Relaxing Relaxing Relaxing!

What a wonderful location , we walked every morning to Perfect Pig for great breakfast. Large balcony, but I’ve never experienced the private beach patrol. It was stress free.

Great views and quiet

Loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean and sealife. Can tell the building is old but has been remodeled. Large facility for the family and loved it had three separate bathrooms nobody had to share. Large kitchen which was a plus. The bedrooms are larger than I thought they would be. Loved having our own private beach that was shared with others who stayed there

Beautiful Location

The condo is situated on an absolutely gorgeous beach. The view from the balcony is worth every penny. We liked the fact that all of us had a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. That always makes your stay easier. The fact that the complex was gated provided even more of a secure feeling for us. You are given the code prior to arrival. Parking was ample and we had no issue. Having your four beach chairs set up every morning was a major plus, as well. One of our frustrations (and the reason for the four stars) was the Vacasa representative had very little knowledge of the condo and our pre-arrival questions were constantly delayed. I think a simple question such as what type of coffee filters does the coffee maker take is pretty basic and that type of data should be readily available. There is a starter kit on the counter with dishwashing liquid, and a few other amenities which does help you get through the first day without rushing to the store. There is also a notebook containing various restaurants in the area that deliver which was also helpful. All in all the condo is lovely, however, it is obvious that it is becoming somewhat “tired” in its decor and will probably need to be updated in the next couple of years. The balcony has some soft spots indicating some water damage, as well.

Great spot and value for my favorite beach!

Very clean - EXCELLENT location in Seagrove, the price is great! Just a few steps across the street to the beach. Property grounds were well kept- nice pool area - several families grilling out. We will stay again soon. We do quick 3 night trips since we live in Alabama and we go several times a year. Mattress was very comfy! Realty Mgmt co also very nice and helpful.

Disappointed in quality

My big complaint about this property was the overall quality. For the price I expected more. The handle to the balcony door was broken and you had to use your finger tips to pry the door open. Pair that with an injured back and I was pretty frustrated. I called support, left a message, never got a call back. Emailed, and got a response after we checked out. Customer service was no help.

Disappointed

The view is great but if I owned this condo I would be very disappointed with their service, it wasn’t clean, dishwasher broken furniture stained my granddaughter got trapped in the bathroom because the door knob got stuck and we were constantly hassled about where we parked because it was not made clear as to where our vehicles were supposed to park. The price for this condo was way too much for all the problems we incurred would never recommend this property

The property is was very nice. The stay was very nice! However, the dishwasher did not work properly and was reported to the property manager. The dish washer did not totally drain in the normal cycle , thus leaving food residue on bottom of dish washer. The dishes in the cabinets were still wet causing some concern! We had to wash dishes by hand during the whole stay.Disposal was not working but repairman that came to check the dishwasher fixed the problem. I t would be nice to give all instructions at the time of check-in. I did not check my email during our stay. I did not know because of not checking my email, that taking bed sheets off as well as returning parking passes to their original place were requested.

Beautiful location on the beach

The staff at the rental office was top notch. Any needs we had (leak under sink, clogged drain, light bulb out in porch) were take care of immediately. The men sent to make repairs were very nice, efficient and professional. The property was not as clean as we are used to, and the furnishings and rugs were stained in various places. 2 of bedrooms were not like the photos (no quilts and decorative pillows and no bed skirts. They were covered in white quilted blankets. Making them look a bit like hospital beds. We got someone to come up and bring blankets that were white and tan waffle weave which looked a bit better. We had to pay for our own beach set up which adds $150 for 2 chairs and one umbrella. The deck furniture is nice and was fun to sit out there. We love the Sugar Dunes development and will come back to it In the future.

Beautiful location!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family beach getaway. Being able to simply look out the windows or sit on the balcony to observe the sunsets every night was amazing. Walking down a few flights of stairs had our toes in the sand. The beach attendant was so kind and helpful. Having a private beach in a popular location is a must. Everything we wanted!

Great location for beach lovers

Views for Days

This place is such a gem, and the view is EVERYTHING! It was nice to be on the top floor to benefit from the vaulted ceilings & elevated view. You just can’t beat the convenience of walking out your back deck, down the stairs, and straight onto the beach. They set up two chairs with an umbrella for you first thing every morning, and the private beach feels so much less crowded than other areas of 30A. It’s located in a nice area and nearby to everything. Checkin & checkout were smooth & easy, and the amenities provided were sufficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here and weren’t ready to leave!

Great place, even better location

We love this part of the beach and this condo was right in the best spot. Condo was nicely updated and spacious. Would stay here again. One thing that would make it even better would be to have a key pad on the back door access to the stairs to the beach.

Gorgeous beachfront condo

Loved the private beach and the stunning views from this condo. There are a lot of stairs going back and forth from the beach access, but that didn't bother anyone in our group. Loved the sunsets and seeing all of the dolphins!
