Tämä toisen tason Marsh Winds -huoneisto, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Folly-joelle, on täydellinen paikka nauttia saaren auringonlaskuista. Helppo pääsy kuistille olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta tarjoaa loistavan paikan nauttia ikimuistoisista näkymistä ja aterioista ulkosalla. Kun puhutaan herkullisista aterioista, täysin varustetussa keittiössä, joka on varustettu moderneilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, on täysin selkäsi! Valmista tässä herkullisimmat ateriat ja välipalat - vieraasi ovat kiitollisia! Yhteisön uima-allas on loistava paikka rentoutua ja lähellä olevat rantatuolit ovat juuri sitä, mitä tarvitset auringonottoon.

Erinomaisella paikalla vain kilometrin päässä rannasta, Folly Beachin keskustasta ja sen kourallisista ravintoloista, et löydä mitään parempaa kuin tämä. Vieraile Folly Beachin kalastuslaiturilla korkealaatuisella kalastuksella ja täyden palvelun ravintolassa, josta on lyömättömät näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle ruokailla. Ilmoittaudu surffausta tai meloa varten yhdelle saaren monista vuokrausyrityksistä. Charlestonin keskusta ja sen historialliset kadut ovat 11 mailia pohjoiseen. Great location

The rental is in a great location, not in the middle of all the chaos but close enough to walk there if you want. Very close to downtown Charleston. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location!

If you can’t afford to be right on the beach, this location is great because it is still within walking distance to everything at Folly beach! Very clean and beds were comfy!

Great location

This is a great location for both beach and city vacation. It is further out, but is still walkable to the beach and restaurants. The condo was spacious and exactly what we needed for our girls trip. The pool was clean and a nice option.

Interior is nice, listing wasnt accurate

The place was extremely clean and interior was as depicted. The outside however had construction going on right outside the back window with condos going up (which blocked the beautiful view that was in the listing when we booked) . The wifi had multiple issues but being fairly tech savvy i was able to firgure it out. Other than that location was excellent and the place was very nice.

Great Location

This home was the perfect size for our family and is in a great location. A few minute walk and you're at the beach and a 30 minute drive you can be in the heart of Charleston. Beds were comfy, bathrooms are clean, kitchen is a little dated, but everything was functioning properly.

Marsh Winds 2K Folly Beach, SC

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was perfect in the way of a convenient location with a short walk to Folly Beach and a 20 minute drive into Charleston. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and utensils. Beds are comfortable. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower, which is very convenient for multiple adults sharing the unit. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for visitor's to use which came in handy after a very active week vacationing outdoors. Plan your drive times well, as the traffic into and out of Folly Beach every day is very heavy and making a left-hand turn out of the parking lot can be tricky much of the time. The owner's are easy to get ahold of with any questions.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the stay at Marsh Winds 2K! We found the location to be very convenient and enjoyed the walk to the beach down Center Street. We loved the layout of the condo but it could use a good "spring" cleaning and some fresh paint. Otherwise, loved the homey feel,beds were comfortable. An overall very enjoyable stay!

Marsh retreat

This condo was perfect for the five of us. The place was clean, three good size bathrooms and the king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Folly Beach was a short walk and Charleston was a easy drive. We had no troubles with checking in. The fridge had an ice maker which was handy. One outlet in the main bedroom does need replacing. The couch cover had a stain. It was not noisy at night. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Plenty of space and great view

For the most part this place was great. The location was a little further from downtown than expected. The WiFi password did not work, when I calle the office I was told they would call me back the next day but I never received a call. Other than these minor things the condo was great, it was quiet, clean, and very spacious.

Great but…

It’s beautiful and in a great location. However, there was some cleanliness questions in the bathroom, the Internet never worked, and the host never came to fix the problem the whole time we were there. And when we were given a late check out, that information was not communicated with the women cleaning the place because they showed up an hour before we had to leave. I was a little bit disappointed in some of those things, but overall the state was nice the place is beautiful. However, if you have office work to do from your vacation rental, the Internet here isn’t going to give you what you need.

