Ihana käsinmaalattu seinämaalaus ulottuu käytävän koko pituudelta tässä ainutlaatuisessa lahden edessä sijaitsevassa kodissa, josta on täydellinen näkymä kauniille Santa Rosa Beachille. Voit nauttia delfiinien välähdyksistä, kun maustet aamukahvia omalta parvekkeeltasi. (Kyllä, delfiinejä aamulla!) Family vacation

This was a cute condo, not super fancy but did the job. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. The upholstery on the couch is adorable but it also needs a good cleaning, pillows replaced, etc. Otherwise the majority of the condo was in decent shape and clean.

This was the worst vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed in plenty, from budget to boutique. If I could’ve gotten my money back, I would’ve left on night one.We arrived early based on a Vacasa text saying the home was ready. It wasn’t. The code didn’t work. I spent 30 minutes on hold and another 20 trying to reach someone—standing outside in the Florida heat while my child w fever vomited. Completely unacceptable.Inside, the place was immediately disappointing. The floors were gritty with years of buildup. No rugs or mats—just sand and dirt everywhere. The furniture was old, dingy, and clearly never deep cleaned. The sofa was so worn I had to cover it in sheets before letting my child sleep on it.Beds had only sheets—no comforters or real blankets. Just thin covers like tablecloths. Master mattress was terrible and moved with every shift. Only four towels for a six-person listing. Fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Thermostat screen was dead. Vacasa told me to check the batteries. Not my job. Same with the broken TV remote. WiFi too weak to stream or work remotely.The patio doors were nearly impossible to open—more an accessibility and safety issue than a security one. Old tension rods used as locks were laughable.This property was misrepresented on Vrbo and poorly managed by Vacasa. The only decent thing? Shower water pressure.

Great, convenient location.

Easiest and quickest access to the beach I’ve ever experienced. Being on the first floor, you can walk out the patio door and be on the beach in basically 60-90 seconds. This was super convenient both taking supplies out to the beach and going back to the unit during the day to fix a sandwich, etc. The location is great. All the benefits of 30A with much less traffic and people than other areas such as Seaside. Very walkable neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and Publix is only about a 10 min drive. Additionally the beach front has enough people to be lively without feeling overcrowded. Will be. Collaring this property for future trips.

Great place!

Best beach stay we’ve ever had. Loved being able to sit on the porch and see the beach and hear the waves. The only downside is the chair rental company. They take up the entire ocean front. I did not like having to set our personal chairs up behind empty rental chairs.

Great overall

Great location, right on the beach with wonderful views. It had everything we needed. Quiet location. Only one parking spot per unit. The sliding doors were hard to slide and, when you bring your own chairs and umbrella the beach service company takes up much of the beach. The water was crystal clean and calm. We would definitely consider this place if we come with a small group.

very dated unit with a great beachfront location

Very dated property in need of some major decorating and linen upgrades. Kitchen well stocked. The parking lot needs attention as there was an abandoned rusty shopping cart parked in front of our unit. Ambience aside, the view and location on the beach can't be beat. That said I wouldn't stay here again due to the run down feeling of the property and decor.

Worst rental I have ever had

Of my own detergent. Again not disclosed in the description. The smoke detector went off when I used the toaster. Waking my whole family at 6 am unnecessarily. The sliding door is so Difficult to open my kids (6 and 9 and myself with a shoulder condition had to have my husband assist to open and close it). The “locks” for the sliding doors are 20 Year old tension rods that don’t even fit. At least get new ones that don’t look like they’ve been thru 4 hurricanes if you can’t install actual Locking mechanisms. The tv in the master didn’t work. I contacted vacasa and they suggested I troubleshoot it myself like Some sort of AV club lead in high school. Including suggesting WE check and replace remote batteries. I went on vacation to show up and relax. Not do the work that any basic super or make ready staff should. Certainly not to supply basic things like batteries. The tv in the living room broke up every few seconds bc of WiFi issues making it unwatchable. The WiFi was not suitable For video conferencing so I was unable to work Remotely. This home is not anywhere I would recommend someone stay overnight. Full stop. I literally stayed outside until I had to go to bed because there was no comfortable place to relax inside. I suppose I could suggest it for day use as like a beach “cabana” to Use while at the beach during the day but To charge MORE per night than places like The lodge at 30a (which provides access to golf and pool resorts) for this spartan, under-supplied, dated, Dirty gritty floored excuse For a Condo is highway robbery. The only thing that was acceptable was the shower water pressure. And thank god I brought my own towels because we’d have had nothing for the beach or to shower with after 1 day. Just cannot state strongly enough how poorly this home shows up. Pay a little more for a real Resort and leave the spare 40 year old Condo for the rubes you can trick into booking online. I also do not care for the fact that I booked this on Vrbo and then had to go thru vacasa. It was misrepresented as a Booking with an owner. This Is the 3rd property I have rented in this area and it’s the only vacasa one. I do not think vacasa makes This any better - perhaps it’s the reason the place is so poorly kept. The owners should be embarrassed and pissed. Suggestions: Paint the whole place Steam clean the Floors Provide 2-3 full size towels per person Get a runner for hall and kitchen , a large rug for master, and a rug for living areas rugs. Get bath mats Deep clean the sofas and upholstery Purchase new tension rods Replace Batteries Check for accuracy of codes before sending early check in text Repair or replace patio doors for accessibility and safety for people to be able to get in and out without superhuman strength

Pleasant Experience

If you are looking for a clean family place without all of the bells and whistles, this is it. Only 2 negatives: tension bar is security concern on sliding doors. And, no ice cream scooper.

Summer vacation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Great location on 30a! Steps from the beach which was a must with a toddler and nap time! Love the overall layout of the condo! Liked that there was a door that separates the hallway bunk beds from living area that way we did not wake the toddler in the mornings and nights. Condo is outdated but location makes up for this. Only downside to our stay was no pool and need of extra towels to keep me from doing laundry every day. Tv in living room did not work but property management was very prompt about getting that taken care of. Would recommend this stay!

Perfect

If anyone has anything bad to say about this place is just hating! Great location, great responses if you need help, close to all the restaurants. You never have to move your car when you arrive. I would definitely stay again in the future. Perfect for family of 4 and it’s spacious from the bedroom to the living room. Connivence is what you pay for here. On holidays make sure you make food arrangements at lunch time for dinner because the restaurants are packed at night, on “Holidays” . Thanks Vacasa!

We really enjoyed our quick vacation. The condo was so convenient to the beach, shopping, and dining. The beach was not too crowded and beautiful. We will definitely go back there.

Great ground level 1 bedroom condo in an in crowded area of the beach

This was a very nice 1 bedroom ground level that walks out onto the beach, and is easily accessible to 30A and nearby restaurants. And it’s on a stretch of beach where there are no high rises, so the beach is much less crowded that other areas.

Girls Trip
