Tämä ihana kolmen makuuhuoneen kolmen kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, joka istuu neljännessä kerroksessa, tarjoaa upeat näkymät laguunityyliseen uima-altaalle ja ulos Meksikonlahden horisontista. Kuningatar-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, queen-size-vuode yhdessä vierashuoneessa, samoin kuin queen-size-vuode ja kahden hengen sänky lisävuodemakuuhuoneessa, mahdollistavat tämän yksikön majoittamisen jopa seitsemälle vieraalle mukavasti. Beautiful view of pool and ocean-very close to the beach.

Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. Large washer and dryer and plenty of room for two families. I would stay here again.

Very nice condo, gorgeously remodeled, very clean!

We loved this condo! Great location, easy check in process, loved having the extra 2 bike rentals for our family of 4. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Better than rosemary beach

Beautiful unit , gorgeous new master bath,Loved the location. Easy walk to all of rosemary beach events but didn’t have to deal with crowded pool or beach. Great pickleball courts. Can’t wait to come back

Beautiful December vacation

I was very lucky to have spent 30 days in a classy condo at Highpointe resort The unit was beautiful anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Could not have been nicer .

Our best trip ever!

We have been vacationing at Rosemary Beach for years and this trip was the best ever. Our unit at High Pointe had the most amazing view of both the pool and the ocean! The time we spent in the condominium was absolutely unreal! I could not recommend staying here enough! We will be back for years to come!!

Beautiful View, Condo Offered Everything We Wanted

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, luxurious condo! The property offered everything we wanted: close proximity to the beach and restaurants, free beach chairs/umbrella, free bikes, beautiful/clean pool, and a bar/grill on site. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the pool. We'll definitely visit the High Pointe community again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Its our 4th time at HP and the entire experience and room location was very positive. Clean condo and had all we needed for our stay. If we needed something it was a very short walk to the resort offices and they took care of it. My family really enjoyed the stay and the registration process was easy. We will be back for sure!

Amazing condo

The condo was nicely decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. We had most everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was pot holders and another frying pan. Other than that the kitchen had the utensils we needed to cook. We had rain almost everyday but still had a great time and the location was perfect.

10 o’clock checkout??

The 10 O’clock checkout is an hour too early. Offering a later checkout at additional cost is just wrong. Great property though.

Great Location, needs a deep clean

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our first complaint was that there were 0 extra blankets. All beds had a very thin blanket. We called for extras the next day, and none were ever brought. Also-It really needs a deep clean.

Very good

Our third time staying at high point. Very nice unit, but it did have an unpleasant odor. Amenities were nice, but it was a challenge to check out bikes - the attendant was never around and was difficult to find. We weren’t able to use bikes for 3 of our 4 days on the property.

Great View!

Overall, very beautiful view from the balcony and updated furnishings. The interior is not my style but it was very clean and new. I did have an issue with the shower in the Master Bath. You can't turn on the water because of the glass shower doors without getting wet. That was strange. Loved eating numerous times at Crabby Steve's!! One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Also, a very short walk to other local restaurants.

Nice Place, some issues

Pros: -nice furnishings/flooring - decent mattresses -nice view of pool/ocean -adequate space for 4 adults and a baby Cons: -terrible wifi, even email struggled to load, even after multiple reboots -kitchen pans marginal, large non-stick skillet things stuck easily, small one unusable, dull knives -nothing besides a sponge for dishwashing by hand

High Pointe 2421

I would have given this place a 5, but we had too many issues with the wifi and we had 1 guest that visited from another property down the street that was kicked out several times for no reason. We were told guests were allowed in the beginning and then in the middle of the week they changed their minds. I appreciate the security, but a couple of the security personnel were over the top rude.

Nice condo, great location, a bit overpriced.

This is a nice condo with an excellent view! For the price, I do believe the kitchen should be nicer, a better trash can is needed and the overall place a bit cleaner. Also, the sliding glass door to the patio was annoying to open. Overall, this is a nice, updated condo that we were happy with at the end of the week. The view and location are excellent. If you know the area, it’s across the street from the Seacrest peddlers shops and a couple of blocks from Rosemary. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The pool doesn’t open til 8:30 and closes at 9:00 pm. And just know that Crabby Steve’s closes for the entire day if/when it rains. Overall though, the condo was nice for our large party. We paid nearly $8000 a week…I would definitely stay again if it was less, but not at that price point. Also, Vacasa never fixed an issue we had, even though they responded to my texts. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and the other single bedroom (a queen, not a king as listed) has a fun view of the shops across the street. It’s a bit of a task to get to pool and beach from condo. The two free bikes were easy to access and a nice addition. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, etc…they’re aren’t enough for an entire week stay.

Just okay

We have stayed at High Pointe for several years now, I have to say I was very un-impressed with this rental. It wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. Dust on the dressers and dirt on the floor. It did the job for the week, but just not super impressed. Everything inside is very old could use updates. The dryer specifically did not dry clothes so we ended up taking lots of wet clothes home because they had been cycling I the dryer for a day and were still very wet.

Great stay

Loved our stay. Gorgeous view from the terrace. Beautiful home. Very well equipped. Super clean. Perfect location. Easy to get assistance if needed. Wish we didn’t need to wear the wrist bands but that didn’t negatively impact our stay. Already looking at booking for next year.