Lots of potential

We had a fun girls trip!! The condo has lots of space. Location is great! The condo is located right before the small bridge. We saw some people walking to down town from our complex. You have a pretty view of the marsh out the front door but not so off the deck. This condo is approximately 25 minutes from Charleston. The complex is small which we liked and very quiet in February. There is an elevator. If you are wondering, the condo has a hair dryer, iron, and coffee pot. Several grocery stores are close by the complex. However, the condo needs a detailed deep clean. The living room sofa needs steamed clean and rug needs to be replaced. With a little tender loving care and attention, this condo would be amazing! A little touristy information: Lost Dog Cafe was a great breakfast place. Amazing places to eat in Charleston: The Charleston Crab House and Hyman’s Seafood.

He really enjoyed our stay. Girls trip for 5 of us. Beds very comfortable. All you need in kitchen. Says coin laundry, it is not. Called to find out if they had a iron & blow dryers, was told no. They have a iron, 3 blow dryers. The view from screened in porch is into other people's windows. House could use a makeover. Couch torn, rug filthy. But didn't matter as we were gone most the days. Great location to Drive to beach and the restaurants & shopping on Folly Beach are awesome. Close to Charleston. I would take the Dolphin tour in the marsh. Was excellent.

Not anything like the pictures!

At one time this was probably a great property. We booked based on pictures and reviews. It was a huge disappointment! The property has NO view as they are building right next to the balcony. There were so many issues and we informed the property manager…so so dirty! We could not get any tv to do more than turn on except in the living room. We brought this to their attention they sent someone out and said they needed new remotes which we never received. No water pressure, the dryer barely worked and for a three bedroom unit there is only seating for 3 on a very worn out couch. This unit needs major cleaning and updating!

I sent the following to Vacasa Folly with no response. Regrettably I am leaving it here for future renters. It saddens me for the sake of the owners that two homes were built and completely obstruct what was once a spectacular view. I reserved this property specifically for what was shown in the pictures and what was also described as “the perfect place to enjoy island sunsets”. We were a party of 3 and certainly didn’t need a condo this large but the view sold me. Considering I booked the property in January I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that the construction was new and the listing had not been updated however a local resident confirmed that is not the case. Aside from the view, the condo was quite pleasant. It was spacious. Could use some updating (the couch) but overall very clean. Our check in experience was good and your team is very thorough with informational texts and emails, with the exception of this email. I rely heavily on the property owners to provide an accurate description of the property I am choosing and often will return to the same locations when I like them. Sadly this will not be the case for this condo, nor can I confidently recommend this location to others who may visit Folly beach. Please make this right for your future guests by updating your listing so that they can make an informed decision based on their needs and what is most important to them. For me it was all about the view.

This is why you dont have Avocet Manage your property

We arrive wednesday night bout 4:30 to the office , got the door code and proceeded to the Condo. We arrived to find food all over the floor and rug, dirty bathrooms( went back to store to buy cleaners for toilets and cleaned them my self so our kids could use them) , We then proceeded to put the food in the refrigerator which was dirty spilled food on the inside smelled nasty. The trash can was supposed to be white was dirty with pasta sauce it looked like. When we went to get a spoon to make chocolate milk there was dirt or coffee grounds all over the silverware. I called the office they didn't return my call until the next morning. I took and sent them pictures,we also had a bug problem in the showers there were flying bugs 2 or 3 , a couple of spiders as well, and some weird bugs. They stated a cleaner and a bug guy would be there in an hour 9am...so I called them at 1pm to have them say within the hour, and then 4:45 called again was told cleaner was stuck at another place but would get there . We went to rehearsal dinner since it was for our daughter getting married. Got back opened the door and it smelled great. But, the dirt was still on the silverware, floors still made your feet black if walking barefoot, and the popcorn kernel that was on the floor in the master bedroom still there. Also you could see outside from the front door , it was missing the liner that seals the door. So I called the next morning to be told that the cleaners cleaned and sent pictures and it was upto there standards. And that there was nothing else they could do for us. Now I also had my inlaws come to see this place and they saw that it was still a mess. but at this point I was clearly talking to my self. The bug guy never came. I wish I could post pictures because I would. Now we did look to move to another place but every where was booked. I tried to not let it ruin my daughters wedding weekend as it was a wonderful truly magical time at Magnolia Plantation. I was also told that they would credit my account for the inconvenience, but that never happened as well. I would not recommend any property that is run by this company they didn't even send anyone over to look at the place before sending cleaners and certainly didn't care if it was clean or not. I truly feel for the people that own this property because it is not being taken care of at all.
