WATERFRONT Koti. Nauti auringonpaisteesta, rentouttavasta yksityisestä uima-altaasta, kelluvasta laiturista, joka sopii kalastukseen ja on käytettävissä veneesi sitoaksesi loman aikana.
Suuri ilmastoitu Lanai kauniilla näkymillä. Rauhallinen, rauhallinen koti yksinoikeudella asuinalueella. Lähellä kaikkea, ravintoloita, kauppoja ja muita vierailtavia rantoja.
Polkupyörien täysi käyttö kotona ja tandem-kajakki.

Veneet lähistöllä sijaitsevalle Sandbarille tai Anclote Islandille hauskaa päivää varten Meksikonlahdella.
Tuo oma veneesi. Lähellä sijaitsevia JULKISIA veneramppeja.

Great views

Love the area. Best BBQ I’ve ever ate down the road and don’t get me started with joeys Italian restaurant. Love the local wild animals. “Charlie” came by and visited us every day. But I believe he just wanted the fish we were catching. Can’t forget the turtle that came by every day. Only thing I wish was a cleaner pool. It was still swimmable just cloudy. But everything else was amazing!

We had an amazing visit! Any issues we had they took care of so quickly. Goodness I can not say enough about the owners, the management company and the helpful neighbor! Thank you for a wonderful stress free getaway!

Peaceful and quiet

We really enjoyed the quiet area and being close to Honeymoon Island, which was a highlight of our time in Florida. Home was clean and the heated pool was a plus!

Disappointed with certain things

The location was fantastic; however, we had to purchase towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. There were no paper towels available. Additionally, the guest bathroom toilet was out of order, which was inconvenient for six people.

Excellent location where two canals intersect and very short motor by boat to the open gulf.

Fits 6 adults but 4 would be more comfortable. Good location on a nice street and great Gulf access by boat. Pool, backyard area and dockage well maintained.

The beautiful home was the perfect size for my family vacation. Beautiful view that was highlight of our trip and would be the decision factor of returning to this property. We n the down side the pool was a cloudy mess all week, the bed in the sun room is not a true bed, it’s a double lawn chair with cushions. The king bed in master bed did jot have center support or in the correct size frame so collapsed in the middle making it a very uncomfortable sleeping for my daughter and son-in law. The toilet seat has cracks in it that pinched the bottoms of the ones using it. The shower mat in master bath was moldy and found big toenail clipping in the floor in the living room and around the pool. For the price I paid I expected it to be better experience

Wonderful time at a comfy house!

Thoroughly enjoyed the house. For the month of February, 2019. The pool and the yard were wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the Florida room. The kitchen and baths are dated but you have everything you need.

Good fishing

The location was perfect for us to be able to fish. We caught a variety of fish. The floating dock needs repairs and they were aware of the problem but we were still able to dock our boat with no problems.

Quiet, great view

Nice, open space. Plenty of room. Dock, pool and views were awesome. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants and beaches. Rental should include access to private beach area for community. Cleaning folks could do a better job especially in bathrooms. Overall we enjoyed our time.

This was a large, comfy house with lots to do right at the house!

This house is located in a quiet community. The beds were comfortable and there was lots to do right at the house. We took the kayak out several days and the kids fished from the dock. The pool was great to have right in the back yard! If you are a TV person, there are no TVs in the bedrooms, which was fine for us. There is a very nice TV in the living room. We had four generations in this home and it was relaxing yet something for everyone. We even used the Uno deck at the home.

Great Experience

Loved the location. We ended up being in the same neighborhood as our aunt, which was awesome! My kids loved hanging out in the pool all day and it was fun to use kayak and paddle board. We also took advantage of the bikes and fishing poles. The only thing I suggest is to make some updates to the house. The shower curtain was falling apart and the tv speakers seemed to be blown so it was hard to watch a movie.

Relaxing, quiet waterfront property with a great backyard view of the channel.

This is a very quiet, well-kept home in a beautiful location right on the channel. Pros: great heated pool with views of the water; awesome enclosed porch overlooking the channel/backyard/pool/dock with furniture to relax, play games, eat, etc. Beautifully landscaped & maintained. An older home but very well kept and met our needs for the 3 of us. A classic Florida property, and kind neighbors, too! Grocery stores & gas stations within 5 minutes drive as well as several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! Cons: no beach close by even though the ocean is right around the corner—plan on at least a 20 minute drive to the nearest public beach, if not longer due to the traffic. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, just not as convenient getting places, but the quiet atmosphere of the property was worth the trade off of being closer to everything! We would stay again!

Laid back trip, exactly what we needed

Loved the pool and access to the canal. Each bedroom will sleep 2 people. No bedroom has 2 beds. Post needs to be updated as of 6/14/22 I messaged via the VRBO app 3 times and received 0 responses. (1 question, then a message stating I had found the answer, then after checkout letting them know we were out of the house early with a note letting them know the paddle board has a hole and takes on water.) Nothing urgent, so a reply wasn't necessary. I am only writing this to explain my low rating in this area. Overall -great experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Great home base!

We brought our boat and had ocean access for the entire stay. We fished every morning, hung out on the North Anclote sandbar or beach on Anclote and used the pool daily and were very comfortable with up to ten people in the house at times. Great fishing and the wildlife is amazing. Short list of encounters: blacktip, nurse & bonnethead sharks. An encounter of a lifetime with a great hammerhead shark! Manatees, green sea turtles, birds of every size including a flock of parrots and the catch list is spectacular: Spotted sea trout, grouper, ladyfish, jack crevalle, rays, lizardfish, pinfish and catfish. Even hooked a large blacktip for about 10 seconds. :-) Oh, and the spotted eagle rays leaping out of the water were fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed the FL room, living room and the dining table! Great choice for a large family or even just two couples. Eating Out: Hellas in Tarpon Springs and Frenchy's Outpost in Dunedin were awesome! Also, Wards Seafood in Clearwater was a can't miss for bringing it back to the house and cooking it up! You will love this stay!

Perfect location

We stayed the week with family. Perfect location from the sand bar and island where we spend the day and the kids really enjoyed the pool after those hot boat rides. Only thing we noticed is the bed in the lanai had 2 lawn chairs with couch cushions. At the end of the trip we noticed a small note on the side table that said there was a blow up mattress in the closet to put on the lawn chairs. Luckily everyone fit comfortably.

There are no words to describe the tropical beauty of sitting at the pool overlooking the open canal. Watch the dolphins, manatee, and tropical birds galore! Plenty of tables to sit at the private pool or lounge in one of the chairs. Large enclosed lanai can be air conditioned or open the windows to enjoy the Florida weather.
Additional space includes a Living Room. WiFi Internet provided.
