We searched a lot of properties and glad we found this one

Three adults. Unit was great, location is very nice. We did not use our car during our stay and rented bikes to ride to Seaside or local establishments. . A large amount of cart rentals too. Beach was great, only issue is beach service starts picking up chairs and umbrella around 4….two hours too early. We would come back again. Wish they had a guest book with previous renter comments on restaurants, etc

Beautiful condo facing the ocean

This was a beautifully decorated condo. It was roomy and perfect for our 25th anniversary celebration. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils. The gigantic coffee cups won my heart. We are coffee drinkers! We took our coffee out on the balcony every morning and watched the waves and listened to the ocean. It was a magnificent stay. The showers could use an update but they are perfectly functional. The bed was great and bedding was nice. My biggest complaint was the super early check out time of 10am. It seems like venues are forcing guests out earlier and earlier and it is so inconvenient. I really consider it quite rude and a poor customer service practice. We asked for a later checkout since our flight left at 4pm but we were denied. We sat in the heat waiting on our driver and monitored the condo. No one entered until after we left at noon. A late checkout could have been easily accommodated.

Our only recommendation is there were not any extra blankets or throws and the vent in the master bathroom didn’t blow much air so showering and blowing drying hair made the room extremely hot.

The only downfall was stains on couch and chair, guest bathroom shower curtain was dirty with mildew, and there were only 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 people. The towel and washcloth issue was resolved quickly with one phone call.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The upgrades the owners have put into the kitchen of this condo are evident. The problem is, most other areas would benefit from a deep clean. There was a quarter inch of dust on the HVAC/air grille. The walls and trim need a magic eraser and some touchups. We could not go on the balcony without our feet turning black and tracking in the condo. The outdoor furniture was dirty. Worst of all was the toilet seat in the guest bathroom. I've never seen a seat quiet so... worn. The chair and rug in the living room were also quite worn and the couch was stained. More of what I would have expected from a pet friendly rental.The upsides were the upscale kitchen. They also had nice drapes that did a good job blocking the sunlight for those who can sleep in. They also thoughtfully provided a sound machine in the guest bedroom to help shield the outside noise from other guests. The complimentary beach umbrella/chair setup was used and appreciated.When we arrived, I let management know about the bathrooms that did not appear to be cleaned and they sent someone to address the issue the next day. Nothing was done about the toilet seat or dirty balcony. I didn't want all the dust stirred up while we were there, so I did not mention the HVAC grille. Also, they had fresh flowers, which were beautiful, but I am allergic. Would be good to clarify with guests on the front end.

Property is located perfectly on the beach. The decor is up to date and modern as described and cozy n comfy with an amazing view of the ocean. It provides great access to area restaurants and shops. Having the accessibility to your room throughout the day made going back n forth easy and with absolutely no hassle. Def recommend this amazing spot.
