Close proximity to the beach and great neighborhood to walk your dog; many friendly neighbors to chat with along the way. Property is clean and nicely decorated. Great places to eat nearby.

Great location

This place was just as described. We came for the beach and an event in St Augustine. Beach was 2 short blocks away and I walked it a couple of times each day. 10-15 mins to historic district where we spent 2 of our 3 nights there. Place was well stocked! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property

This is a very property in a good location. Every convenience I could think of was included all the way to providing beach towels. All appliances were up to date. The house was spotless.Only suggestion I would have is to put a ceiling fan in the second bedroom. On warm nights the additional cool air circulation would be nice. Other than that.....perfect.

Perfect spot for St. Augustine

Clean, spacious 2 bedroom unit was the perfect spot to see St. Augustine. Short drive into town to see the sites was great, but the location near the beach and so many fun spots to eat and drink. Great experience.

Great location!

This house was a great stay for our first beach trip to St. Augustine. We loved the location & how close it was to the beach. We were able to walk to a few places and everything else was in a close driving distance.

Our second stay and it was great as always!

This is our second year staying at Coquinas Gables! We love St. Augustine and we couldn't find a better place to stay and enjoy our vacation in St. Aug. The house is close to our favorite restaurants, so we can walk to grab lunch and dinner, and it is very close to the beach too! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back next year!

FABULOUS stay!

It was my fiancé’s and my first time in St. Augustine. This spot was absolutely perfect for our first visit (and subsequent visits!). It’s walking distance to the beach, and the Weeks provide everything you may need for your beach days and more. We’re so grateful for the time we spent here. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Great neighborhood, great spot, great hosts.

Second timers!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and can't wait to visit again. My husband, daughter (2 year old) and mother stayed here over Thanksgiving. Kristy is very responsive and was so understanding of our need to re-schedule several times due to COVID-19 concerns. The location to the beach is so close. You are a 5-10 minute walk away! While you have to cross the street, there is a pedestrian crosswalk on the next street (D Street) which we actually prefer because you have a boardwalk making it easier to get to the beach. Overall, this place is WONDERFUL!!! The layout is so nice. I can't help but rave about the following: -Kristy thinks about everything is seems. She really does care that you enjoy your stay. For instance, there are PLENTY of beach towels and bath towels. PLENTY of plates, coffee mugs, silverware, etc. (we hosted a family Thanksgiving here and it was perfect). PLENTY of extra sheets and pillows. A first aid kit, baskets to put things, beach chairs, and small cooler. It was also nice having laundry and dishwasher detergent already available so we didn't have to shop that same day. It's these little things that may go unnoticed, but provide such a nice touch! I could go on and on. The layout is great, the upper porch is awesome with the hammock. Such a great place and we can't wait to stay again. Thank you Kristy!

This was the ideal getaway for me and my friend. It’s close to the beach and has so many amenities that are so thoughtful for when you are at the beach. All areas were immaculately clean and the kitchen provided so many items to allow us to cook full meals. I will definitely be booking again when I return to St. Augustine next year.

My husband our dog Apollo enjoyed our 3 day getaway the place was exceptionally clean, which is a pet peeve of mine when searching for vacation rentals! Communication with the host was the best we’ve had we even extended for a late check out which was easily accommodated. We will definitely stay again beach was easy, accessible a short walk, & many things close to do & have fun! Thx to the host & wonderful place to stay!

Great location and super place to stay

The apartment was really clean and open. We wanted for nothing. Everything was tastefully done, utensils for cooking and linens and beds very very Comfortable. Easy walk to beach. I would recommend this place 110%. We will be back again.

Great location, plenty of space

Our family of 4 stayed last week and it was perfect for what we needed. The two bedrooms gave us and the kids plenty of space. 5 min walk to beach , 3-5 min ride to all the beach hotspots, and 15 min to downtown was perfect to see and do all St Augustine had to offer. A few minor issues we had upon check in were quickly resolved by the property manager! Would definitely return again !

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was nice and well taken care of. It was also super clean and the communication was easy. The way to the beach was short and everything you need for the beach was available.

Len Weeks, my husband, is a General Contractor and built this duplex in 1982. When we first started dating in 1987 we lived in this unit! So of course this is a very special place for us. We are both business people. Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our fourth vacation rental and we are enjoying hosting many from far and wide. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, on the side balcony in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc in the outside closet provided for you. Grill dinner and sit by chiminea at night in the side yard and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.
