Rakastat tätä keitaa! Sisään aidatussa yhteisössä, jossa on mielenkiinto 24 tunnin suojauksella. Viettää aikaa talossa tai kävellä järvelle sekunnissa. Voit istua veden ääressä, kalastaa tai hypätä sisään!

Talossa löydät valtavat ikkunat, joihin pääsee paljon luonnollista valoa. Yläkerran avoin konsepti mahdollistaa erinomaisen viihdyttävän ja helpon kommunikoinnin. Iso olohuone ja makuuhuone-TV, Alexa, peruskaapeli, Netflix, Hulu ja paljon muuta omena-tv: ssä.

Keittiössä kaksinkertainen uuni on hyvä keittämään useita ruokia kerralla. Lisäksi terassilla on kaasugrilli. Patio on myös valot ja tuulettimet erittäin rentouttava hengailla paikka.

Kylpyhuoneita on kolme. Yksi isäntässä, toinen alakerrassa ja yksi yläkerrassa. Ei tarvitse taistella, siellä on runsaasti kuumaa vettä!

Nuku PARAS erittäin mukavilla patjoilla, joissa puhtaat lakanat pestään ennen jokaista oleskelua.

Pihalla voit pelata maissireikää tai paistaa joitain vaahtokarkkeja hajujen vuoksi palokuopassa.

Minulla on 2 turvakameraa, joista toinen vangitsee etuoven ja toinen on olohuoneessa. Nämä kamerat ovat vain turvallisuustarkoituksia, mikä tarkoittaa, että tarkistan ilmoituksia vain, jos kenenkään ei ole tarkoitus olla talossa. Lopun ajan minulla on se kotitilassa (yksityinen). April sound is a beautiful area around the lake. The house was very nice. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely recommend this property.

Very clean interior! Comfortable beds! Exterior was not exactly as expected but the interior was just as described. We brought our pets & the fenced side yard was nice to have but the grass was extremely tall making it difficult for the pups to “navigate” during their potty breaks. Host was extremely accommodating & easy to get ahold of. Overall a great stay!

Great Getaway

Host was wonderful and accommodated our last minute request to check in a day earlier. We loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed the deck and view of lake Conroe. Very peaceful and secure community. Highly recommend! We will be back

Very clean, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Friendly host. It was nice being so close to the lake. Keyless entry made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful place and area!

The photos don’t do this rental justice! It is so cute and in a great area! You can see the lake from the big balcony. Beds super comfy and bathrooms very spacious! Highly recommend!

Amazing Family Getaway

Property was clean with all accessories needed. It was in a secure location and the lake scenery was amazing. The people on the property were friendly and gave us useful information. Love the time spent in the inviting home and property.

My family spent Christmas at the Escape by the Lake! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. House is well kept, host was quick to reply with any questions! I loved that I was able to bring my puppy! Will definitely rent again when we come visit our Conroe family.

Great little place!

We loved staying here! CUUUUUTE little place with a lot more space than what appears from the outside. We were so comfortable and had plenty of room for 7 guests and our fur babies. Big comfy couch and an awesome patio to hang out on.

Perfect place to stay for what we needed

The house was set up great to accommodate what our family needed. Having the 3rd full bathroom was definitely a plus. The owner was very quick to communicate and very helpful.

Our three generation family went to Montgomery for a funeral and were able to enjoy the home and April Sound with the pool and playgrounds in the off time.

Fantabulous!!!!

We had an excellent time during our stay. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The property manager was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The cameras that some people may have a problem with were NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!!! We never felt like we were being "watched" or "monitored" in any way! The property was very clean and cozy. We also loved the balcony, it was very relaxing!! We would definitely like to stay there again!!

We had three couples and two children. I would have like to know that it was two stories, but thankful one of the littles did good with stairs. We had to watch the crawling one because there was mor any thing at top of stairs. The rooms were very spacious and lots of bathrooms. Overall a great place!!!!

Just ok

Mold was growing in the vents, there was a weird smell, no coffee, no soap or shampoo (the things you would think should be there), The items inside the pantry had duat all over them. Just didn’t feel clean. The one positive was the mattresses were amazing.

Everything was amazing!

Yvette is a super star!! She was on point from booking to after check out and beyond! I cannot express how comforting it was to rent from her. Easy peasy. The home was cozy and well-equipped. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant no one had to share. Hahaha... The neighborhood was quiet. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! Location was great. Loved it all and big thanks Yvette!

Our son and his fiancé were getting married at the April Sound Church with their reception at the county club. We needed a home to house a few members of our family for the weekend. House and amenities were lovely and just as described. Only exception was the parking and sleeping up to 10 is stretching it a bit unless guests will sleep on the sofa. I may have not read closely enough but I was not aware the home is only allowed two parking spaces but the neighbors were very gracious and the house next door for sale with vacant spots in which to park because we had multiple vehicles for out of town guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and the host was always quick in responding to my messages.

Disappointed

The home appeared clean upon entering. After the first night there. We became overwhelmed with cat odors. We felt the need to wash dishes in the kitchen before using them. First experience ever in our VRBO stays. Too much clutter for proper cleaning. Very unfortunate that I have to write this feedback but felt it necessary for future guests. A good spring cleaning would be great start.

Priceless Family Time

Our stay was perfect! 💯 The rental space was as described. Once I arrived I felt the pictures really didn't do the space any justice. It's nice and comfortable. My mother-in-law and auntie advised their rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I would agree if their beds were anything like the master bed. I have never been able to sleep comfortably, when away from home, until I slept in that bed. BRAVO!!! Access to the lake with just a couple of minutes away. We walked to the lake with our fishing gear and lawn chairs in tow. Unfortunately the previous renter caused a fire with the grill therefore it was gone. The host was very sweet and willing to accommodate us by ordering a grill but we chose to bypass the offer. Overall we had an amazing time!! Family time is priceless! Will definitely keep this location on the list of favorites!

Outside of property looks a bit rough. House number not prominent enough to help with finding location. Inside was nice and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was something sticky all over kitchen counter and my socks were finding sticky spots around kitchen floor. The outdoor patio furniture on covered patio was very dirty so we did not sit out there. My little dog did enjoy the fenced on yard and seeing the squirrels. I did have trouble finding the location. I tried to call host, left message and never received a call back...ever. The driving directions on the site are confusing and need to be changed. It was 86 degrees inside the house when i first arrived and took forever to reach a reasonable temperature. I think by not receiving a call back from the host made me feel i could not stay here again. It was apparent she did not care.

I've been renting out my house since I bought it in 2016. I love that I can share my love for the lake with visitors. I've also rented houses in downtown Houston and in the museum district. As someone who use to travel a lot for work I like to give the option to see something different, give families the opportunity to have everyone in one place for dinner and have a home away from home even if just for a couple of days.

I grew up coming to Lake Conroe. My family couldn't afford much so the hour drive was the extent of our family vacations. When I grew up and realized I could buy a house of my own it was the first place I looked. I love that its not too far from the city but gives out a completely different vibe. It's my oasis and I love that I can share it with others.
