Tämä on tahrattoman etelään 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuoneen koti. Jokainen saa oman kylpyhuoneen. Tämä kaunis koti on kaikki loma vuokraaja. Se on kauniisti ammattimaisesti maisemoitu ja istuu kanavalle, jolla on vain kaksi vedenkierrosta vettä kohti lahtea pääsyä varten. Täysi suljettu Lanai lämmitetty suolaisen veden allasjärjestelmä. Helppo uimapukuissa, iholla ja silmillä !!. Paljon telakka-tilaa, jotta voit tuoda oman veneesi tai vuokrata yhden päivälle tai viikolle. He tuovat sen suoraan laiturillesi. Ei ajo omalle veneellesi. Meillä on pehmeä, makean veden pesu ja virta heti laiturilla. Lanin alueella on myös ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu BBQ-valaistu katos omaan käyttöösi. Näytä perheelle gilling-taitosi, kun he roiskuvat uima-altaassa.
Avoin pohjaratkaisu tarjoaa kodille ilman askelia, iso keittiö, jossa kaikki graniittiset ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet.
Olemme parhaillaan täysin sisustettu kaikilla uusilla lakanoilla, huonekaluilla ja sisustuksella. (Joitakin näkemäsi kuvia päivitetään, kun olemme valmiita.) Kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa kolme kaunista kylpyhuonetta, joista jokaisessa on kylpyamme. Master kylpyhuone on erittäin suuri hänen ja hänen turhuuttaan ja kävellä komerot sekä suuri kävellä oveton suihku auringonkukka suihkulla. Mestarilla on myös poreallas kypsä lihaksen rentouttamiseksi. Pesukone ja kuivaaja tarjotaan myös ilmaiseksi.

Telakka-alueella on iso rentouttava päällystyslaite oleskelualue takan ympärillä. Upea tapa viettää päivä auringossa ruskettumassa veden äärellä tai lopettaa päivä ja rentoutua ja katsella auringonlaskua omalta laiturialueeltasi. Voit nähdä satunnaisen delfiinin tai manaatin heti laiturista, joten neet nähdä !!
Koti on erinomaisella paikalla tehdä mitä tahansa Cape Coralissa tai Fort Myersissä. Sijaitsee SE-Kap-alueella erittäin helpon Midway-sillan kautta. Erittäin hiljainen ja turvallinen naapuruus. Täydellinen iltakävelyille.
Niin paljon pääsyä tästä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevasta kodista. Tutustu Sanibel Islandiin, Pine Islandiin, Matlachaan, Fort Myersin rannalle ja Napoliin. Käy USA: n suosituimmalla rannalla Siesta Keyssä noin 75 mailin päässä.

My family and I stayed 9 days. The house was perfect. The dock was awesome! The pool and hot tub were very clean and we used it everyday. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Nothing but good things to say. LOVED IT !

Clean, Cozy, and Perfect for Our Cape Coral Getaway!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this Cape Coral rental! The house was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was very refreshing. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. Our dog loved the spacious layout and the fenced-in yard, which gave her plenty of room to run around. Randy, the owner, was communicative and attentive, ensuring we settled in smoothly and offering to answer any questions. Definitely one of the best rentals we've stayed at, especially in the Cape Coral. Highly recommend! Thanks again Randy!

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful time at the Sandy Retreat. Place was immaculate and the accommodations including 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for us (3 couples). The pool and lanai area was a great place to relax, eat and just chill which was our intention with this getaway.

Great family vacation spot

Great Experience!

We can’t say enough about the property and the owners. The place was like brand new and could not have been cleaner. The home has a great layout and very large kitchen. Not your typical rental, everything is quality. The pool area was fantastic with heated spa and pool. We highly recommend this property.Thanks!

Great getaway

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time! We spent 1 week for our yearly family vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool and dock area were wonderful it was nice to hang out in the pool during the day and at night go walk and sit out on the dock very quite and relaxing just what we needed. We had a great time and look forward to staying again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat!

Sandy feet retreat was the perfect spot for our first trip to Cape Coral! The home is lovely, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Randy was easy to reach and very responsive. The pool was the perfect temp after a long day in the sun boating. We were able to keep our boat right at their dock and had easy access to the river and gulf. The house is close to plenty of shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful family friendly home.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Also loved that we could bring our furry family member. The house has a doggie door from the lanai to a perfect fenced in and safe relief area. We even used the captain and boat that is on property. It’s nice just being a guest and having a great time while boating. The hot tub is a bonus with chilly mornings and nights. Outside TV was used every evening. We absolutely appreciated the higher end amenities that were offered for our use in the kitchen and throughout the home. Thank you Randy and spouse for sharing your home.

Totally excellent get away!

Excellent property! Deserves a 10! Been visiting Cape Coral for over 5 years & this is the best one! We lived on the lanai & in the beautiful 85+ degree pool. We will definitely be coming back here. Property owner bent over backwards for us. This is a jewel!

