We wished the fridge had an ice maker or more ice trays. And we feel like the master bed may need replacing as it is very soft, but that could just be a personal preference. Otherwise the place is perfection and we hope to be back!

Nice view great local not as baby friendly no crib sheets and limited kitchen equipment like no kettle no drying rack for dishes and absolutely no starters coffee, sugar makes it’s more costly than needed no oils spices or even salt and pepper. And the kitchen is not very pristine cabinets are a bit slimy. The ants are bad and in the bathrooms mostly but with baby bug spray doesn’t cut it. And why don’t they just have ant traps?. The place could use a deep clean the property is not secure gates are left open at all hours. No extras provided just a decent place at the beach. Not sure I’d come here again as it feels basic for the price

We do want to clarify that the beach-access gates are required to remain unlocked for public coastal access in accordance with California Coastal Commission requirements. North Coast Village does have onsite patrol, but those specific access points cannot be secured in the same way as a fully private community. We were pleasantly surprised when, after a terrible last minute with no explanation cancellation of another unit days before arrival, the Evolve team and Makemyvacation worked to offer us 3 other properties that were available at a reasonable price. We loved staying in this unit. It was a great corner ground floor unit facing the ocean with a grassy knoll to play ladder ball on, comfy furniture and a comfy bed. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Unit was clean. The grounds rival some that we've stayed at in Hawaii - I really wasn't expecting that in O'side. Nice gym, sauna, pool, adult only hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We heard from other guests how luckey we were not to be on the "train side" of the property. Out of 10 nights, we only had noisy events down the road twice and both were short-lived. Loved heading out to the Strand each morning.

This rental was 10/10. Location, amenities and the house itself was great. Clean, spacious, and has everything you could ask for including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and boogie boards.If your looking for a family friendly house steps from the beach and pool, i would highly recommend this one. Will be makong this an annual trip!

Well equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, clean, main bedroom ceiling fan not working however management stated the replacement had been scheduled for after our departure, floor fans provided in each bedroom.

Greatest beach location ever!

There is not a better place to vacation! So close to beach! So comfortable and cozy! The hot tub and facilities are the greatest to compliment the condo! We played pool, ping pong, fed the coy, and loved the ocean so close! Great place to stay! We will return!

This property is beautifully managed. Amenities were top rate, everyone friendly and helpful. We felt completely pampered as if in a luxury hotel. We’ll be back soon.

Great stay!

We had such a fun time at this condo. Only down side was some ant issues. Other than that really had fun- location is amazing with beach views. And about a 2 minute walk to beach. So so fun! Thanks for the relaxation!
