Vuoden 1930 mökki kauniilla Davisin Arbuckle-vuorilla, Oklahoma. Vain 1 kilometrin päässä Turner Falls Park -puistosta ja muutaman minuutin päässä Arbuckle-järvestä, Chickasawin kansallispuistosta, Chickasawin kulttuurikeskuksesta, ravintoloista ja paikallisista kasinoista. 30th Anniversary Getaway

We loved the cottage. Brenda is amazing, very quick to respond and helpful. So thankful to find a great place to bring pets. Our pup enjoyed the trip too! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway!!

The Bluebird Cottage was a super cute and clean and an excellent getaway for our family! The decor was very charming, and the accommodations were great! It was very well stocked with linens and clean towels. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Very spacious back yard with an awesome hot tub and fire pit. My family and young granddaughter had an amazing time. We will be back for sure.The host Brenda was FANTASTIC!! Very responsive and gave helpful recomendations!

Great little getaway!

My husband, daughter, and I wanted a quick trip to Turner Falls. The house was a perfect location for The Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness. The cottage was quaint and had everything we needed for our family weekend. Had a fabulous time.

It's close to the street but still very quiet behind big trees. The amenities were superb for being a cottage (much better than hotels). We felt at ease just like a home away from home. The hot tub was also nice. They even provided additional towels for the outdoor activities. Most of all, we love the bird decors. So cute! Since we could hop in and out of the Turner Falls Park multiple times on the same day, we came back to soak in the air conditioning and ate our own meals sourced from the nearby grocery store. Best deal ever!

Wonderful place for a family stay!

The cottage was adorable inside and out! The Blue Bird Cottage is aptly named. We were able to sit outside and see Blue Jays, Cardinals, and Hummingbirds. It was great to get away from the bustle of Turner Falls and have such a quiet respite. The inside was just as welcoming. The proprietor thought of so many details in the house that made the stay very comfortable. Having 3 beds was great for a family of 4 - my kids loved not having to share a bed. The mattresses and linens were very nice. We were also greeted with the sweetest gift for my son who turned 5 over the weekend and the best basket of goodies. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway Cottage

The hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information about the local area. Brenda also went above and beyond in supplying amenities for a weekend getaway. Brenda was quick in responding to questions I had. The property was very clean and super cute.

Falls Creek Retreat

This property was clean and comfortable. Lots of little extras made the stay enjoyable, like the S’mores and water bottles and different coffee pods. It was a relaxing retreat in the middle of nature, but close to fun like Turner Falls and the conveniences of the stores and eateries in Davis and Sulfur. This quiet cottage was a perfect place to rest and do some reflective writing. I was able to enjoy some time with my teenagers at Falls Creek, but still get away for some relax time. The host was easy to reach and pleasant to work with. I would stay there again.

Perfect Spring Getaway

Our family of 4 stayed at the Bluebird Cottage on our visit to Turner falls. It was absolutely perfect. The house is so comfortable and cute! All the necessities were provided as well as lots of fun extras. The yard was perfect for roasting s'mores and relaxing. Brenda is an excellent host and answered all questions quickly. She even recommended some fun places to eat and visit. We would definitely stay here again. We LOVED our visit to the Bluebird Cottage!

Hi and welcome to the beautiful Arbuckle Mountains and Turner Falls Park area! I've had the pleasure of hosting people and families that are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay while enjoying all the area has to offer. The Bluebird Cottage has let me enjoy hosting interesting and diverse travelers for business, visiting family, relaxing, romantic get-a-ways, and vacationing.

I love being a host amidst all the scenic beauty of Davis and hope you enjoy your stay!

The Bluebird Cottage is in one of Southern Oklahoma's most beautiful areas! This cottage was originally built in the 1930's on the side of the Arbuckle Mountains. I've tried to keep a lot of what makes it unique but still comfortable and pleasant for my guests.

We moved to this area in 1973 and I inherited this home from my Grandmother. I've tried to keep it fun and cheery! She was an avid rock hound! So you will see many of her fossils and rocks displayed throughout the property. It's on Scenic Hwy 77 just a mile north of Turner Fall Park and just minutes from casinos, and many other scenic areas and fishing.

This cottage was built on the side of the mountain in the 1930's with native stone foundations, native stone parking area, and native stone back path, the kitchen still has the original cast iron and porcelain farm style sink. Until I inherited the home, the last cosmetic update to the house was in the 1950's. I've worked hard to update it and tried to make it cheerful and inviting for everyone. It still has quirks and some of the original doors and cabinetry. It's a single story home but has stairs to the front door due to being on the side of the mountain. HOWEVER the back door, which I use as the main entrance, is ground level with just a few steps to enter the door. We offer a full house with a nice backyard with a hot tub, fire pit and charcoal grill. Enjoy eating outside on the outdoor set or the covered porch deck on the front. We have a nice automatic outdoor insect misting system to help keep some pesky bugs such as mosquitos to a minimum. We have a smart TV with Dish Network. We have limited Wi-Fi due to the location. We only have a hotspot. So Wi-Fi can be slow or even non existent, so unplug and enjoy the area and beauty that the Arbuckles can offer. There are many fossils in the area. We've also had guests mention that they've found arrowheads in the back yard! I've not been that lucky....yet, but I keep my eye out for them! Groups come from all over the US to study the Arbuckles. So as you're out hiking or just taking a fun walk, keep an eye out for fossils and unique rocks.