Perfect vacation!

Cannot think of anything that could be improved on. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn't have the occasion to use the grill, but everything needed for snacks and drinks were readily available. Highly recommend The Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill for a wonderful sunset dinner! Beds were comfortable, hot tub luxurious, pool clean and refreshing. Would definitely consider this our #1 choice for our next getaway!

Thumbs Up for Sandy Feet Retreat

5 stars all the way! Randy and Mary were very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location of the property is excellent for biking, shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Access if you are intereseted in getting on the water. We spent the a lot of our time out on the lanai, which is very nicely set up. We highly recommend Sandy Feet Retreat and would stay here again in a heart beat!

Cape Coral Stay

The host was amazing, very quick to respond to to all needs. Despite the fact that the area was hit with a major hurricane (Ian) the property was pristine, any issue was resolved quickly and methodically. Great community, great area in the middle of Fort Myers, Naples and Punta Gorda. I recommend this house. We also boated the area and the house has fantastic docking facilities. Thanks to Randy for renting such an amazing house and being fantastic hosts!!

Home with a Resort Feel

We felt like we were at a nice resort at Sandy Feet! Secluded and quiet but close to lots of options, had everything we needed, loved the pool and the foosball table! Professionally decorated with a beachy vibe, clean, and comfortable. We drove over to Sanibel 2 days (about a 40 minute drive), took a boat charter out of Cape Coral for the afternoon, and watched to sunset from the yacht club. Great communication with the owner! Would recommend for a family, kids/teens, and even a pup or two (fenced in yard was a bonus)! Exceeded our expectations!

Everything you need!

This property was great! It was exactly as described in words and pictures. It was very clean. We used the grill and had all the necessary tools and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and we rested well every night. It is close enough to get to shopping areas in minutes. The owner gave us a list of great places to eat and the ones we tried were excellent. The pool and spa topped our days off. We had two small yorkies, so the fenced in area was a great place for them to potty. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. You won’t be sorry if you decide to rent it.

Of you are looking for an Amazing Cape Coral stay, this is it!!

Traveling as a family with a teen, tween, and two pups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from the host was amazing before, throughout, and after our stay was great! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and purposely equipped for anything you may need during your stay. The kitchen was fantastic and anticipated our needs. The split floor plan allowed all of us a bit of privacy and suited our needs. We loved the grounds, pool, and lanai. The pool is fantastic, clean and helped create a ton of fun memories. We were sad to leave. We left to go to another rental home in another city for the remainder of our trip and we all commented how we wish we hadn't left this exceptional home. The beds are incredibly comfy and all of the TV's and lighting was awesome! This is a very pet-friendly property and I think our pups enjoyed it as much as we did. It is centrally located and easy to find. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. We hope to come back and enjoy this amazing property!

Amazing House!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Master bathroom is huge!! Lots of closet space and drawers to put all your stuff. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and even containers for leftovers! in addition to plenty of space to store food. Pool area is great and screen keeps bugs away. We were able to bring our kayaks and small fishing boat to navigate through the canals and the river and it was very easy to dock the boat and put kayaks in the water from the deck. There is a smart TV in each room great to enjoy at the end of the day. The neighborhood was great for morning or night walks and there is a playground and public boat ramp less than a mile away. A big plus, Randy was alway immediately available to answer any questions! If traveling with kids this place is great, my kids loved it and there is a water park 15 minutes away. Hope we can come back soon!

Stayed 4 days with friends

Property was very clean and well stocked, and updated. Pool heater worked great and hot tub was excellent. Owner was very proactive and checked in on us and answered any questions quickly. Great house layout and if you needed an office desk etc. WIFI worked great and plenty of TV's. Only thing was the gas fire pit by the dock wasn't working which owner explained that its been a challenge since hurricane to get a maintenance man to fix. Secure neighborhood for walking and close to everything you need for shopping. Highly recommend this house for a getaway vacation.

Awesome Property

Randy and Mary’s Cape Coral home is even better than the description! We have rented a number of vacation properties in Arizona and Florida over the past few years, and this Cape Coral home is, by far, our favourite rental! The entire home is lovely, but our favourite part of the house is the lanai area equipped with an outdoor TV, saltwater swimming pool, and relaxing hot tub. In addition, the home is located in a great neighbourhood, which is close to two shopping centres as well as the Midpoint Bridge. Randy and Mary were wonderful hosts - readily available to answer questions - and their attentiveness to their renters is top-notch. We are counting down the days until we can return to this awesome property!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in Cape Coral. The house is so inviting and relaxing. Randy was great to respond and work with. We would definitely recommend this house.

Restful Vacation Spot!

We spent two enjoyable weeks at this property with extended family. It is a lovely house with updates in every room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor setting more than expected! We loved the pool area and utilized the outdoor table which accommodated our group of 5 comfortably. Thank you, Randy and Mary, for being so responsive to the questions we had!👍
