CabAnna Maria on täysin remontoitu 4 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpyhuoneen rantakotelo, joka nukkuu 8 mukavasti. Kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuoteet ja jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Kerrossängyssä on mukautetut sisäänrakennetut kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Kaikissa huoneissa on suuret taulutelevisiot. Kerrossänky vieressä on yleinen kylpyamme kylpyammeella. Ruokasali, jossa iso pyöreä pöytä, mahtuu kahdeksan. Mukautettu keittiö, jossa kaksi astianpesukonetta, ammattikäyttöön tarkoitetut veitset ja keittiövälineet. Olohuoneessa on ylimitoitettu poikkipinta, korituolit ja pussit mukavaan istumiseen. Ylisuuri sohvapöytä kutsuu arvoituksia ja lautapelejä. Suuri taulutelevisio. Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Lämmitetty uima-allas ja spa. Pool Cabana tarjoaa poikkipinta-sohvan, keittokomeroa, baarialueen, jossa on jääkaappi, pesuallas ja astianpesukone, joka sijaitsee kätevästi Weberin grillin ääressä helpon aterian valmistamiseksi. Puoli kylpyamme ulkosuihkulla pääsee helposti uima-altaalta. Stand Up Paddle-levyt, kajakki, pelastusliivit, polkupyörät, kypärät, rantatuolit, sateenvarjot ja kalastusnavat. Täysin kunnostettu mukavuutta ja mukavuutta ajatellen. Ammattimainen liinapalvelu sisältää lakanat, kylpy- ja rantapyyhkeet. Rento ranta sisustus rauhoittaa ja rentouttaa vieraita.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This home is a wonderful family vacation spot. Very roomy, the pool is great, and good proximity to beach and shops. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. We would absolutely come back again.

Nice house in a great location

This house has a great pool/hot tub and backyard setting. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are all spacious and kitchen is fully stocked. The kitchen table is large and can accommodate a large group. We really liked Dan the property manager. Very nice, attentive and great to with. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great location!

Great stay on AMI! The location is excellent, well stocked and great communication with the hosts! Loved the pool and short walk to the beach!! Great beachy feel throughout and the cabana is a great touch! Beach supplies are great and enjoyed the corn hike on several occasions. Just something to be aware of - there is only one dedicated parking spot allocated to the unit. We were able to park another vehicle on the street in front of the house so not a big deal unless you need to park midday when the beach is busy. Great stay!

CabAnna Maria was absolutely amazing! From a fantastic location, so clean, easiest walk to the beach and having literally anything we could have needed for 7 adults and a toddler - we were so impressed and can’t wait to come back! The very few questions and minor things we needed were addressed immediately by the wonderful hosts. Could not recommend more!

Perfect Vacation Home

This house is outstanding for a family vacation. We were 4 adults and 3 children. The owners obviously know what people are looking for when sharing a home with extended family and provided everything that was needed to make it a perfect week (they even provided perfect weather). First, the location couldn’t get any better. A quick walk to the beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and walking distance to an amazing little town that has everything you could need for vacation, especially an evening ice cream stroll. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to all our friends and family!

Amazing Oasis!

CabANNA Maria is nothing short of amazing! The house was perfect location to shops, restaurants and on a beach access road. The house had EVERYTHING you could need or want for a vacation week. It was comfortable, clean and supplied with so much! The outside space was incredible and so relaxing. Owners so responsive and helpful but honestly we didn’t have to contact them for much since the place was so great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing home on Anna Maria

This home on Anna Maria Island was incredible. First of all, it is in a terrific location- a very short walk from the beach and also close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. The beach that it is near is beautiful, turquoise water and white sand- we saw turtles and manatees on the beach. From walking up and down the beach, it always seemed to be the most uncrowded stretch of beach in the area too! The house itself is amazing. It was perfectly clean, the beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels soft, the dishes, appliances, pots and pans, blenders etc all seemed new and were in perfect condition. The pool and hot tub were great- our kids loved the pool and it was always the perfect temperature. There is even a bathroom on ground level by the pool along with a cabana room that we ended up using a lot while our kids played in the pool. The house was so well equipped with outdoor toys- multiple bikes that we used to explore the island, pool toys, beach toys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets etc. there is even a wagon to transport gear to the beach. We loved not having to rent bikes and kayaks or run out to buy the things we needed for the beach. The owners of this property have thought of everything and were helpful and kind in their communications. I highly recommend this property- it is a gem!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at "CabAnna Maria"! As many others have mentioned the house is just fantastic in so many ways -- so comfortable for our family, nice layout, and they really have thought of everything. The pool was great and we spent much of our time there throughout our stay. Location is great -- at the end of this short street is a small bridge that walks you right over to the gulfside beach, just steps away. We saw manatees and turtles at the beach. You're also close to Pine Street and many options for restaurants and ice cream nearby in what seems to be a quieter part of the island. Above all RIck and Sylvia were simply wonderful hosts, checking in on us and so helpful and friendly. They truly care about making sure you have a fantastic and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, amazing hosts!

The location of this property was hands down the best we could have had. We stayed with our friends and had several other families we were traveling with nearby. Our house was centrally located and less than a minute walk to the beach. It quickly became the hangout for all! The house was updated, clean, and had all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. that we needed. Bikes were also included. Finally, the hosts, Rick and Sylvia were amazing. So kind and generous. They had many suggestions for us while sataying there, and they even made us pizza a few days. Such a great stay!

