Avoin konsepti, uima-allasalue w / uudella kylpylällä, takkakuilu, ulkogrilli, upea vuoristomaisema, ikkunahoitoja kaikkialla, liukuovet, kvartsi työtaso, räätälöity keittiökaapisto, uudet laitteet, uusi pesukone kuivausrumpu, pesualtaat koko w / grohe-kalusteilla, takka , Suunnittelijakalusteet. Kaikki valmiina nauttimaan!

Tämä vuosisadan puolivälissä sijaitseva moderni koti on hiljattain remontoitu sisustuksella, kalusteilla ja kalusteilla. Tunne kaiken tämän paikan tarjoama ylellisyys ja mukavuus. Kolme kaunista makuuhuonetta, avoin ruokasali / keittiö / takkahuone, täysi pesutupa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma TV, samoin kuin olohuoneessa. Tontin koko on yli 1000 neliömetriä. Koti oli esillä House Huntersilla ja oli osa vuosisadan puolivälissä sijaitsevaa modernia Racquet Club Estates -kierrosta vuonna 2018.

Allas- ja kylpylälämmitys on 45 dollaria / päivä, ellei sitä ole poistettu käytöstä.

Great Time

We had a great experince with our family staying at this home. Rooms were nice comfortable and well decorated, but the back yard sets it apart. Great pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The only downside was being on the north end of PS, it was a bit windier two of our six days. Where a couple miles south had almost no wind. On a hot day the wind was welcome but the cooler days made it too chill to take advantage of the pool. Kai was great, very responsive, and pool cleaner came twice during the week to keep it clean after the strong winds. Highly recomended.

Perfect Poolside Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! We found the house clean, accessible, and stocked with nice amenities. Kai was super helpful and easy to contact if any questions or concerns arose. The house is beautiful and so is the backyard view!

Great house, good layout, nice yard, secluded location!

The property itself is nice. The house has a good layout. We ventured out to Palm Springs with 6 ladies. We wanted to relax by the pool, make yummy meals and decompress. The house seemed to be a perfect fit. The day we checked in, we met the property owner there because he wanted to “go over” the rules and guidelines. All seems easy and well. Unfortunately the first day, we couldn’t use the pool...it was covered in a green mossy sludge. We contacted the owner and he said he’d call a pool guy. The pool guy came and cleaned it, said to stay out for a few hours. Bummer. Next day the pool seemed good to go. The night before departure, we asked if we could have a late check out to “relax by the pool” they said sure, noon. We were woken up at 7:50 am to TREE TRIMMERS in the back yard. 3 men with ladders, chainsaws etc. I messaged the owner and he simply said “oh shoot, sorry I didn’t think they were coming!” He then proceeded to come over (unannounced), knocked and helped himself to coming in (without asking) It felt very uncomfortable. He was apologetic, but at this point we were all over it. Terrible way to end the trip. The owner proceeded to hop in the pool to clean it out of debris. The whole thing was weird. The tree trimming ended about 10:45 and he said go ahead and stay till 12:30. No one could relax and we left.

Wonderful stay

The house was amazing, we stayed there over the weekend to celebrate daughters 4th birthday. We enjoyed the outside just as much as the inside. Great pool and jakuzzi with fabolous views overlooking the mountains. The house has everything you need plus more. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the property manager was pretty much instant and provided all answers to our question. Highly recommend this place to others.

Wonderful Home

Decorated with taste, outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace are wonderful. We asked for heat in the pool, which you should ask for to enjoy the wonderful pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, but you shouldn't have to pay extra to heat a hot tub.

This is a beautiful house, we loved the rooms, the kitchen, the location. The management staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and leading up to our arrival. However, it was hard to enjoy our time given the issues we had regarding the hot tub. First of all, it should not be ok to list a hot tub as an amenity on VRBO if you have to PAY TO HEAT IT. A hot tub is, by definition, hot - otherwise, it's just a small cold pool. Second of all, when I called to inquire about heating the hot tub, I received no help at all from the office because it was the weekend and apparently, nothing can be done on the weekend unless it's an emergency. It was not until I sent an angry email that someone finally tried to help me. It should be much easier to get in touch with management at any time, even on the weekend. In the end, the hot tub never was heated and since that is a main draw for us on vacation, this was a huge disappointment. Third, the rules and regulations they have (beyond the ones every PS rental has to have) are overwhelming and made me feel like I was staying at my grandma's house. Don't leave child fingerprints on the glass, don't touch the AC, don't put warm food in the fridge...??? Come on guys, people are here on vacation.

