Perched on the hills above Franconia, right at the entrance to Franconia Notch, this beautiful craftsman home will wow you with its view of Cannon Mountain and the surrounding mountains. When you walk in, you will find an open concept dining room/living room/kitchen with an impressive stone wood burning fireplace and beautiful rustic furniture perfectly positioned to soak in the majesty of Cannon Mountain and the Kinsman Range towering right in front of you. The show continues outside, when you step onto the large patio with expansive mountain views offering a beautiful built in outdoor grill area and stone fire pit. Watching the sun set from this beautiful spot is a real treat! you also can't beat the convenience, just minutes to Cannon Mountain, Echo Lake, Franconia Notch, Loon Mountains and the many area attractions - from Santa's Village to the Cog Rail to magnificent hikes and scenic drives.

Primary Bedroom: Located on the main floor and features a King size bed and a twin day-bed with trundle with attached bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower and separate toilet.
Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the main floor and features a Queen size bed and a shared attached bathroom.
Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the main floor and features a Queen size bed, Twin Day Bed, and a shared attached bathroom.
Guest Bedroom #4: Located on the LOFT level and features 2 Queen size beds. Sleeps 4.
Bathroom #1: Located in the master bedroom.
Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub combo located between Bedrooms 1 and 2.
Bathroom #3: Full bath with shower located off of the entryway.
Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers granite countertops, a drip coffee maker and cozy breakfast bar that seats 3!
Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with large rustic dining table that seats 6 and comfortable furniture that surrounds the grand stone wood burning fireplace. Views of the Cannon Mountain ski slopes from every window and access to the back yard and patio.
Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living/entertaining area with Foosball, Pool Table and darts! Not fully finished, but a great extra space for large families or gatherings!
Outdoor Area: Back deck accessed from main level living area. Outdoor patio/entertainment space with grill, stone fire pit and stunning views of Cannon Mountain! The private back yard may be shared with wildlife from time to time!

Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 3 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
