Amazing Mooresville lakefront home with heated pool, hot tub, wet bar, dock. Close to all of the town amenities of Mooresville.

Relax in this impressive custom 4700 sq.ft. newly furnished lakefront home on a 1.5 acre lot with over 400 feet of shoreline. Five spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 and 3 full baths and 1 half baths with towels provided. Two great rooms and two full kitchens to provide separate entertainment needs. Whole house audio system that also has outdoor speakers.

TWO fully stocked kitchens feature cooktop, stainless appliances and eat in bar for 6 and breakfast table for 8. Formal dining room seats 6-8 guests and is easy access to kitchen.

Pool/hottub that can be heated with views of the lake. Boat dock for your boat tie-up. Outdoor fire pit for entertaining. Local rental boats & jet skis can be rented at marinas close by. Owner may use their boat during your stay the cove is great no wakes with mooring whips for your boat. Linens and cleaning service provided. Two theater rooms one on lower level with 1 on second. Two bedrooms with Kings, Two with queens, additional bunk room sleeps 11 kids easily. We are pet friendly with prior approval and pet deposit given.

One week...A lifetime of memories!

They say a picture paints a thousand words...and how wonderful it was to drive up and see exactly what you had imagined in your mind. There was plenty of room for the twelve of us...which included seven adults and five children under the age of seven. From the game room, big screen TVs, back porch, grill, beautiful yard and the fabulous pool...we enjoyed every single inch of this great home. Communication with Justin, the owner, was so easy. He was very helpful and always responded quickly!

Great location!

This was a very nice house with a pool and great Lake location. House was clean except dishes, cups and utensils and a few pots and pans were dirty, with dried food. Had to wash everything before we could use them. Pump on the pool broke after first day, when we tried to turn on the hot tube. Did not get fixed until 2 days left in our 6 day stay. Overall great place to stay with everything you would want. Had to give it an overall 4 star because of the dirty dishes and broke pool filter.

Annual Family Vacation

We decided to change the location of our annual family vacation after visiting our old neighbors who now reside at Lake Norman. Our stay at the Mayhew home was such a memorable holiday. There was something for everyone. The home is large and comfortable for everyone to have their own room. Raising three girls it is always a requisite to have 3 rooms. The rooms had plenty of space to store or hang our clothes for the week. We enjoyed playing ping pong, pac-man and basketball in the downstairs 3rd garage turned game room. The outdoor space is beautiful. The pool included a diving 'rock' where our 6 year old grandson perfected his cannonball. The pool deck had a lot of tables and chairs and much needed umbrellas to cover us from the summer heat. On several evenings we enjoyed the outside firepit. The house has a generous backyard and it sits on a small cove. Our daughters and son in laws used the paddle boards and kayaks. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it along the side of their dock with plenty of room for manuvering in and out of the cove. Our host made checking in as seemless as could be. He answered my questions in a timely manner. The home was supplied with bed linens, bath towels and pool towels. All of the other amenities were addressed in the home's online description. I think we were supposed to have a tour from the house manager but I didn't read that until well inot our vacation. We had a pool at a previous home so that would have been our only questions.

Perfect house

We loved this house and would stay there again. The pool and house were perfect and the private yard with dock access was so relaxing. The game room and basement was a great place for our college kids to hang out in the evenings.

Great Family Vacation

This property has it all! Plenty of room, waterfront with a dock, pool and every amenity you could want for a family with all ages. Justin is a terrific host and communicates very effectively. The house and grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept. Go enjoy a great get away!

Everyone had a blast. The home was comfortable and had everything you could need. The pool and dock were great. Well taken care of. We will definitely come again

Love this place!

This property is phenomenal! The house is beautifully positioned on a quiet cove with all the amenities. Big rooms, bright and sunny with a great pool, yard, game room and more. Justin, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Stunning Property

The host, Justin, was excellent in communicating with me. The pictures of the property do not reflect its beauty. We were a party of 3 generations: 6 grandchildren under the age of 10 and 8 adults. We were comfortable in the house with plenty of room. The pool and seating area were excellent. The pool is deep at one end, shallow at the other and large. The best pool I have had! The grounds are beautiful and we used it as a backdrop for a series of family photos. Lake Norman is huge and I highly recommend renting a boat. Hot tub was awesome! Kids liked the game room.

Awesome BAC

This was such a fun, relaxing vacation for our family. Great location in a no wake zone with a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding which was provided by the owner. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the large yard. The house was very clean and well supplied. The owner was easy to communicate with and was nice enough to let us check in early on our day of arrival. We met with Everett, the property manager. He was always available when we needed him and such a pleasant person to meet and talk to. I 100% recommend this vacation rental. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. The pool and game room kept the kids entertained as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. We fished from the dock and also rented a boat for the day- it was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

Excellent property. Room for all and great amenities. The only surprise is that no soap was provided

Property was great but no soap for showering, bathing or washing hands was provided let alone shampoo and body cream as every hotel provides. We thought that very odd especially during Covid. After traveling 16 hours to get there and getting groceries before our arrival it was extremely annoying to run out to get soap for everyone. But property was great and pictures online represented it perfectly.

Great place for family of all ages

We stayed for a week with my multigenerational family and had a blast. They supplied us with pool toys, two paddle boards and two kayaks. You can rent a jet ski or boat from local businesses and they will deliver to the dock. We had no need to leave our little paradise.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It had all we needed to have a great time. From the spacious well-decorated house, to the beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. The dock was perfect for our boat which is located in a private quiet cove. There were also two paddle boards and kayaks available which everyone in our group enjoyed. The owner, Justin, was so responsive and welcoming. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Family Vacation

This is a very nice house, on a beautiful, quiet cove off on Lake Norman. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. Would be great for a family gathering with a lot of kids.

Amazing house and location!

My friends and I happened to find this house when we were looking for a destination to celebrate my 50th birthday and we completely lucked out! The house itself was absolutely perfect - beautiful furnishings, tons of space for lounging, cooking and sleeping, and the game room was tons of fun. The pool, hot tub, firepit and huge yard were all top notch and were put to a lot of good use at various times over the four nights we were there. And the private dock was wonderful... we rented a pontoon boat and two jet skis for a couple of days and it was totally convenient and a ton of fun. The lake is beautiful! I would give this property 10 stars if I could. It would be great for families as well. And the owner, Justin, was very welcoming and always got right back to me with answers to my questions. We couldn't be happier with our stay!
