New gravel pad with large firepit you can cook on that everyone loves Has a pad table near the dock to have lunch while enjoying the water and watching the kids swim. A grill on the huge side porch is a perfect place for private tanning and grilling. Large Covered rear porch to enjoy the view with table and umbrella as well. Outdoor ceiling fans offer cool comfort on the porches. Located in a peaceful cove along Lake Chickamauga, you'll find views of the water, mountains and sunsets. Boat up 20 minutes up the river and experience going through a lock on the river up to Watts Bar Lake (free).

Large LOOP driveway that makes for a pull through with your boat. Have had as many as 6 boats there at one time. Power available at the dock, carport and outside of the garage. Dayton Boat ramp about 20-25 min away. Boat ramp available at the Cotton Port Marina across the cove (2 min drive) and a community ramp about 5 min away (OK to park trailers on the grass inside the loop). The new kitchen is convenient and fully equipped, and the great room design ensures even the chef is included in the conversation and fun. Very neat 2 story spiral staircase takes you to entertainment room downstairs, bedroom, bath. Midfloor consist of kitchen, dining, master bedroom and bathroom. Top floor has bedroom with twin beds and balcony. Table with seating for 6 along with 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Access the lake from the lower or mid floor. Comfortable seating in the entertainment room for watching tv includes a couch and high-top table with chairs. This home feels expansive and comfortable with vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light.

Enjoy the Provided Kayaks. Large Yard for the kids to play. Enjoy your hot cocoa, s'mores or a glass of wine with friends and family on the rear porch. Use the kayaks to cross the cove and get a snack at the camp ground or explore the neighboring cove. We love the beautiful sunsets God provides free of charge.

Dayton, Athens, Decatur, Cleveland are close by with restaurants, shopping, groceries and fuel, and Chattanooga and Knoxville are each an hours drive for attractions, concerts, historical locations, live music, etc.

I have installed one security camera covering the driveway and one covering the rear yard. This helps me to sleep at night when the house is unoccupied.
