Kerran vuorovesi on sisustettu kauniisti 4 makuuhuoneen, 3/1/2 kylpy kotiin, joka nukkuu 10. Siellä on runsaasti tilaa (2500 neliöjalkaa) ison ryhmän majoittamiseksi, mutta kodikas niin, että siellä on ikimuistoinen perheen vetäytyminen. Koirasi on myös tervetullut!

Se on lyhyen 144 askeleen päässä Persianlahden smaragdin vesistä sen valkoisella hiekkarannalla. Hotellissa on 2 tilavaa kannet ja oma uima-allas, jota ympäröi kaunis patio. Voit nauttia illallisen ja katsella auringonlaskua pääkerroksen kannelta tai nauttia yksityisemmästä, hiljaisemmasta kannasta toisella kerroksella 2 king-makuuhuoneen päässä. Molemmista kansista on näköala uima-altaalle.

Tärkein olohuone on suuri ja avoin, ja siinä on paljon mukavia istuimia ja HDTV. Ruokapöydässä on kaunis iso pöytä, johon mahtuu 6 paikkaa, ja iso saari, jossa on 4 lisätuolia, joissa mahtuu 10 ruokailuun. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, graniittisineillä, runsaalla laskuri- ja säilytystilalla sekä kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita voit odottaa korkealaatuisessa kodissa.

Pääkerroksessa on queen-makuuhuone, jossa on kirjoituspöytä ja täysi kylpyamme.

Toisella tasolla on yksi king-makuuhuoneen sviitti, jossa on kylpyamme, suora pääsy suurelle kannelle, jossa on mukavat istuimet nauttia hiljaisesta ajasta aamulla tai milloin tahansa tarvitset tauon.

Tällä tasolla on toinen king-makuuhuone, jolla on pääsy kannelle ja jakaa kylpyhuone 4. makuuhuoneella, jossa on 2 täysikokoista (parivuode) vuodetta.

Maanpinnan tasolla on tilava toinen olohuone, jossa on HDTV, ja sohva, jossa on vetäytyvä sänky, joka on suoraan yksityisen uima-altaan ulkopuolella. Kätevä juomajäähdytin, jääkone ja kylpyhuone / pesutupa ovat aivan rannan / uima-altaan / patio-alueen vieressä.

Allasalueella on ulkona oleva kuuma / kylmä suihku, runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja kaasu- ja Weber-grilli.

Great for our large family

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and short walk to the beach. When we arrived the pool had a lot of debris in it, sand and leaves and there was pieces of food on and under the deck table. I sent an email and got a prompt response and they sent someone the next day to clean the pool. Overall the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing New Year's Eve Stay

Stunning updated property with beautiful sunset views. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. We had issues with the grill and within 30 minutes the property management group came and fixed it! Our whole group raved about how comfortable the beds were. The only thing to note is: the beds are quite tall and not necessarily elderly/older folks friendly. The elevator was a huge plus!! We hope to come back again!

Awesome beach house!

Part of our family decided to spend Thanksgiving at Cape San Blas, and we are so glad we chose this house! It was clean, pet-friendly, well-stocked, a great location on the cape and very short walk to the beach. We had a small issue with the internet when we arrived on Saturday evening, so I sent a message to the property manager, and someone was knocking on our door shortly after that to fix it. WOW! We really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back!

Excellent vacation rental

This VRBO was the cleanest house I have stayed in. Yes lots of stairs, however elevator was nice on arrival and departure. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi was high speed. Light switches were labeled. This owner truly thought of everything. 5/5 stars. The beach is very close however the water was not easily accessible for my elderly farther. I am not sure if there is an area for easier beach/ water access that did not require a lot of stairs or a steep incline to the water. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would 100% recommend this to others visiting the area.

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas. We absolutely loved it. The house was exactly like the pictures. The beach was a very short walk. The only issue that we had was that the 2nd floor shower wouldn't drain when we first got there. We emailed the owner and within 10 minutes someone was there to fix the issue. You couldn't ask for better customer service. We will definitely be using Be Our Guest and staying on the Cape again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Second time staying at Once Upon a Tide - Going for a 3rd time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we love Cape San Blas!! A favorite beach in driving distance. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Once Upon a Tide, and I’ve already booked a stay for next year. The home is perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The pool is the perfect size for a cooling off stop after a day on the beach. Love the ice maker and wine cooler on the first floor. There are a few things to note as improvements but not worth sharing here as they are minor. I do wish folks would be more considerate of the kitchen items. They’ve taken a beating in one year. To other guests - Please stop using metal utensils on the pots and pans. There are rubber and wooden ones available, so please be more contentious. The view was fantastic last year (2020) and now a new home is being built right in the middle of our view to the beach - this was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is not an issue. Love that they have a cart and canopy tent available to guests. We always feel at home here. Looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Family Time

