Amazing Accommodations

There are beautiful ocean views from this unit. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub. There is large grilling area along with tables to eat your meal at. The location is convenient to everything.

Perfect for a little get away

Great place to check out the area. Long walks on the beach and road our bikes on the beach. Explored Hilton Head and Savannah. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

We recently stayed for 3 nights. Check in was easy and the unit was ready as promised. It was spacious and well maintained with a great ocean view. Our only criticism is that some of the furniture/decor is a little dated but that would not stop us from returning.

Superb!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is roomy and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the balcony which has good view of the ocean. A 3-minute walk brought us to the beach. (We greatly enjoyed hiking the beach for miles north and south. Beautiful.) The only ding: Much of Hilton Head Island has a bit of a "Stepford Wives" or Disney-manufactured feel to it. But let that pass! A wonderful stay at a superb property.

Perfect Property

This property was exactly as advertised - clean, updated & a great location. Open floor plan made it feel roomy, and loved the balcony - even saw deer in the evening. The check-in process was extremely easy. Will definitely stay here again! The only issue was with communication. I had sent three chat messages prior to my arrival, but I never heard back. I did contact the owner via email once checked-in and they replied right away, so maybe it was something with Vacasa's portal chat feature. Bikes would also be a plus! :) I would highly recommend this place.

Great Condo!!

We were in town visiting family and this was the perfect location! The beach was just beautiful and we spent the majority of our time there. The picture of the beach view doesn't do it justice. It was truly beautiful. The condo was clean and easy! Just a few notes...condo is located in the building to the right, they have luggage carts by the elevator which is location inside of the parking garage to bring up your belongings, there are trash chutes on each level, the king sized bed was very comfortable, pillows were decent, and the sofa bed was acceptable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed although the pots/pans are getting a bit tired. The condo also had 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella (very much appreciated!!) We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet weekend stay

We decided to take a last minute trip to get away for a few days. This condo perfectly fit our needs for 2 adults. It was nice, clean, and quiet. There were just 2 issues. Nothing big, just things we experienced. 1) Getting a parking pass from the pass office. Since we picked up the envelope at the property management office, I thought this was all we needed. We were not told in advance that we would have to get another “pass” upon arrival. When we arrived at the gate, the guard made us turn around and go back to the pass office. Also, the directions to the condo could have had a little more detail. We had never been to Hilton Head and we arrived when it was dark. Driving through the development was very confusing. Especially when we had to go back to get a pass! 2) The shower water in the primary bathroom smelled terribly like sulfur. No other faucet in the condo smelled except this one. It was quite overwhelming after a shower. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back.

HHI ocean view condo

Very enjoyable. Beautiful 5th floor condo with pretty ocean view. Unit is a little dated, could use some updates in bathrooms, specifically the shower. Dark mold on the caulking should be maintained and cleaned, better yet would be replacement of the shower with modern glass door units. Despite following the instructions, we could not get the TV to work, it just stayed stuck on Amazon Prime screen. No big loss though. Relatively minor issues, certainly would not prevent us from returning to the unit in the future.

Dirty Upon Arrival

The views of the property were great. The proximity to the beach was also wonderful. But when we arrived at the unit, it had not been cleaned from the last guests. There were used towels and used sheets. The property management got one cleaning lady over quickly even though they said they were sending a “crew.” Check in was supposed to be at 4, we asked if e could check in a bit early at 3:30. The management company said that would be fine. By the time the unit was finished being cleaned it was two hours after our scheduled check in. It was just a really aggravating way to start what was supposed to be a relaxing trip.

Very nice oceanfront condo

The condo was very nice, clean and well decorated. It was quite and you could see the ocean from the balcony. The Hampton complex is well maintained and beautiful. There was plenty of room for the two of us. I usually rent a 2 bedroom for just the two of us so we have two bathrooms but this condo had 2 full bathrooms and the living space was large and comfortable. I would have given this condo 5 stars except for the bed. It was a king size but it was hard or extra firm. I woke up every morning with my back hurting so bad I could barely walk. Some people may like an extra firm mattress but it was just to hard for me. I almost went and bought a memory foam topper but we were only there for 3 nights so I just stuck it out. Other than that I loved the condo.

Good

Would have liked to have gotten into condo earlier. We arrived a little before 2 pm and it looked like it was ready so we called to see if they could fix the keycode so we could get in. I was told that check-in wasn't until 4 and they had not received confirmation from the inspector that the room was ready. She said she would call us when she received her confirmation call. She called us back at 3:50. Just figured she could call them to check instead of waiting for them. We have usually been able to get in between 2-3. We used that time to get our groceries. We bought ground coffee for what we assumed would be a regular coffee maker but upon getting in found a kuerig single cup machine. We called the office to see if we could get a regular coffee maker and was told they would relay the message and someone would call us back sometime Sunday therefore had to go buy k-cups for our Sunday am coffee. We did receive the coffee maker later.
