Aloha ja tervetuloa Hale Annaan, Maui. Hale Anna on kaunis, yksityinen koti, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla vastapäätä hiekkarantaa. Tämä koti on laillinen isoisäisen loma-asunto Mauin maakunnan suunnitteluosaston kanssa. Tärkeimmät asumismajoitukset sijaitsevat kaksikerroksisen kodin yläkerrassa, josta on merinäköala ja alueelliset näkymät, mukaan lukien Haleakala. Tämä majoituspaikka sisältää kolmen makuuhuoneen kodin ja uima-altaan. Kotiin mahtuu mukavasti jopa 6 vierasta (mukaan lukien lapset).

Talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta. Mestarissa on tavallinen parisänky, toisessa Kalifornian king-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa 2 erillistä vuodetta. Tärkein olohuone on avoin ja sisältää täysin varustetun keittiön, ruokasalin ja olohuoneen. Suuret kannet ovat merelle päin ja Haleakalaa päin, ja niissä on ruokailutila ulkona ruostumattomalla grillauksella. Voit katsella aurinkoa nousevan ja laskevan. AC on asennettu pääasialliseen oleskelutilaan (joka sisältää kolmannen makuuhuoneen) ja 2 takahuoneeseen.

Siellä on hämmästyttävä uima-allas ja kansi. Siellä on runsaasti istuimia ja lepotuoleja. Kansi on viimeistelty kauniilla TREX-terasseilla.

Koti sijaitsee asuinalueella. Tämä ominaisuus on täydellinen perheille. Hiljaiset tunnit Mauin maakunnassa ovat klo 9.00–8.00. Tämä koti ei ole puoluekoti, mutta täydellinen perheille.

Melu kantaa yöllä ja vaikka vieraat ovat lomalla, naapurimme eivät ole. Varmista, että kaikki ryhmäsi jäsenet ovat tietoisia hiljaisista aukioloajoista ja pystyvät noudattamaan ENNEN tämän varauksen varaamista.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our family of 5. The place was just as advertised. It was a great location close to many stores and restaurants. The place was very clean and had everything we needed including towels and beach chairs. We absolutely loved the pool and spent many afternoons relaxing there. Highly recommend!

Fantastic 2 week stay!

We arrived shortly after a substantial rain storm that flooded the area. Amber and her family worked hard to clean up and by the time we arrived we could barely notice the area was recently flooded. The house was great, but the pool area was the highlight. Amazing to have a private pool area like that steps from the beach. Our family spent hours in it every day. Thanks for the great stay and we hope to return .

We enjoyed our stay at Amber and Jeremy's place. They were able to accommodate an early check in and we were very comfortable for our 1 week stay and enjoyed the pool and beach nearby. We hope to return soon.

Another great vacation

The perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable - perfect for our family of 5. There are gorgeous views from the front (where you can see and hear the ocean!) and the back (where you can enjoy sunrises over the mountain). The beach is even closer than I had realized, and we loved walking there every evening to watch the sunset and the turtles that come to shore. The pool area is beautiful as well. All in all, this was the perfect place for our family’s Maui vacation!

Lovely location and perfect for families

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It has everything. Very clean and location is ideal. Short walks to close restaurants and parks. We found drives to North, South, West, and Central Maui appropriate and not too long. Beautiful yard and pool. Jeremy and Amber were great host. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony every evening. We highly recommend and will return in future.

Great stay

The place was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Pool was secluded and private. Tons of cooking items. Tons of beach towels. Beach chairs. Air conditioning worked great. Very quiet neighbourhood. If you’re up late this is not the place for you. Great for families. Would totally stay here again. Turtles on the beach at sunset. Amber and jeremy very welcoming. What more can you ask for? Amazing Vaxation!

What a wonderful place to vacation. The house was perfect for us. Although one bathroom it is large and very well appointed so accommodated us easily. Three bedrooms were very comfortable. Great location - easy to access all Maui has to offer. Private beach directly across the quiet residential steeet. Beautiful and private pool and amazing owners who are very hospitable and responsive. We will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful Vacay Getaway

Staying at this vacation rental was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better – it was ideal and central to all the major activities on the island, allowing us to explore with ease. YOU WON'T REGRET STAYING HERE!!!

All I can say is WOW!!! Top notch, high quality property that is better than the photos. Comfy beds, endless amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms (LOTS of QUALITY towels & mugs), ample storage for you to feel at home, great water pressure in the shower, wonderful BBQ, the pool area is beyond your wildest dreams, and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to a beautiful sand beach. I recommend going there for Sunset every day to watch the families of turtles come us to the beach. So cool!!! Amber is an excellent host with prompt responses. You feel like you're in a private home and you wouldn't even know there is a family under you!!! Loved by all. Had myself and my 2 boys (1 and 3 year old), my parents (in their 60s), and my sister (mid 30s). If you have the chance to book this property, I can assure you that you won't regret it.

Truly magical!