We spent a week at this rental and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. There were 6 adults, a 9-month old and pups. It was wonderful to have one of the King Bedrooms connect through a jack-and-jill bathroom to the bunk room so that the baby could have his own room close to the parents. The rental company provided us a pack and play and a high chair for him, both of which were used by us! Donna was simply a pleasure to work with! She responded quickly via email and texts and provided us all the information we needed. Although hurricane Delta moved towards LA and TX, we felt the winds and waves for a couple of days. It was great to have the pool available on those days so we could still get some sun! We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils! Just one thought would be to have a second big pot since the house allows 6+ guests. We were making pasta and had to boil the pasta first and use the same pot for sauce since we needed the size. Not a big deal, just something to think about! We were given rental credit and got 3 bikes, a cornhole set and 2 chairs. They were all there when we arrived at check-in time and we used them throughout the vacation. The general stores close by have the essentials for meals, but the Piggly Wiggly is a must if staying for long and cooking in. It's a bit of a drive, but beautiful scenery on the way. We loved it and cannot wait to come back!

Great family home!

This was our second trip as a family of three (mom, dad, teen age 16) with dog to Cape San Blas, so we knew we wanted to be along this stretch of beach, and this property did not disappoint! Everything looked and smelled super clean when we arrived, so kudos to the cleaning team, great job! This home is well-represented in the photos, plus more that's not even shown. There are a number of beach and pool toys, as well as four lounge chairs and two tall chairs around the pool. Both decks are nicely appointed with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining, or just a coffee or cool drink while you watch the day start or sun set. We particularly liked the kitchen and main sitting area being on the middle level (as opposed to the top level, which is what we had last year), since so much time is spent there. The bonus ground floor sitting area with ice maker and mini fridge is great for easy access from the pool, or even to store leftovers from some of the fine local restaurants. The home had plenty of towels and starter supplies (dish & laundry soap, toilet paper, etc), along with some welcome flowers and a jar of local honey (YUM!). An easy bike ride to the donut and ice cream shops, seafood and convenience stores, yet you feel pleasantly secluded at this home, which is one among a small handful on this street. For those who venture out into the evening as we do, be prepared with flashlights for your evening walk, as the area (the entire strip, not just this street) is comfortably cloaked in darkness and with the sounds of the night. This is a great area to visit if you want to chill out and are not looking for the nightlife scene, and this house is definitely a great choice as your home base.

The pull out couch on the first floor basically turns into an additional bedroom and the ice maker on the first floor was a huge help. Very short walk to the beach. With the erosion the beach wasn’t huge but still had room. We were here during 4th of July week and on the 4th it was pretty crowded for a cape beach(the public beach access is a road over) but that was the only day. Lots of beach toys and chairs at the house. Working with Donna was incredible. We had an issue with one air conditioner and they had a repair guy over in less than an hour. We cooked and grilled every night and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Wedding House!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the greatest time!! We were surrounded by our children and families, as we were married on the beach on 9/3. The house was perfect for some of our family, as well as the small reception afterwards. The balcony over the pool was definitely a favorite spot. We brought items from home, but left them packed because the home was so well appointed, with many details that are often overlooked in our prior rentals. Everything was perfect!! Once Upon a Tide Aug 2022 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many places on the Cape, and this home didn’t disappoint! Family of 10, including a baby and we had plenty of space. Thankful for the home having a pack-n-play and high chair. Also loved that it had beach towels for EVERYONE! Well stocked kitchen was great, as we cooked all our meals at the house. The pool was so relaxing after a day at the beach. It’s a short walk down to the beach, unfortunately there is some erosion at this area of the beach currently, so we had to walk a bit to the right or left to have room to set up a tent, but it was worth it.. Beautiful water all week! Can’t say enough great things about Donna, she snagged us some extra beach chairs when we realized we didn’t bring enough, and went above and beyond for all our needs! Can’t wait to be back at the Cape next year!

Great place to stay!

The house was great for our 3 families which included 1 little kid, a toddler, and an 8 month old. It is way closer to the beach than we had thought from the photos and the pool was extremely convenient to have. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to all questions. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
