Well to summarize briefly…. My full review can be seen on Google reviews of SeaSpray. We checked in and noticed there was no soap or anything in the room for us as typically there is for all the condos we have ever stayed in at Perdido Key. So then my wife starts noticing other things like a pile of rust in the corner of the bathroom just laying there right after the cleaning crew has been there. That’s when my allergies begin to start flaring up and that’s when my wife noticed black mold around every vent in the condo. I’m allergic to mold and my face swelled and eyes are itchy and swelled. I attempted to contact the assistant property manager via email and also via the front desk lady leaving her a message and no response. The maintenance man responded and cleaned up the mold but it took 3 days to fix and still yet to have a response from management. To say the least we were EXTREMELY disappointed.