Great Stay

We didn’t want to leave the house!

We didn’t want to leave the house! The home was absolutely beautiful, And it’s accommodations left us without needing anything on our vacation! The outdoor views in the mornings are breathtaking, and nights by the fire pit you never wanted to end!

Clean and modern!

We were four people staying here mid June for some family time and the house was extremely clean and modern. We stayed from Thursday - Sunday and we used the BBQ grill everyday, the kitchen had everything we needed! Not once did we leave the house. Some minor issues we experienced during our stay was the wind (oh lord!), little did we know that this area of Palm Springs is prone to more wind. We now know after some research. It was almost stormy winds the entire weekend, making the pool very dirty, difficult to be outside at times and outdoor furnitures became very dusty quick. The pool is also smaller than normal pools, 4 people in it already felt too much. Since pool/good weather is important to us, this became a minor issue. Other than that, we loved everything about it, and the management is probably the best! Easy to reach and they send people out immediately if you got any issues.

7 Day Get A Way!

We had a great time at this property, it looks exactly as the pictures on line. Check in was very easy & friendly. The outdoor space is lovely, we used it all - the best hot tub for sure & worth every penny to pay for the heat. The kitchen was well equipped, we always appreciate little touches like good pots/pans, mutilple cutting boards, little bowls for dips and such. Plenty of regular and plastic wares, silverware etc. The showerheads are amazing, we work in the plumbing industry so we always get excited with good quality plumbing fixtures as Grohe. The beds, qty of towels, air conditioning, grill, laudry machines - all good. The community was quiet, and a short Uber ride to the local Albertsons for food & beverages. It was a bit windy while we were there and I guess this area can be prone to a bit more wind than some other areas of Palm Springs - once it died down it was perfect. Only suggestions would be to have more toilet paper and dishwasher soap on hand (1 extra roll & 1 pod definitely not enough for 7 days). The pool was great, the assortment of pools toys was also appreciated. It's definitely a Desert Gem as described and we would highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your property with us - it's beautiful & we thoroughly enjoyed all of it, and had exactly the vacation we needed.

Cute little Palm Springs House

I gave this house 5 stars because it really is cute with a great outdoor living space. But there are a few things that I didn’t love that were minor. Pros- Cute house with comfortable furniture. Great outdoor living space. Plenty of outdoor seating , umbrellas, outdoor side tables and towels for enjoying all of Palm Springs weather. 10 minutes from airport and N Palm Canyon Drive 4 minutes from rental company Super close to grocery stores and gas stations Both Uber Eats and Instacart deliver to this address. We rented a Suburban and fit in the garage easily. The rental company is very fast in communicating. Cons- this is so minor and petty but I feel the need to communicate it. The Book- had several other renters papers and I noticed we all received the same PIN number to get in. This seems a little unsafe as anyone could take a copy. If you wanna stay in Palm Springs don’t plan on listening to music or having anyone extra over. They have tight restrictions now. We were given 2 regular size rolls of TP per bathroom for 4 days. ( yes minor and petty but these rental prices should include tp) had to make a special trip to the store when we realized we were out. The doors in this house squeak and you can hear it every time someone moves in this house. Like I said cons are minor, rental company communicates very well and house was perfect for our girls weekend.

Fun In The Sun!

My family and I had a great time at this property celebrating my mom's 80th Birthday. The outdoor pool area is fantastic!! We got in a lot of pool time and sunbathing while there. Also the house itself is very cute, clean, and functional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Loves

From the nature and beautiful landscapes to the theater and night life options. But, the best thing about Palm Springs are the people. So friendly and inviting. It's changed me for the better. I enjoy meeting the guests that enjoy Desert Gem and assisting in any way I can to help ensure a great experience.

The first time I saw this property, I fell in love. The home's previous owners were award winning designers who designed this for themselves. You can tell the painstaking lengths they went to to design custom cabinets and choose granite counter tops and fixtures that pull off a stunning look. Swanky Hollywood Regency meets Modernism Chic. For me, the backyard is the best feature. Separate areas for grilling, dining, lounging, sitting by the fire pit and, of course, the beautiful pool/spa. Relaxing in the spa and staring at the mountains and starts with a glass of wine is heaven on Earth.
