The condo is spacious with terrific ocean views. The water pressure is awesome.The building is not noisy well maintained with easy beach access and attentive chair service. The only stain was literally the bedding stains in the twin bedroom on the mattresses and boxsprings which needs replacing immediately.

We loved this condo! It’s exactly as pictured! It was very clean and we loved every part of the space! Views are incredible! The condo is so spacious, beautifully decorated and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly! We will definitely book again! And our only complaint(minor) is the hassle of registering for parking! The link was broken but guest services helped immediately! Will recommend! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Vacasa!

The condo itself was great but


No beach chairs as stated. No arm bands were in the room. I contacted Vacasa immediately on Wednesday when we arrived. You have to have them to go to the pool area and exercise room. We got 1 on Saturday.

Calm before the storm

We are frequent fliers at Palazzo, so expectations are set. The 8-stack units are great, with good space and great views. Vacasa communication and staff are easy to work with. Furniture and layout of this 8-stack was certainly better than others. Small issues were tabletops & hard surfaces good have been a little cleaner, and a couple of more comfortable chairs on main balcony would be nice. Biggest complaint was beach service attendant who shuts it down early by close to an hour on a beautiful day, isn't polite about about it, and when pressed on "aren't you supposed to have this service until 5?" was a complete ass. Will still return many times.

Faithful Four

Our annual girls trip was at risk just days prior to travel. We were able to locate this property (which was in our price range) and booked. We were not disappointed. The location of the property was close to everything. The unit itself was fantastic! Great view and plenty spacious; very clean and new appliances. Everything worked! I called the property management group on 2 occasions with questions and they were available and very helpful! This is the best girls trip by far! Would definitely stay here again!!

Last vacation before school

Took 2 families down for a last vacation before school started back! Great for 2 couples & 4 kids. Huge kitchen with all the kitchen supplies. No issues, would like to have had heavier covers, basically just sheets on bed. But that was in description on site so we brought our own. Would suggest moving the decor panels near front door, kept knocking them on the way in. Would stay again!

Beautiful unit and great location

We loved our stay at Palazzo! The beach and pool were wonderful and not super busy. The included beach service was a nice bonus. The location was perfect
 just outside of the busiest area, but close enough to easily get to Pier Park and other area restaurants and attractions. The condo itself was lovely and the view from the balcony can’t be beat! It could use some “touch ups” in a few spots, but overall it was clean and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Views - maintenance lacking

The condo layout and views are great!! The maintenance, cleanliness, and customer support are lacking. The appliances are partially working and in rough shape. When they couldn't fix the ice maker, we were told that the appliances were being replaced next week. Well, that didn't help us while we were there. The wallboard is peeling up in the hall bath above the shower and needs to be corrected. And the floors were nasty when we arrived - including a trail of sticky spots and could not get housekeeping to the unit until 3 days later. No beach towels for a unit on the beach.........so be sure to bring your own. If the condo was maintained properly, it would be top notch. We still enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful View - Beautiful Condo

Our recent stay was wonderful.. The view from this unit was beautiful. A couple of things that could be improved are the cleanliness (needs a good deep clean, had dust on ceiling and master bathroom was not as clean as desired upon arrival) and the mattress in the master bed room was a bit too hard/firm for us. Other than that, the place was great for our family fall break and I would definitely stay again!

Unexpected

The hospitality of this property was poor. Zero ability to help or offer any conveniences. The A/C went out and the response we received was “we will work on it” within a matter of an hour the temperature of the room reached 85‱ They were in such a hurry to have us out we received three phone calls, one text and two emails to make sure we left the property. Not to mention the hidden costs while booking and the inability of the owners to recognize the issue with the A/C and not even offer an apology

Great views!

We love this condo building and PCH in general. A few issues that the owner needs to address: 1) the cable box in the living room stopped responding mid-week. We swapped for the bedroom with the two beds and this fixed the living room one (we were not using the bedroom). 2) cleanliness: this unit needs a deep clean beyond the stand clean between guests. Windows have smudges, floors make your feet black, tables are discolored from dirt, but start to get clean when you wipe down several times. The carpets could use a cleaning. Showers have black mold in corners. 3) The beds are hard as a rock and the mattresses seemed cheap as they would transfer any bit of movement. They were not comfortable at all. Pillows were great! Having said all that, we would stay there again. This is a great unit!

Great views - nice corner unit

My wife and I booked this condo for a much needed long weekend getaway. This end of the Panama City Beach is quieter (except for the occasional loud Harley and their music!) and was less crowded. This corner unit is spacious and the three bedrooms are a nice size. The wraparound corner balcony is easily the best part of the unit, as you can see the shoreline and down the beach a good ways, as well as the road in front of the complex. There was a large table w/ chairs and two comfortable lounge chairs on the main balcony that made relaxing (and napping) nice. The unit faces westerly for great sunset views! The unit was clean, nicely furnished and in good condition. Wi-Fi worked well during our stay, was fast and stayed connected. The Palazzo is a nice place to rent. The building is not too big like some complexes, has a covered parking deck on the first four floors, a pool (did not use) and three fairly quick elevators. The staff was friendly and accommodating, calling to check to make sure all was OK after we’d checked in. You can also check out DVD’s at a kiosk in the lobby as part of the rental package (did not use this either). A couple of nits that let the unit down a bit – the remote/cable box in the living room was fiddly (as mentioned in previous reviews) and required resetting often to get it to work and the master bedroom does not have door access to the balcony, rather only three windows (it’s hard to tell that from the pictures if it has access or not). We like sleeping at night with a door open slightly to hear the waves, so it was a bit disappointing that there was no door (even though we were told by the property manager that there was a door when we inquired prior to booking). Also, the balcony from the second bedroom does not actually connect to the main balcony, rather it’s just a small, separate balcony for that room only. Overall, it was a spacious unit, clean, nicely decorated and furnished with “beachy” colors and themes along with wonderful beachfront views. Would stay there again.
