach was great!

Bewildered No More Penthouse

Our stay at this Seaside property was wonderful.This was our first, but definitely not last to Seaside.It was fabulous that my teenage girls could walk to and from the beach and pools, and just check in every couple of hours and I felt like they were safe in the community. It was so nice being able to walk to shop and eat, without ever having to move the car. The penthouse we stayed in was gorgeous! Everything in it was top of the line and beautiful, with still being cozy and comfortable. The soaker tub was absolutely AMAZING!! The only reason I gave the overall experience rating four stars, is because there were no luggage carts available to bring your stuff in and out for our arrival and departure. Frankly I was shocked that there were not even a few for guest use. For someone with a disability, like myself, multiple trips up and down is quite taxing. However, I am looking forward to our next stay in one of The Homeowner's Collection properties! Next time I will just make sure there is a master suite on the first floor so I can save my knees and energy for walking around the square and shopping:)

Family Vacation

Great little apartment for the family. Rooms are large and comfortable. Several patio areas with views of the water. Only complaint is that some of the windows probably need to be replaced as they are foggy and hurt the nice view from the bedrooms. Parking is an issue also, if you find a spot by the building grab it and don’t move.

Convenient but noisy!

Good location for the property, unit was a corner unit on back street which proved to be noisy with early morning delivery trucks, hearing people on the street talking and walking into weee hours. Busy season, curfew for teens but they are out past it every night. Easy to get to everything quickly, in the mix of everything. If your looking for that this place is perfect….if you want quite choose something not off main streets! Management has plenty to choose from, they are great!

We had enough space to comfortably entertain downstairs and then have the upstairs for some privacy to get ready. Everything is new and freshly renovated and the views are spectacular. Downstairs was perfect for me to get hair and makeup done and the 3 bathrooms are critical for when people come visit. The bathrooms are all brand new and people loved the space, as we did! The kitchen has lots of plates and glasses to help entertain, and our guests also loved the outdoor space upstairs. 5 stars!!!! Best rental so far!!!

From the amenities of Bewildered No More to its location (perfection!) to the Seaside community as a whole, we cannot wait for our return next summer! The size and layout of the proper was perfect for our family of 4, it was immaculate, and the customer service from Homeowner's Collection was prompt and helpful. This home is directly above the coffee shop and other great stores, directly across from the amphitheater where there were such fun events for kids, great restaurants and food trucks and directly across the street from the Coleman Pavilion beach access gate. My only recommendation would be to provide ear plugs and/or sound machines to block out some of the noise from the street and alley. Though it generally subsides around 10:30, voices carry to this corner unit. That said, we would absolutely stay in the unit again! 10/10 would recommend.

I enjoyed cooking one evening and the kitchen was completely stocked. The home was beautifully decorated. We had a few questions and Homeowners Collection management quickly answered. The only thing I could say is that the master bedroom lined side lamps were beautiful but we’re little heaters! We couldn’t keep them on at night to read. Very minor and probably great in the winter time but maybe change those out for the summer months?! Absolutely loved this place. 5 minute walk to beach and city center out the front door!

Property is great

but the management company under performed. Didn't give access to elevator on welcome info. They just continued to blame the holiday for their failures. They were unable and unwilling to solve internet/television issues on Jan 1. A place this nice and expensive should have a basic cable TV package as a back up and not rely totally on Wi-Fi. Despite the management company deficiencies the place is fanstastic. Nice high end finishes and furnishings. The location is also unbeatable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Bewildered so much, we've already booked a return to Seaside in March. This is an extremely professional and helpful organisation, I would not hesitate to recommend it. The building is perfectly located, the beach access is right across the street. Amazing views and this is an experience we will not forget.