Stayed with Rick and Sylvia in March 2023. Couldn't say enough good things about them or the property. Everything you could need for the house, peach or pool was there which was huge with 3 kids. Third vacation to AMI and this will be the first property that I rent for a second time.

Phenomenal!

We’ve rented a house on AMI twice a year for 8 years on AMI … we know “the deal” pretty well. We always stay in the 100 block of the Gulf, because we have young kids and go back and forth from the beach to the kitchen to the pool and back… hourly. We always stay within walking distance of Pine…. because traffic is nuts and it is always faster to walk than drive/park. We have mastered the island, for our specific needs, and we know what we are looking for… and what we expect. THIS SMASHED ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS! It all comes down to one, key, detail : this house is managed by the owners. Directly. They take pride in their home and providing an outstanding experience for their guests. The kitchen was amazingly appointed with chef’s quality cookware (no rusty pans and dull knives!), which was a big deal for us because we cook for our hungry kids and husbands too many times to count, every day. The bathrooms were well stocked. The linens were amazing. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The pool was so warm it felt like a lagoon. The beach gear/toys were abundant. The owners were right next door, in daily contact, checking on us and available for any question we had, or deliveries, etc. I could go on and on…. But this property is a gem. Super clean, well equipped, walkable …. and the difference all comes down to one thing: owner managed. **Not some nameless, faceless, corporation that is ruining this gorgeous island. Hands down, this house will be our first choice EVERY time we come to the island. Thank you to our hosts, for an absolutely perfect week on AMI, our favorite strip of paradise! 🏖️ ❤️

Wonderful Trip!

The location of this house is less than a block from the beach, which is so convenient - we didn't have to pack up for the whole day and shuttle everything plus people to and from the beach as we had done in the past. This home was perfect for our group of 7. It had everything we needed, and was the first beach home that really felt almost as comfortable as my own home because it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked - we ate breakfast and lunch at the house every day and went out for dinner at night. The pool, spa and cabana with the bar and TV was so nice to have in the evenings. The owners were very responsive when I had questions, and when we arrived and heard a smoke detector chirping - they immediately came and fixed the issue. Overall, the property is well cared for - beautiful, updated, clean and well thought out. We will definitely stay here again!

I have been coming to AMI for the past 35 years. The north end of AMI (Anna Maria) is the place to be. This property is in a prime location walking distance to restaurants and shops on Pine Ave. It is 4 doors down from the beach (Gulf side). The home is immaculate as it has been recently renovated and clearly has been meticulously cared for by its owners. The living space and its decor was comfortable and spacious with full bathrooms off 3 bedrooms that all could have been masters. There is also a bedroom with built in bunk beds - the bottom bunk is essentially a queen. Kitchen is supplied with everything for entertaining and feeding the crew at home. Big washer and dryer so no need to overpack. BBQ outside if you wish. There is a poolside lanai seating area with wet bar and refrigerator - protected from the elements. Pool, and hot tub are perfect for kids and adults. All of the beach toys are present for kids of all ages and adults - chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, stroller, running stroller, life jackets, kayak, paddle board, buckets for sand castles, etc... The entire property is well thought out - even USB ports in all bedrooms! Just bring yourself and some beachwear. The owners are really attentive. Very flexible. Very professional.

Anna Maria Dream House!

We loved everything about our stay. One thing I thought was great is they have everything! From a stroller for the little ones to kayaks for the beach! The pool was amazing, outdoor space was perfect and the house was just the right size! It was a vacation home we will remember forever and look forward to our next stay already!

Fabulous place

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was so wonderful. Rick has everything you need and has thought of everything. There is not only beach chairs unbrellas and toys but also a wagon to haul it all in. The beach towels are plentiful and right by the pool like a resort. The kitchen is fully stocked. The place is beautiful inside and very well appointed. Great beds and linens. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Perfect Vacation!

This was one of our best vacation rentals ever. The house and location were perfect, incredibly clean and Rick & Sylvia have thought of everything. The amenities were endless.. shampoo/conditioner/soap in every bathroom, all bedrooms having a bathroom, the pool with beach accessories and outdoor cabana were over the top. There were towels, beach towels, kid games and everything you’d need in the kitchen. We fully intend to stay here again in the future!

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für eine Großfamilie. Es fehlt praktisch an nichts! Die äußerst zuvorkommenden Vermieter haben das Haus liebevoll gestaltet. Auch für einen Strand- oder Pooltag ist bereits alles vorhanden (z. B. Sonnenschirm, Paddle Board, Body Board, Handtücher usw. ). Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl! Die Nähe zum Gulf Drive (Inselhauptstrasse) schränkt das Karibikfeeling eigentlich nur beim Aufenthalt auf der Veranda etwas ein. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

The Best AMI House Yet

Can’t say enough how great our stay was. We had such a great time, being walking distance to beach and having the pool on property. We had our parents, my brother and GF, and myself w my husband and kids - we each had our own respective suite and bathroom which was so so nice. The downstairs cabana area was absolutely perfect and my husband and I were able to sneak in pool time while our girls napped upstairs in the afternoon. The house was spotless and Rick and Sylvia really thought of every detail (towels, toiletry specifics, blow dryer, life vests for kids, paddleboards, etc.).. they were also so so attentive, every question I had, it was a simple text away and things were resolved shortly after. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t miss out on this gem! Not only is the property incredible, but you really feel taken care of by owners :)
