Emerald Isle, Beach House on perhe-tyylinen naapurustossa, josta pääsee rannalle kadun päässä. (2 minuuttia katso kuvia) Oceanside lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. N. C. Villieläinramppi puoli mailin päässä äänipuolella. (katso kuvia) Upeat auringonlaskut sen jälkeen illalla kävellä rannalla tai veneen ramppilaiturilla. Talo on hiljainen varjostettu paikka, että jälkeen rannalla levätä turvatarkastus kuistilla. Kuuntele ilta-aaltoja, jotka kaatuvat rannalla. Täydellinen aamiainen myös. Talo täysin varusteltu mukavuutta. Tuo vain rantapyyhkeet ja varusteet. Maapallon ulkopuolella sijaitsevan suihkun ja jalkapesua portaiden alaosassa pitävät puulattiat puhtaina ja mukavina. Helppo kävellä tai polkupyöriä käytettävissä kaikkeen kaikkeen Emerald Islessä, ravintoloissa, laiturilla, kaupoissa, ruokakaupoissa, jäätelöllä ja postissa. Varaa oleskelusi ja tervetuloa!

Great Beach Vacation

This was our second year to stay at this great location in Emerald Isle. We had a great stay last year and this year was just as comfortable as we expected. We love the neighborhood location and short walk to the beach. Our three generation family felt at home and look forward to staying here again next year!

Good location and a short walk to the beach

Comfortable lounging area for watching TV at night. The AC worked well in the house. It was very clean when we arrived and the neighborhood is very nice and family friendly. There is a palmetto bug issue with this property that should be addressed as we saw them daily.

Beach trip

The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We cooked a lot and I don’t remember struggling to find something I needed. The downstairs (outside) shower was nice. The upstairs shower was very small and if you have kids that need a bath you’re out of luck. The beach was beautiful as always. We had a lot of days the water was just too aggressive and that’s a bummer. Of course, that has nothing to do with the host. We had some issues with the air upstairs, but he got it resolved quickly. The sun room was so nice. This place is not conducive to anyone with handicaps. When I booked it wasn’t an issue, but my dad had knee surgery in January and it only made things worse. My husband also has some things creep up on him since January as well. There are stairs everywhere and it was very difficult for them. The stairs to the top floor are very extremely steep. I worried about my kids falling down them. Of course, this has nothing to do with the host…just something to know before booking if it applies to your family.

Emerald Isle Escape!

As a group of friends, this house fit our needs pretty well. It provided enough space to have privacy when wanted and the cozy communal areas when gathered together. Our favorite spot was the screened in deck area where we enjoyed our morning coffee or gathered in the evening to enjoy each other’s company! The outdoor shower was also a great addition so we could wash off all that sand from the beach! Also, the large dining table was great for when we enjoyed meals together and played games. To be honest, we thought it was sort of odd having Kelley on property, but he came to the rescue when the outdoor grill wasn’t working. He was persistent to get it up and running for us even after we told him it was ok, we would use the oven. He continued on and resolved the issue for us! Our only complaints were that the door knob/lock at the main door stuck and was hard to get locked/unlocked and the property could use a little bit of a deep cleaning.

Reasonable, convenient, and cozy

Comfortable living room, good proximity to beach, groceries, and Bogue Sound. Well-stocked kitchen. Kelley promptly took care of anything that arose and kindly leant us his canopy when ours fell apart in the wind. The porch is a nice addition though due to heat, we spent more time inside. Enough room in living room for games, reading, and those who had to work.

Crystal Coast fun!

Nice home in a nice area! The best thing about the house is the refrigerator with the filtered water and ice maker! The screened in porch was nice too. Beach access ok, the boardwalk has many steps which can be difficult when carrying chairs! All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Family Beach Week

This place was great for our family! The property was very clean and well stocked. It was a good location. The only negative was the ceiling being so low at the top of the stairs. Two members of our family (both over 6 foot) hit their heads pretty hard when coming down the stairs. There really should be a warning or caution sign for that!

Great little house

House was great. Kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans and necessary dish ware. Bathrooms are quite small and the stairs leading to the second floor are quite steep.

Perfect Property in Emerald Isle

Perfect location just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything inside is clean and beautifully decorated. The large outdoor shower and onsite laundry are such added bonuses! We enjoyed listening to the waves, birds, and katydids on the screened in porch in the evenings. Large sand width on the beach and no public access - lots of room for families to spread out and enjoy the water and sand sports! Can't wait until our next visit!

Beautiful spot

The location was perfect…short walk to quiet beach, easy bike ride to coffee, restaurants, grocery store. The screened porch was peaceful and shaded. Ample space inside to spread out. Grill and outdoor shower completed the package. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion

The house was comfortable, clean and welcoming! We had a family reunion with three other houses and all agreed...our house was best! Well equipped, great outdoor shower, nice open living room, great grill...a winner! We would highly recommend it!

Shady and Breezy

This house was located in a grove of Live Oaks so the screened porch was a shady and breezy place to gather. All the beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in every room. The fridge had a very efficient ice maker. The outdoor shower which we used instead of the bathroom showers was roomy, no spiders (!) and plenty of hot water. The propane grill was almost luxurious. A plus, the owner was on the property for our week's stay so he was available to answer our questions.

We will be back!

This beach house was a wonderful home away from home. Two bedrooms were on the main floor and two bedrooms were on the second floor which worked perfectly for our 3 generation family visit. It was an easy walk to the beach access but yet nice that the house was nestled in shade trees. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, outdoor shower and visiting with the home owner. Hope to return next summer as the house and location were excellent!

Paradise

My wife and I had such a special week in this home. You could not ask for a better home to stay in. Super clean, every amenity you could ask for, all cooking utensils, K-cup, coffee maker etc etc. Short walk to the beach, great parking. I could go on and on. Highly recommend this home for family's as well as a getaway for couples!! Cant wait to book for next time.

Great Location

The house was the perfect size for our family with 3 teens with plenty of room to spread out in the living room and throughout the house if you want quiet time. It was only a 1-2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes on Ocean Drive and exploring the area. Kelley was helpful and available for any questions. Would love to stay here when we come back to Emerald Isle.

After some stays on the east coast and house-hunting trips up the coast starting as far south as Hilton Head, decided Crystal Coast was the right choice. Emerald Isle had that noncommercial feel we liked. Area amenities, climate, lifestyle, and THE OCEAN make Emerald Ilse an easy choice for us and our guests.
