Tämä 2BR / 2BA-retriitti sijaitsee Costa Del Rey -yhteisössä ja on kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Kauniisti uusittu, huoneisto on sisustettu tyylikkäällä, ranta sisustuksella. Kun olet viettänyt hauskan päivän rannalla, rentoudu uima-altaalla, joka sijaitsee kätevästi vastapäätä vuokraasi. Rentoudu kutsuvassa olohuoneessa, joka on varustettu sohvalla, nojatuolilla ja 32 tuuman taulutelevisiolla. Valmista rannalla välipaloja hyvin varustetussa keittiössä, joka on varustettu täysin varustetulla laitteella. Kerää ruokaa tarjoavan keittiöbaarin ympärille, jossa on kuusi paikkaa.
Tämä huoneisto mahtuu kuusi vierasta kahdessa makuuhuoneessa. Nuku kunnolla makuuhuoneessa, kuninkaallisella vuoteella ja taulutelevisiolla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on toinen king-size-vuode ja toinen taulu-tv.
Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on varustettu kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmällä. Aloita päiväsi kupilla kahvia etukuistilla, joka on varustettu kahdella Adirondack-tuolilla. Lämmittämätön ympäri vuoden sijaitseva uima-allas on aivan etuaskeltasi ulkopuolella.
Vieraiden mukavuuksiin kuuluu ilmainen Wi-Fi, pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja nimetty parkkipaikka kahdelle autolle parkkipaikalla. Tähän yksikerroksiseen yksikköön pääsee viiden ulkoportaan kautta sisäänkäynnillä. Jos matkustat suuremman ryhmän kanssa, tässä kompleksissa on toinen yksikkö, joka on vuokrattavissa.
Tämä rannikon retriitti on 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Meksikonlahden lämpimistä vesistä ja pehmeästä hiekasta. Hauskaa päiväretkiä varten Mustangin saari on 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, ja Pohjois-Padren saari on 30 minuutin päässä. Katso Port Aransasin museo, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center ja Port A Jetty - kaikki alle 10 minuutin päässä asunnostasi.
Kun ruokaillaan ulkona, lukuisia ravintoloita on alle mailin päässä, ja 5 minuutin päässä on Family Center IGA -kauppa.

Reviewer Comments: It was a little dark inside, no place to hang our coats other than in the closets which are small because the dresser is also in the closet. The bed frame in the bedroom on the right side was falling apart. We had to buy some frying pans because the ones supplied were not good. Other then that it was workable.

I'm a light sleeper so road noise and rowdy neighbors on adjacent property made it hard for me to sleep. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well laid out. Great bathrooms. Having washer and dryer was great. Didn't have ice maker or kcup coffee maker so we had to adapt. The dark gray sofa was comfy to sit but the other furniture was rough on my back. Kids loved the community pool. Keep in mind pet friendly but no fenced yard. Very clean and well maintained. Overall good choice for cottage living in Port A.

Great condo

We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers (17 & 18) and it fit us comfortably. House has a great layout so it didn’t feel cramped. Great location to anything! Definitely will stay here again.

House and location was great. We have decided that the island is just too busy for us in June though. We will keep our trips to later in the year from now on. You couldn’t even get on the beach for all the people on Friday and Saturday.

The home was cozy and very well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would need to cook which is rare in a VRBO. We will stay there again. Only 2 blocks from the beach !!!

Just cozy enough for the 3 of us and our 2 small dogs. Great Port A location. Close to the action but not too close. We had a relaxing quiet time. We didnt cook there but if you do bring your spices and oils.

Awsome little olace

This is our second year staying here. We loved it so much that we actually stayed an extra night. The place was fully equipped to cook all our meals. Both bedroom king size beds were comfortable. However my teenage grandson had to sleep on the hide-a-bed which left a lot to be desired. In face the living room furniture is really worn out and could stand to be upgraded, especially the hide a bed. But other than that I can’t say enough of praise! There were floor upgrades done from last year and the shower area had been upgraded as well. It’s really a cute convenient little cottage! Thank you!

A few comfort problems

Furniture not very comfortable. No recliner-type seating. Sheets on beds are paper thin. Dressers in bedroom cheap rough wood and snag your clothes. The front porch was dirty and the chairs were peeling paint that got all over your clothes when you sat in them. They were not Adirondack chairs as advertised. Air conditioning unit right outside bedroom window and constantly come on and off all night. We had noisy party-neighbor problems at 4:00 AM from property next door. Shower heads mounted too high for short person to reach. Proximity to the beach was good and it was decorated nice but that's about it.

Just okay.

The property was ok. The property behind us was very loud. The pull out sofa had the sheets and blanket rolled up in a pile. Looked like someone had slept on them and not cleaned between renters. Coffee cups in the cabinet were dirty with dried coffee in them. Had to wash everything before we used it. Will not stay here again.
