This large and familial 160 sq. m house on two levels, stylishly decorated and very bright thanks to its large windows, includes :
- a beautiful 800 sq. m garden with salt water swimming-pool, terrace and barbecue,
- a large and bright living room,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a nice and well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi and fan.
Cars can be parked on the yard.

## Neighborhood

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment. Shops will be just nearby, with numerous shops including a shopping center, a supermarket and restaurants 5 min walking away, and it will just take you 15 min by car to join the beach. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

Mora bus stop (line 42) → 2 min by foot
Mora - De Gaulle bus stop (lines 2, 40 and 42) → 4 min by foot
From the station (Bayonne) → 12 min by transports or 10 min by car
From the airport (Biarritz) → 35 min by transports or 20 min by car