If you are scrolling through homes and wondering where in Maui to stay and which home to choose…I would definitely recommend you stop now and book Amber and Jeremy’s place if it’s available. The location in Kihei is just perfect - there’s so much you can walk to (including Nalu’s, which has live music and my vote for best poke bowl, and trust me - I did the work). But having the water views and the beach right across the road is amazing. We would walk over to watch the sunset, and were treated to getting to watch literally 2 dozen sea turtles make their way out of the water onto the sand under a starry sky. The neighborhood is so green and lush and the property is beautifully landscaped. And the POOL! My kids spent hours in and around this gorgeous area. The house is sparkling clean, spacious, and full of light. It’s even better than the photos - high quality appliances, beautiful finishes, and modern spaces. Amber and Jeremy have thought of absolutely everything and make it so, so easy. The house has everything you need and a lot you didn’t know you needed but actually did! The only downside of this home is having to leave. If we are lucky enough to visit beautiful Maui again one day, I would 100% want to stay here.

Perfect place to call "home" in Maui

We stayed at Hale Anna for 2 weeks and made wonderful memories! As a family of 6 who travels a lot, we always use a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel/resort. Hale Anna was one of the very best! Extremely clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the bathroom was large with beautiful tiling and fixtures. The beds were all comfortable with nice bedding, and there were plenty of towels provided. The private pool was such a bonus! I did not anticipate that we would use the pool that much, but it was so wonderful to take a swim after a morning spent hiking, sight-seeing, golfing, or discovering one of Maui's countless beaches. The pool furniture was in great condition and the landscaping in the yard and around the pool was lovely. Hale Anna is right across the street from a small beach where we enjoyed watching gorgeous sunsets and taking morning strolls. Our favorite aspect of the beach across from the house were the sea turtles! We saw dozens swimming in the water or sleeping on the beach. They are beautiful (and protected) creatures. Hale Anna is located in a very convenient area -- we explored as much of the island as possible during our stay and found the house to be centrally located. Also adding to its convenience are the grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks located very close by. And finally, Amber and Jeremy were gracious & kind hosts!

Best vacation by far

This property with its three bedrooms was perfect for my wife and me and our two adult children. The house is beautiful, up-to-date, and clean. It was such a pleasant and soothing place to stay. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet (and yet many shops and restaurants are conveniently close by), and I loved sitting out on the front deck every morning with my coffee, taking in the view and enjoying the sounds of the birds. From the back veranda, you can watch the sun come up over Haleakala. The private pool area in the back is every bit as enjoyable as you would expect and the owner keeps the pool very clean. We had a lot of fun barbecuing on the front deck as well. The beach is very close and every evening just after sunset, many turtles come ashore to rest on the beach. This place was truly an amazing home away from home. If you want to do your Maui vacation right, stay here. Highly recommend.

A Slice of Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Kihei home. There were views from every window—Haleakala (out back), corridor views of the ocean (in front) and tropical plants from all other windows. The beach was a super short walk down the road and it was a great place to spot turtles during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. The place was immaculate, and Amber was super responsive. I’d definitely stay again.

Vacationed with our two kids and my father. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one takes the cake by far. You’re lucky to rent it if you get the chance. Well stocked, clean, close to everything including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phenomenal hosts, private and beautiful setting, pool was amazing and the beach walks were beautiful. Another amazing vacation…

This was our second stay at the Hale Anna, and it certainly won’t be our last. Once again, the property was perfect. During this stay, another couple joined us, and the house offered plenty of room for our group of four adults. You can’t beat the location and the amenities. The pool is fantastic and completely private. The beach is great, especially during sunset. It was so nice having beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas available for use during the days that we spent exploring other parts of the island. Amber and Jeremy are great hosts, and it’s nice to have them close by for help/recommendations, etc. We look forward to booking this property again sometime soon. Highly recommended!

A great location!!

This was such a great spot for our family of 5! A quick walk to the beach! It was so clean and quiet! And having a private pool was so special! Thank you! We plan to come back!!!

Aloha! We are the Peterson family! This amazing home was purchased in the late 70's by our family. We have been running the upstairs unit as a vacation rental for over 30+ years. A member of our family has been lucky enough to call the separate downstairs caretaker unit home the entire time. For the last 16 years my husband (Jeremy) and I (Amber) have lived on the property and don't have any plans of every leaving. Jeremy is a local contractor and I am a property manager. We love living on Maui and sharing a piece of our paradise!

The home and property have been meticulously maintained over the years. Most guests say "the photos don't do it justice"! The private pool and spacious upstairs are perfect for a Maui getaway. The location is amazing as well. The beach access is just across the quiet residential street. The beach is great for morning and sunset walks. You can walk in either direction for miles... and most visits you will be lucky to see Honu (sea turtles) resting on shore. Also less than a 5 minute walk you are in the Azeka Shopping Centers. There are many great restaurants and shops, including Nalu's South Shore Grill with amazing food and evening live music.
