This a private home in a duplex. The only shared space with the other home is the front porch and the backyard space. We also rent the entire house as a 6 bedroom rental if you have a group larger than 6 adults. If you have any questions about the space or layout please let us know

Guests will have access to the entire house which includes a nice front porch for people watching and a cozy little back yard for your afternoon cocktails.

House Rules:
- No parties or events. Guests will be asked to leave immediately, and extra cleaning charges will be forced.
- No smoking inside the home. Guests found smoking in the home will be asked to leave and charged extra cleaning costs.
