Kalenterimme pÀivitetÀÀn reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat nÀkyvÀt oikein. SyötÀ vain haluamasi pÀivÀmÀÀrÀt ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

TÀmÀ yhden tyyppinen kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneisto tarjoaa henkeÀsalpaavat Persianlahden edessÀ nÀkymÀt kristallinkirkkaalle Emerald Coastin vesille sekÀ olohuoneesta ettÀ tilavasta makuuhuoneesta. TÀmÀ kauniisti sisustettu osakehuoneisto mahtuu mukavasti jopa kymmenelle vieraalle. Huoneessa on king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, king-size-vuode yhdessÀ vierashuoneessa, kaksi parivuodetta lisÀ Vierashuoneessa, twin-over-double kerrossÀnky erillinen kerrossÀnky. TÀysin varustetussa keittiössÀ on tyylikÀs tunnelma, ihana laattalattia ja laatoitettu backsplash, upeat graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistetut laitteet sekÀ runsaasti sÀilytystilaa. Parvekkeella on runsaasti huonekaluja, jotka luovat tÀydellisen ilmapiirin istua ja kuunnella aaltoja tai yksinkertaisesti ottaa Persianlahden tuulta toisesta kerroksesta.

HOA: n on hyvÀksyttÀvÀ kaikki perÀvaunut ennen pysÀköintia autotallissa. Kattolaukkujen kantolaitteet on poistettava ennen autotalliin pÀÀsyÀ. Vuokra-golfkÀrryillÀ, skoottereilla ja kupla-autoilla ei ole oikeutta pysÀköidÀ autotallissa tai porte-cocheressa, ja ne hinataan vuokralaisen kustannuksella.

Vieraiden sisÀÀnpÀÀsyohjeet: TÀssÀ vuokrauksessa kÀytetÀÀn digitaalista lukkoa E-lock, jonka syöttÀmiseen tarvitaan yksilöivÀ koodi. TÀmÀ koodi nollataan jokaisen vieraan oleskelun jÀlkeen.

We had 9 people in our group. The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was very spacious and we all had room to move about the interior and do our thing. We loved our balcony because it wrapped around from ocean front to pool front. It had plenty of space available for our family. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The appliances appeared new and in wonderful working condition. We loved being on the second floor. This allowed us to avoid the elevators. We used the stairs to go down to the ground level in order to go to the beach and poolside. Just a couple short flights of stairs and we were there.

Nice property, but definitely some issues.

The view was great, the condo and balcony were spacious, and the proximity to the beach was excellent. But beyond that we had some issues. There were two doors that didn’t work properly. One was a guest bathroom that didn’t want to shut and was nearly falling off. The other is the kitchen pantry door. The light bulb in the bunk room wasn’t working. The shower doors swing because there’s no track. And the shower beside the two queen bedroom was so slick my grandmother fell and we ended up at the urgent care getting her stitches. The front balcony door did not slide at all, so we had to use the side door all week. And there were roaches in the kitchen (not overtaking it, but we definitely saw several).

Great Resort, Disappointing Condo

We stayed in Room 201. The location was wonderful since we didn't have to deal with the slow elevators. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. The disappointing part were all of the things that were broken and had not been repaired. (I saw some of these things listed in earlier reviews) The list of broken or not working items: Oven handle - which was dangerous Silverware drawer Two shelfs in refrigerator missing Shade in Master bedroom Bar Stool completely separated from base Handle missing from entertainment center Coffee table wooden broken with screws sticking out All curtains falling down Two shower doors Toaster Only 6 forks in entire condo No potholders These were just the things our group noticed. There may be more items. I did report these to Vacasa during our stay. They told me the owner was the one that had to repair these items. We would like to come back to Tidewater. And I would rent through Vacasa again, but I would not rent unit 201 unless these items were taken care of.

Disappointed

Stayed in this same place last year and loved it. This year walking in you could see immediately the place had gone down hill. The biggest issue was roaches. My family was very disappointed.

Not worth the money

Party of 9. Wifi did not work in part of the unit. Water leak was present in unit resulting in carpet being soaked in one of the rooms. Staff was notified but it was not addressed during our stay. Cold water in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Staff notified but was also not addressed during the stay. Very little water pressure. Extremely long elevator wait times. Beach service was 2 chairs and an umbrella. For the amount of money spent, it was not worth it since the staff did not address concerns. The Vacasa staff was pleasant in person, but the Tidewater staff is very rude.

Large property right on the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Hopefully next year they will have a recliner. Loved the 2nd floor location. Right on the level from the parking garage.

We liked the lower floor and easy access. (We didn’t have to fight for an elevator)Liked property security and cleanliness. Seems small but liked the grocery carts for unloading store runs. Likes wrist band access to all property gates and doors and key pad for condo entrance.

Beautiful home and location. Hope to book again in the near future. Great customer service upon arrival/check in around 4.30 pm but the gentleman who worked in the evening hours was not friendly at all and wouldn’t bother to check my guest list to see my son was on it before attempting to deny him access when he arrived after 6 pm, even after my husband asked him to check. I had notified day time staff he will be coming abit later and they said no problem just to check in when he arrived and they would give him the wrist band etc. Besides that individual poor customer service, the rest of our stay was amazing. Will not let one bad apple ruin for the rest, so I still highly recommend. Just fyi, a very kind and caring lady stepped in and provided my son with the wrist band so he could get through the entrance. Thank you!!

