Tämä hiljattain remontoitu Beachwood-yksikkö on täydellinen perheen poistumiseen. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta tekevät tästä täydellisen sijainnin! Päätasolla löydät olohuoneen, ruokasalin ja keittiön. Kaikki uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja avoin pohjaratkaisu sopivat täydellisesti viihdyttämiseen. Olohuoneesta avautuu terassi, joka on täydellinen aamukahvia tai ulkona illallista varten. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa on kuningas, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 kaksoset.

Everything was fine but we could not find ABC on the TV to watch the game on Saturday. Only 1 guest in our party tried to watch it on TV but it was disappointing.

Spacious condo close to the beach

The condo is wonderful - the couches and beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. About a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful relaxing week away

Our family of 5 (with big kids ages 16, 18 and 20) had an absolutely wonderful week at this home. With the beach right across the street, tennis nearby where we could take group lessons, and lots of tree-canopy covered walkways, we always found enjoyable things to do for our active family. Ventured North to the downtown Amelia Island area to play putt-putt and eat out a couple of times throughout the week and otherwise had everything we needed to prepare our food at the house. Also, it was great having a private bath in each bedroom, so perfect. We wanted for nothing and had an awesome week - cannot recommend highly enough and I hope we can return soon!! Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing in Amelia Island

The location was extremely comfortable and clean. Close to everything you would like for a relaxing long weekend, or entire week if lucky enough. Evenings were quiet, and days had plenty of close by activities. Highly recommended location to stay.

Best home I have stayed in. Clean, Very comfortable beds, stocked well, convenient to activities for kids, 3 minute walk to beach, groceries store very close. Minor wish: pool had trees trimmed for more sun.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The location within the resort was my favorite. We were <5 min walk to the Nature Center (which my 2.5 year old daughter had us visit 3x a day) and the playground. The beach and pool were very close. We also were able to enjoy two of the restaurants on site, Marche Burette and Falcon’s Nest, which were very good.

Relaxing, beautiful and all the things!

Came to this condo for a girls work retreat. Everyone was comfortable and the place was super clean and well equipped. It was so relaxing considering we were working. Convenient to beach, hotel, shops and grocery. I plan to come back soon with my family. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

This rental was more than we could have asked for. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a gated serene resort community. Everything was so clean and the beds were amazing. This is the only vacation I have ever been on that I was able to get quality sleep away from my home. Check in/out was so easy and efficient. The owners really thought of everything we could need (beach chairs, maps, activity recommendations, local menus, etc.) Our special welcome gift was so nice and thoughtful. We will be staying here again!

Lovely townhouse. Met our needs perfectly with 3 bedrooms all with en suites. Decorated very tastefully and very comfortably. Great mattresses on every bed. My only issue is that the resort had not cleared away a downed tree right in front of the property, and they also need to clean up the landscaping. Still, the unit was fabulous and we all had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our two families to stay while I attended a conference at the Omni Hotel. The property is nestled in a beautiful shaded, wooded area just steps from the Omni, the lovely shaded pool, and many of the fun amenities on the property, including the putt putt course, the many shops and restaurants and the Nature Center on property. It's also directly across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. In short, it was perfectly located. And the home itself was so comfortable and well laid out, it was the perfect setting for some old friends to get together and cook, play board games, watch TV and chat in the kitchen, living, and dining areas. We loved that all the bedroom areas were upstairs, it made it easy to put the kids to bed and then hang out for a bit downstairs after, and also all of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were roomy and extremely well-appointed and comfortable. Truly this property has everything we needed, including a nice large grassy area beyond the back patio for the kids to run around and play while the adults had a drink on the back patio loungers or picnic table. Would absolutely love to return here.

Lovely

I stayed at this property with my husband and another couple over Labor Day weekend. The photos did not do the house justice - it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful through the “sunken forest”. We were also able to easily walk to the restaurant/cafe/shopping/mini golf area. We all enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this property in the future.

Great Condo

This is a great condo for the price. We've stayed at some smaller 2 bedroom condos around the resort that cost the same per night so we liked the fact that both our children would have their own bedrooms for the same price. The rental company was very responsive and was able to grant us with our early check in request. The condo well appointed with everything we needed. We've stayed at places that provided one additional roll of toilet pager and one coffee filter before and this place had more than enough of all the basics such as TP, hand soap, dish soap, etc We were very overall very happy and would def book this place again.
