Kalenterimme pÀivitetÀÀn reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat nÀkyvÀt oikein. SyötÀ vain haluamasi pÀivÀmÀÀrÀt ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

TÀmÀ kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen vuokra tarjoaa laajan uima-altaan vieressÀ olevan patio, joka tarjoaa kurkistamisen Persianlahdella. Se tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet ja paljon muuta. TÀysin varustetussa keittiössÀ, ylisuuressa Master-sviitissÀ, omalla terassilla vierashuoneesta ja pesulayksikössÀ on kaikki vieraiden tarvitsemat.

LÀhellÀ sijaitsevat: Old Florida Fish House ja Steamboat Grill ovat molemmat Seagrove BeachillÀ. Uskalla lÀnteen löytÀÀ Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Café Thirty-A ja Cowgirl Kitchen. It was perfect!

We loved it there! The place was so nice and clean! We loved how close it was to the beach and there’s like 4 single stairs down to the beach instead of flights of stairs. There’s also an elevator which makes it so nice when you’re carrying things down to the beach or pool or taking luggage to and from the car. We will definitely be back some day!

Exquisite Beach, Awesome Amenities, OK Unit

First, there are no words that do enough justice for the beauty that is the beach here. It is STUNNING. Tranquil but also perfect for our kids to swim and shell at. The chairs available to the unit are a definite bonus. And the bikes were an awesome touch as well-the 6 of us used our bikes all week, and the location was great for heading either left to Seagrove/Seasode/Grayton; or right to Seacrest/Rosemary/Deer Lake. It was our first time in the 30a, and we are most definitely smitten. Also; the heated pool and hot tub were for sure bonuses to the location-we used them every day! And the balcony overlooking them was really great too. 10 stars to the location -beautiful! Regarding the unit -it was nice that it had an under garage parking spot. And the owners did a nice job decorating
.but it’s a bit sterile. Maybe it’s just been our odd luck, but we’ve come to love and expect the little, easy-to-do, extras in VRBO’s that make them feel like a home away from home. (ie: games, puzzles, beach toys
) This doesn’t have any of that-so just make sure to bring your own. The beds were fine-the bunk beds really only sized for kids. Maybe could use some thicker blankets. The internet on the living room TV didn’t work either, so we weren’t able to connect our Netflix. But the main thing that was really frustrating was the washer/dryer. I noticed complaints in the past reviews, so figured they had notice and would have fixed it. And for our fam, laundry is one of the reasons we do VRBOs. But by our 2nd day, the washer was retaining water and the dryer wasn’t working great and ended up burning a black spot in some expensive swim trunks, so we resorted to hanging things up. Hopefully they can get that figured out. Thankfully, we also had great weather and didn’t spend much time indoors-and again, the location and the OUTSIDE options all around are FABULOUS. I would ABSOLUTELY come back to the Dunes, but would probably look for a different unit. Though again, it was nice enough

Very nice and relaxing vacation spot

Property was very well maintained with lots of amenities. Really enjoyed the private, controlled access to beach and pool. Fitness center was good and the front desk staff was very helpful. Couple of small maintenance requests were fulfilled expeditiously. Will stay again!

This could be a nice condo but upon arrival the washer didn’t work. The sheets on the beds were dirty, and there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling bad. The grounds are nice and the pools! Nice and close to the ocean as well!!

We had such a great stay! There was a minor issue when we first checked in, but that was taken care of promptly. The grounds/pool are kept very clean. The condo is great- very functional for a family. Easy walk to the beach! We loved sitting on the porch- the view was pretty. Some of the furniture could use some replacing at some point, but not a deal breaker for us.

Perfect for my family if 4 (8 & 6 yr old kids). Convenient location to pool and stairs. Beach set up is great. Unit is very spacious. Only 2 complaints - 1) kitchen wasnt stocked very well with things to cook with 2) the pillows were terrible and the bed made noise when you moved - my wife is a light sleeper. Not a deal breaker but just good to know going into it.

A102 Dunes of Seagrove

Would be five stars if the furniture and bedding were upgraded. The unit has a great view of pool and a slight gulf view. It has a nice large covered patio with good furniture. The patio is larger than most units because of the way the building is designed. We hated using the electronic wrist bands to access the pool and beach. We understood why they are needed but it would be better if the interior locks didn't need the bands. Like the lock by the bathrooms. A box is around the lock. Access to the parking area under the building was great. Barely used the elevator. Overall we had a great week.

not relaxing

When I arrived, I discovered that the clothes washer did not work. I reported it and was told that it had been recently repaired. I had to arrange to wash my clothes in the housekeeping machine and that took two days to arrange. The washer was never repaired. Some sort of construction was going on the whole six days including either jack-hammering or some sort of hammer drill as well as some sort of sanding machine. I was told that "some flooring" was being replaced, which included cabinets being replaced, etc. It went on all day for at least four days. I was supposed to receive an estimate of how long this would be continuing (I might have rented a hotel room or looked for a different alternative if I had known it would be the whole trip). Additionally, the construction crew parked their dumpster/trailer right outside my condo and when the crew paused in tearing up the floor and cabinets, they were throwing large amounts of construction waste (flooring, cabinets, etc) into this large, metal dumpster-trailer (which was a different kind of noise). If you're thinking I'm exaggerating, I am not. The weather was great. I've stayed at this location many times over the past 20+ years and this last stay was just plain awful. I'm still shocked at how awful it was.

Our stay was very nice it is our 3rd time Staying at one of the condos there. Everything was fine except the washer did not work correctly . The fan in the master bed room has a chain missing so you cannot adjust how fast the fan is.

Fall Break 2022

Loved almost everything about this unit. Location by the steps was perfect and the deck overlooking the pool and ocean was great. Unit was nicely decorated. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the beds are rock hard. Kitchen could be stocked a little better also. Outside of that, this is a great unit.

No Frills, But Great Location

Dunes of Seagrove A102 is not fancy, or immaculately decorated, but it is clean and spacious and has a perfect location! Definitely need a bedside lamp in the guest bedroom. :) Kitchen has utensils, cups, cookware you will need. Coffee makers. And steps to the beach and beautiful pool (big balcony to sit on as well)! Central location along 30A with easy access to just about anywhere you'd want to go. We very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay at Dunes of Seagrove again. Possibly try out a different unit, but would not be upset to stay in this unit again.

Great Thanksgiving weekend

Great place to stay. Very easy to find and check in and out was smooth. Loved the location right on the beach. Located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside we were able to ride our bikes easily to both places. The condo was cozy and had everything we need. And we loved the balcony. We would stay here again.

Perfect location! Handy to parking garage and stairs next to pool entrance, and steps away from the beach. Condo unit is super clean, beautifully updated, with comfy beds. The emerald water was crystal clear. Would stay here again.
