## Space

Located a 5-min walk from the Anatole Jakovsky Museum of Naive Art, this sublime 2-bedroom with terrace and swimming pool can accommodate up to 4 people. With its panoramic view over the sea and the hills of Nice, close to the beaches, public transport and stores of the city, this apartment will be perfect to enjoy a pleasant stay in Nice.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a secure condominium (with elevator), this beautiful, spacious and bright apartment of 105 sq. m includes:
- 25 sq. m of sunny terrace overlooking splendid park,
- a spacious and bright living room,
- 2 charming bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 cm) each,
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub),
- a well-equipped separate kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and air conditioning,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- access to the communal swimming pool, tennis court and parking lot of the condominium.

## Neighborhood

In addition to the restaurants, bars, stores close to the building, you will have easy access to the city of Nice thanks to the public transport situated just a stone’s throw away. If you want to relax for a while, you will be close to the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais as well as the park “Carol de Roumanie”. For a bit of cultural activities, you will be able to find the Anatole Jakovsky Museum of Naive Art or the Municipal Archives of Nice just a stone’s throw from the accommodation. Lastly, you will be able to reach the center of Nice in 20 min by transport in order to enjoy all the appeals of the French Riviera!

Nice condo in a parklike setting
Very nice and well appointed condo surrounded by beautiful gardens. The unit is very large and elegant. European style bathroom with hand shower in the tub and separate toilet. The condo location can be challenging: if coming by taxi you need to carry your luggage over garden steps and gravel to a distant entryway. If driving, the parking garage is accessible on a completely different street hard to locate even by local Uber drivers. Communication with management was spotty at best. The assigned receptionist was pleasant enough but there was a language barrier and inability to explain the convoluted entry process. The supervisor was short and totally dismissive of the challenges a foreign traveler might have. Other than the super stressful self check in process the place is very nice and conveniently located to the tram line. Be prepared to climb some hills though.

Wonderful property with panoramic views
Wonderful, open-air apartment with beautiful views both to the water and to the inner courtyard. About ten minutes walk on the slope from the tram station (a little difficult when carrying the luggages up the slope), but close to the promenade. The apartment is privately secured in a gated community with beautiful landscape. Directions to the apartment are vague, hard to follow and communication with the property management could be improved. For example, if items are needed in the apartment, they could be left outside the door, and not depending on the renters to be home, since it's such a secure area. Overall a nice experience, I warmly recommend it due to the size and layout.

Place was great; Check in was a nightmare
I would stay here again because it is a great place and a great location. Oh and what a view. However, the check-in process was very difficult, the place to hold luggage while you wait don't exist, and the communication in the few days before was incomplete. To do it again, I would just ask a lot more questions.

Very nice, a little outdated
The check-in was difficult for a non-French speaking person. The key was located in a lockbox on one street and the car parking entrance was on another street. The apartment had a great view of the Med. The TV was great and very large. The furniture was outdated and worn. Be aware it is your responsibility to empty the trash when you depart. Overall, a good experience.

Großzügige luftige Wohnung
Sehr gute Lage, tolles direktes Umfeld, sehr gepflegt und sauber! Kein Lärm! Mit 2 Balkonen ideal auch im Sommer zu lüften und ein kühles Plätzchen zu haben. Manko: die Küchenausstattung! Schäbiges buntgewürfeltes Geschirr mit Macken und mäßige, billige Töpfe und Pfannen. Eine schöne Mahlzeit mit tollen provencalischen Produkten zu kochen war eine Herausforderung und den Tisch ansprechend zu decken war nur mit eigenen Anschaffungen möglich, die wir dann mit nach Hause genommenn haben. Ansonsten alles tiptop!
