Very beautiful architect's villa with a sublime sea view located 1.6 km from the village of Erbalunga, remarkable for its ruined Genoese tower built in the 16th century on a rock at the entrance to its port, classified as a Historic Monument. The villa benefits from a swimming pool and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. The beautiful services offered will allow you to take full advantage of your stay: fully equipped kitchen, Italian showers in the bathrooms, household linen provided, plancha and Weber barbecue.

The villa has a heated swimming pool, as well as a terrace with a wonderful sea view. The pool is equipped with an anti-drowning alarm system.
