Kauniisti päivitetty vuonna 2018 uudella keittiöllä, uusilla kylpyhuonekalusteilla ja uusilla lattialla, tämä kaupunkitalomaistyylinen huvila tarjoaa runsaasti mukavuutta West Beach Villagen sydämessä! Nauti väylältä Cougar Pointin golfkentälle, oma patio ja ihastuttava ympäristö helpon kävelymatkan päässä valtameren rannalta, tenniskentistä ja muusta.

Mikä on lähellä:
Fairway Oaks Villas sijaitsee suoraan Cougar Point -golfkentän vieressä, joka on yksi viidestä Kiawah Islandin golfkentästä. Täällä West Beach Village -keskuksen keskustassa, olet muutaman korttelin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja West Beach -tenniskompleksista. Beautiful location, beautiful weather, fantastic wild life, great golf!! Beds could have used 1-2 in memory topper to help soften the hard mattresses.

Perfect Location/Perfect Fit

Clean, near beach, peaceful

This home was exceptionally clean. The flooring looked brand new! The wall colors make the home feel inviting. All beds were comfortable with clean linens. Had all basic kitchen tools that we needed. The beach was close enough to walk to if you don't have lots to carry. There is a small parking area at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home on Kiawah Isalnd and would definitely stay here again!

Issues with house

My friends and I enjoyed our stay but wised there was a true hand rail going to the upper lever. The living room had food and a pillow on the floor behind the couch and in the shower on the first floor there were several long black hairs stuck on shower walls. (No one in our party had long dark/black hair)In the walk in closet upstairs there were several blue balloons which had been blown up and several blue crate paper decorations. The light on the front porch did not work which made it a bit difficult at night.

Great Location

The location was great, the home was comfortable and for once the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The weather was perfect and gave us all the sunshine we needed to replenish our Vitamin D ! We had one problem with the microwave; every time we turned it on it blew a fuse. But maintenance came and provided us with another microwave so all was good. Thanks for great memories of Kiawah Island!

My family had a blast. Downsides were a key light fixture that went unrepaired and the lack of pool access (which we were well informed of). However, excellent condo for my family of 6. Awesome biking on the beach and on the trails around Fairway Oaks.

July 2021 beach week

Spent a week at the condo with my wife and family. Location of the condo is perfect. Very walkable in regards to the beach. The condo has everything you need for the beach and then some. Only recommendations would be adding ceiling fans in the rooms as it did get warm in the upstairs compared to downstairs. I would also recommend adding an outdoor hose for washing off feet, chairs, etc after coming in from the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Disappointing Stay and Awaiting Follow-up

Traveled to Kiawa Island, SC to get away for a long weekend. Property arrival instructions stated a 4 PM check-in, but did state: You can go directly to the unit upon arrival. Occupancy is not available until property is declared ready by an inspector. No exceptions to this policy will be made. We will make every. Effort to have all properties ready for your arrival BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED! This is understandable and we assumed the inspection was possibly due to Covid cleaning requirements. We decided to give them some extra time so we did not arrive at the property until 6:00 PM. Upon entering the property we found the beds all unmade with dirty sheets on each, kitchen, bathrooms and common areas all still dirty. The unit had not been cleaned at all. Called the Vacasa (property mgr) 800 number to let them know. Got a call back from a local Vacasa person at 7:00 PM who said she would arrange for the cleaning. Went out for dinner and returned at 8:30 PM to find two nice cleaning ladies just arriving. They cleaned for an hour and departed at 9:30 PM. They did the best they could but we feel we got a cursory cleaning (especially considering COVID concerns). No "inspection" at this point. Followed up with Vacasa to let them know that that even though they state that "Compensation will not be given at this time for late check ins" we felt something was due to us. The local Vacasa mgr said that she did not handle that property and was filling in for Charlene who would call me back. Charlene called and left me a voice mail stating that she was informed we had a "missed-clean" but that cleaners were sent out and took care of it. No apology provided for the inconvenience. She said she was forwarding this issue to the Customer Service Mgr. who would get back to me regarding compensation. Charlene did not leave a number to call her on. I called the 800 number and asked to speak with her in order to give her the complete picture regarding our stay (see below). Customer service was only able to give her the message that I called. Awaiting a call back from Charlene and/or the Customer Service Mgr. Other issues: Unit did not have enough toilet paper for each of the bathrooms. We let local rep know and they did drop off TP the next day. • Bathroom upstairs in hallway wouldn’t flush. Plunger located in that bathroom (now I see why it’s there) did not solve issue. Bathroom not usable. • Lack of cleaning supplies, outlets didn't work...and more.

Kiawah Fair Oaks

Condo was a great space and as pictured. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio watching the greenskeepers each morning preparing the course for play. Very bright but still plenty of shade. The condo worked well but it was just my wife and I on this visit. Everything was as expected but see if the master mattress has been updated before you reserve. It was stiff as a board and needs replacing. Convenient location to the beach. No access to pools. Bring your own beach chairs or you can rent. We enjoyed sunsets at Bohicket Marina. Check in was very easy.

Good location

This property is on the 17 hole at Cougar Point GC. It is a no frills property. We have stayed in the area before in a cottage. That fits our travel style better. There were very limited items in the kitchen. No BBQ. Many of the lights and outlets were not working. Next visit we will return to a cottage.

Great place to bring the family

We had a winderfulntime in West Village. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable for the whole family. The kitchen lacked some basic supplies but otherwise a great spot.

Some issues

We did have some problems. Kitchen could have Saran Wrap, aluminum foil etc. Kitchen pits and pans were sub par, they are actually warped. Light switches did not work, electrical outlets did not hold charging blocks. You need to spray for bugs specifically cockroaches which were in kitchen.

Very nice home

Very sweet comfy home. We were there for a wedding didn’t get spend much time on the beach like I had hoped. The location to the beach was great we did go over once just to see the ocean.
