Zelie Beach Paradise House is located on the East end of Panama City Beach offers guests a 3-bedroom w/ loft area, 3.5 baths: Sleeps 12 people max and offers guests a private pool. Heated seasonally upon request. This multi-level home offers plenty of space for everyone in the party to their own space, while all still being together. This home is located on a quiet residential street, down the street from Schooners Beach Bar and is a 2-minute walk to the Gulf. Dog friendly!

Main Level
Living Room: Sofa, Love & Chair, wall mounted smart tv.
Dining Area: Table & Chairs for 5 w/ extra seating at the bar area
Kitchen: Fully Stocked, includes both Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker
Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board *starter pack of laundry Soap provided.
Bedroom 1 w/ attached Bathroom: Queen bed, 40-inch ROKU tv & shared full bath w/ shower/tub combo, entrance to pool area.
Back Patio: Offers a heated Pool, lounge chairs & sitting area.
2nd Level:
Bedroom 2: Master Bedroom w/ King Bed, Private Balcony, 40 in ROKU tv & Private Bath including stand up shower, garden tub & water closet.
Bedroom 3: Twin/ Full Bed w/ 55-inch ROKU TV, Private Bath w/ tub/shower combo & toilet
3rd Level Loft: Queen/ Queen Bunk Beds w/ twin trundle, Half Bath, & 55-inch ROKU wall mounted TV. The top balcony is just off this room. Air Hockey Table No longer provided.

Table w/ 6 chairs & 3 Polywood High Top Chairs, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.
Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy.
This house is dog friendly â 1 dog: 25 lb. weight maximum, with a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee, being requested after booking, once you register the dog on the reservation. No puppies or cats. Absolutely no exceptions. Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur, or extra cleaning is required by housekeeping. Your dog will not be allowed to use the bathroom in the fenced in pool area. Please do not allow you dog in the pool. Dog hair causes filters to clog. If you do you will be responsible for the trip charge for our pool tech to come out. Please keep your dog out of the pool. If the dog is left inside of the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This house sleeps 12 people max. No exceptions.
This property has a 4-car maximum. Only 4 standard size vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property at any time. No parking on the street or anywhere else but our driveway.
From October 1st to April 30th the pool will only be able to be heated upon request after booking. If a guest wishes to have the pool heated during those months a request for $50.00 a day will be requested & must be paid in full by your second payment due date. If that charge is not paid in full at that time guests won't be able to heat the pool. This request is nonrefundable after it's paid. No exceptions. Guests must pay for the entire length of the stay.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am â if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