Tidewater Beach 201

This home was so much more than we expected. Very spacious and plenty of seating for our party of 9. The view was breathtaking and the patio had plenty of room and seating. Patio door was kinda hard opening and closing but that kept my 6 yr.old grandson from going out on his own. Only complaint would be that we did a lot of cooking and the skillets weren't the best (food stuck) but there were plenty of them. My family wanted me to book for next summer before we even left. Definitely going back!

Family stay must have !

Absolutely perfect! Everything we could have needed, and will definitely be returning! Home was super spacious, had everything you could need. Very clean, no issues there. Even had chairs and floats available to use for beach and pool. We have 5 kids and they had enough space to be left alone after having spend hours together at the beach lol! Can’t say enough about how being on level two was HUGE PLUS!!!! read many reviews myself about That, but didn’t really realize how much of a plus it is until you are there! Thanks! We had a blast!

Overall the condo was great. You have to pay extra to park and there are alot of wait times for elevators since there are 30 floors 540 rooms and 2 elevators.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated, clean & perfect location. Easy clean beach access. Friendly & helpful staff. Enjoyed having a hot tub. Easy to walk to restaurants & shops. Loved having a wrap around balcony. Felt safe with appropriate security.

Roaches galore!

This condo was infested with roaches! We complained twice. The first time they only checked and sprayed in the kitchen. That must have really stirred them up because they then went all over the rest of the condo. Crawling up the walls, all in the cabinets. The front bathrooms tub and sink wouldn’t drain. We complained but never got any one to come check and fix it. The balcony doors were extremely hard to open. The ONLY good thing about the place is that we were on the 2nd floor which made it convenient to barely have to use the elevators.

DIRTY/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

RENTER BEWARE! I’ve stayed at the Tidewater several times the last time being in 2016 and it was amazing. My most favorite room. We also stay at the Calypso, but when I saw I could book room 201 at the tidewater I jumped at the chance. I was soo excited for my vacation. When we arrived the smell was horrible. I looked under the beds for a poopy diaper that had to be left behind. The carpets in the bedrooms were filthy and stained. I didn’t walk around without shoes on. The doors, trim, curtains all stained and dirty. The refrigerator was missing 2 shelves and a crisper drawer so when I arrived with my Walmart pickup order I didn’t have any room for my weeks worth of groceries. There was also a spilled sticky brown mess in the fridge spilling out onto the floor. The garbage disposal wasn’t working so the sink wouldn’t drain. There was an awful smell that would come out of the utility room when you ran the washer/dryer. In the middle of our stay we had 2 what appeared to be 25 yr olds just walk right into our room. I was in the living room thank goodness and they just entered the room as if it were my family that were staying with me. I attempted to chase them down but they outran me. I called Vacasa and all they ever told me was that “they were investigating it” And the topping on the cake is there’s a cockroach problem! I killed 7 in the first bedroom on the right our second night there. And too many to count in the kitchen during our week stay. One of the roaches made their way into my sisters retainer cup. Even finding some in her luggage bags. I called Vacasa daily complaining about my issues. Especially the security and safety issue. I was made to feel insignificant and that they were short staffed with too many other issues happening at the same time. I did not feel valued as a customer or that they cared at all! They did refund my $170 cleaning fee but I don’t feel that is fair enough. I paid $4400 to stay in that room for the week. When you pay that kind of money you have certain expectations that need to be met like cleanliness and safety/security. Neither of these were met. I will never stay or book at another Vacasa facility ever. I’m not one to leave reviews but after my experience with my family and children I do not want any one else to experience what we did.

Cockroaches!!!

This place is great if you enjoy sharing your stay with roaches! We saw at least 10 in the condo during our stay and lucky for us we brought some home too. The problem was brought to the attention of Vacasa twice during our stay and nothing was done about it. This condo was great at one time but it needs some serious attention, obviously starting with the cockroach issue. The carpets and floors were dirty, our feet were black from walking around the condo on the first night. We found a piece of bacon under the master bedroom upon arrival. The main balcony door is practically unusable because it’s so hard to slide open. There is black mold under the kitchen sink and it is caving in from water damage. The fridge was missing a drawer and shelf which was mentioned in a review from and year ago and still hasn’t been fixed. The tv in the double bed room does not have cable and the door is coming off of the hinges. There was a piece of glass laying up against the wall that I am guessing goes to a table, this is an issue with young children. The room is very spacious and size wise was perfect for our family. The balcony was awesome and it was nice being on the second floor. It really is a shame that they have let this condo go. I cannot recommend this condo to anyone and I will not be booking anything through Vacasa again. The company is prompt to respond to your issue but they don’t escalate the issues like they say they are going to. I’m sure this condo will be in the same shape the next time it is rented. The dryer wouldn’t dry clothes properly. It would shut off after a few minutes and the clothes weren’t dry. There are no extra blankets in the condo so if you do decide to book this condo make sure to bring some from home. I have reached out to Vacasa privately to try to find a solution to all of these issues. However, they don’t seem to care about what I have to say so I want everyone to know about all of these things so they don’t have to go through all the crap we did. I can’t recommend renting this condo or booking with Vacasa. We you pay over $3,000 for a condo you expect it to be clean and bug free. This is unacceptable Vacasa, DO BETTER!!!
