4 bedrooms, which includes a kids loft area where they can get away and play together. Large, open floor plan with family size dining island, and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of windows to view the most beautiful part of the beach. Huge 15x 40 Deck for sunbathing and viewing the Awesome sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of room for everyone and just down the steps and you’re on the beach. Check our reviews, what people are saying. BEST JUNE PRICES wont last long!

Wonderful beach vacation

The location was perfect and easy access to the beach. The view from the deck was beautiful. The owners were great. We would definitely stay here again. It is a memory maker.

The house was in a great location for what we wanted to do and the house has an amazing view to the ocean. Loved staying right off the beach!! Such a good fit for our family!

PCB beach was awesome each day but one, cause rip tides. The house was as it was list! Sleep 8 very comfortably and very nicely decorated. Me an my family and friends will for sure stay again. Perfect

This home was perfect for our family of 9. It is a older home but it is very quaint and well maintained. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen was well stocked and snacks and drinks were left for our arrival. The beach is beautiful and it is a very short walk from the house. There is a public access entrance close to the house but the beach was never crowded. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon.

Everything we hoped for

We’ve been looking forward to this trip for months and were not disappointed in the least. The access to the beach, the responsiveness of the hosts, and the wonderful deck and other amenities were absolutely wonderful. When we decide to visit PCB again
 we will absolutely plan our trip around this home!

Perfect stay

Could not have asked for a better vacation. The house was in a great location, clean and had easy acces and view of the beach! Home owners even xhecked on us halfeay through the week to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our 10 days

This home was just what we needed. When we walked in we saw the welcome basket and a spotless home. From the deck which we spent a lot of time we seen amazing sunsets and had a beautiful beach. Thank you Alex for checking on us during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. For those of you that love ice cream Hersheys Ice Cream shop was the best! Thank you Alex and Debbie for a beautiful experience!

Awesome location!

It was a little colder this year than expected so it was a little disappointing not to get to enjoy the water. Loved the location and the fact that everywhere we went was within a 10 minute drive. Owners were great with any problem that we had.

Great location on a dead end street. Beach wasn’t overly crowded even with it being a holiday week and close to a public beach access. Great communication from owners. Loved all the recommendations and local advice from Alex.

One of the best houses we have stayed at since coming to Panama City Beach!

The owner’s made you feel at home and they left snacks and a little note welcoming you when you got there! Checked on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. Location is perfect and the house is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Tons of room in the house and we just loved everything about it! Hated to go home- lol!

Great stay at pcb!

Love the property! Was so nice waking up to views of the emerald water. The house was perfect for us. Probably could have shared with another family even. The location is perfect for playing a baseball tournament at the new Publix sports park. About 10 minutes away. Close to restaurants, mini golf, etc. Can't imagine staying anywhere else at pcb.

Excellent Rental

We rented the house for two years in a row and we really enjoyed our stay each time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The large deck is a nice bonus and just steps from the beach. Great communication with the owners.

All we want is for families to have a great time, worry free and leave their cares at home.

My wife Debbie and I, in a labor of love remodeled this beautiful beach house. Weeks traveling around to find the perfect slabs of marble that are on the kitchen, island and bath.

What have people said most this year? We like to be able to leave our stuff on the beach, run up to the house for lunch, quick shower or cold drink and be able to leave our stuff and watch it from the the windows. Yes you are 8 steps and your in the sand, 200 feet to the waters edge. Don't believe it? bring your measuring tape and see!

One of the greatest gifts of Siloam Beach house is the peace it brings.
When laughter and love fill a place, peace follows. We hope you come and enjoy, this house and make it your summer home!
