Beautiful Apartment Near The Seine

Welcome to my beautiful 29 square meters studio located in the 19th district of Paris, on the first floor. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds in a dynamic and lively area, not far from the BUTTES CHAUMONT, the VILLETTE park and the OURCQ canal. The apartment gives a very nice view on the garden!

Located near the Seine, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a small practical bathroom and a beautiful lounge area with a convertible sofa bed to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Television, Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Iron, Hair dryer, Kettle and Toaster. You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
