Sijaitsee keskuudessa laskettelurinteet Telluride Mountain Village keskellÀ haavat ja kuuset ja kÀsityönÀ puutavaran 4 makuuhuonetta, iso parvi, pelihuone ja 4 ja puoli kylpyhuonetta, tÀmÀ fantastinen kodin yhdistyvÀt mukavuus ylellisyyttÀ erittÀin kÀtevÀllÀ paikalla. Talvella voi hiihtÀÀ ulos Double Cabin latu, joka on myös vain helppo 120 pihalla kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ. Kun kuuluisa Colorado lumi sulaa pois supermarket, viinakauppa ja gondoli ovat hyvin lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ.

Omistaa hyvin matkusti australialaiset jotka ajattelevat Telluride tarjoaa parhaimman hiihto kokemus maailman tarjoamalla toimii kaikilla standardit aloittelijasta ÀÀrimmÀisen hiihtÀjÀ tai ylittÀvÀÀn, kaikki voitava on tehty sen varmistamiseksi, ettÀ "EUREKA" on kotisi poissa kotoa.

YlÀkerrassa hyvin yksityinen ja iso parvi on erittÀin mukava kaksinkertainen nukkuja oleskelutilassa kun et katsele kaapeli-tv valkokankaalla .Se on myös ihanteellinen alue lapsille.

Lapset ja aikuiset voivat nauttia 7 jalka biljardipöytÀ parvella pelihuone ja iso kylpytynnyri selÀssÀ kannella.

Koti on upeat nÀkymÀt San Sophia Mountains, joista voi nauttia monista huoneista kotona tai samalla kun rentoudut porealtaassa.

Well appointed home

well appointed home and the kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Plenty of room for family and friends. Ski out was interesting. ski in was about 150 yards... Expensive time of year to stay. Telluride is a great town and great ski Mountain.

Felt like home

Despite the fear of Covid we managed to have a wonderful time in Telluride. The house was well appointed, warm and easy to enjoy. We especially loved end of the day soaks in the hot tub looking at the mountains.

Perfect View

Our two families had an amazing stay at Eureka! From morning mimosas in the gorgeous window seat to evenings in the hot tub, this property is amazing. Short walk to the gondola and lots of amazing trails. Don’t miss the Bear Creek hike, the wonderful brew pubs or dinner at Talay! We hope to return one day.

Family retreat

This house was perfect for a family vacation with 2 families and 3 small kids. The house is lovely and has a great kitchen for cooking large meals. We spent a lot of time just playing on the deck. It is a fun 3 minute walk to the gondola down a cute trail. We would definitely stay there again for our next trip to Telluride.

Fabulous property

Our multi-age group had a marvelous time in this unique property. The view from the deck is stunning, even with rooftops of neighboring houses below. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Eureka

Perfect family getaway!

It was a pleasure to work with Jon and the home is absolutely amazing. We had multiple families with 9 people. The detailed instructions shared made our trip a breeze. The location was perfect, rave reviews from the skiers in the group on the ski in ski out access. All age groups enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! We used Dial a ride often to get to the gondola and town. Perfect location and simple access to so many things.

Christmas 2024-Telluride

The owners have for a wonderful job in creating a great space for a large family gathering. Each of our adult couples has their own space, own bathrooms and the house had plenty of great space to gather. The furnishings and decor was well done and comfortable. The access to Mountain Village and downtown Telluride was great. Skiing was awesome and everyone loved the trip/experience! Only negative was is snowed 4” the morning we checked out but that will just make us want to come back again. Great hosts, great home, great memories!

Perfect Location!

Very pleased with our stay at the Eureka home in Mountain Village. My friends and I attended a wedding at the San Sophia Overlook and this was perfect for us! It was a short walk from the Market and the Gondola, which was very convenient. We also drove into Telluride, which didn't take long at all. It was clean and the bedrooms were set up for our needs upon arrival. The hot tub did stop working while we were there, but the owner was prompt to respond to our emails. My friends and I agreed that we would absolutely stay again!

Amazing Property!!

The Eureka was everything and more than we expected. Our party was three couples, we had three king beds and our own baths. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had a chef come in and cook dinner for us and the kitchen had everything she needed to make our dinner experience amazing. The location is very good. Convenient to the gondola and the grocery store. Would definitely stay at Eureka again. John and Catherine were great hosts. And have created a very home like feel for their guests. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

Wow -- We expected great, and we're still impressed!

We stayed 5 days in late June to attend the Bluegrass festival -- the location*, views, amenities and luxury of the entire property was outstanding. It was roomy for 7 adults -- we're hoping to return w our little one next year. The photos make it look nice -- but it is really great, a real value during the summer. So much to do in town via free gondola, and nearer/walkable/bike-able on the mountain. Everyone who joined us loved the property and had a wonderful time. **One tip: During the summer there is a short-cut down the mountain to the gondola that makes it a 3-5 minute walk w stairs, versus about 10-15 on the road-- if you make friends with the neighbors, they'll let help you find it -- I can't imagine that it would work in the winter though (or late at night) ;-)

Fabulous home in Mountain Village

The property is absolutely stunning! Pictures don't do it justice. Everyone was beyond pleased---even our social media influencers (which have high expectations- ie- Four Seasons). The Dial-A-Ride app is a basically a personal concierge service that brings you anywhere in the village. Use the App (this is new to Telluride this year)....it's like Uber except the max we waited is 3 mins. Very comfortable living area, cozy beds, and tons of space for ski gear. Highly recommended place for family of 10. A++++. Will be back!

Great Spot for our Family Gathering

My wife and I, along with our three kids and their spouses, and our 18 month old grandson, decided on a family get together in Telluride. We couldn’t have picked a better place. “Eureka” was a fantastic place to call home for a week. It is a well-appointed, well-cared for property that slept out 8-adults comfortably, along with the little guy. We never felt “on top of each other”. The view out the living room picture window is breath-taking, and only gets better sitting in the hot-tub on the deck. Access to in/out skiing is quite easy, and with dial-a-ride, access to Mountain Village, and Telluride via Gondola is very enjoyable. Great owners, who communicate clearly and promptly. We’ll come back here again if we get another opportunity.

Beautiful views from a lovely home

The views from the living room are incredible!The house was beautiful with a very flexible sleeping arrangements. The house is filled with higher-end appliances and features that made for a comfortable stay.We encountered a problem with oven on our stay, but the owner made arrangements for a toaster oven until the oven could be repaired. Family Ski Trip; March 2022

Eureka is the perfect property for a Telluride ski trip. We traveled with our adult children and their significant others and the house is set up perfectly to spread out AND come together for food, after skiing gathering around the fire, and enjoying the hot tub. Ski-Out was literally across the driveway and ski-in was just a short walk from a well marked trail. The check-in procedure was simple (a code was provided) and everything was as advertised. You do not need a car, as there are gondolas and a ride service to get you to your destination. I would highly recommend this house and will likely return in the near future. Thank you John and Catherine for allowing us to use your mountain paradise home.

Eureka is Amazing!

My family and I stayed at Eureka during Ă  February ski trip and the home was awesome. The views are spectacular. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has more than enough cooking utensils to aid in cooking family meals which we did most nights. There are four bedrooms all with your own bathroom which is pretty great! It is ski out on a trail next to the side o the garage onto double cabin and coming back to the house is a trail off double cabin at the Y that can be taken to a street just around the corner to the house. An easy short walk even though it's up hill a little. Our five year old did it with no problem both ways. We will be back! The owners and management crew were very attentive.

Beautiful Mountain Village Property

This house had beautiful views, was very comfortable and clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, a fabulous hot tub, and was a cozy and wonderful place for our annual family ski vacation. We would definitely return!

We owned a boutique property management company that looked after 5 star ski chalets for 12 years so we are well aware of what makes a great holiday.
we had been visiting Telluride for more than 15 years before we found the perfect second home.
