The perfect location

This was the PERFECT location for our stay in Newport Beach. We were within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and within very close walking distance of the beach. The property was loaded with everything we could need. Lou was very helpful and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of four girlfriends takes an annual long weekend trip together, and this year’s stay was absolutely perfect! The house was amazing, spotless, fully stocked, and so comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the garage had every beach toy and accessory you could ever want.The location couldn’t be better. It was close to everything. We walked almost everywhere all weekend! There are fantastic restaurants, shops, and both piers, all within walking distance. We even rode the provided beach cruisers (which were in excellent condition and super comfy) all the way around the Back Bay loop trail (10.5 miles!) and through the Peninsula. It was such a blast!Lew, our host, was wonderful, so friendly and responsive. He greeted us at check-in, gave us a quick tour, and answered messages right away. Since no one was checking in the day we left, he even offered us a late checkout without us asking, such a thoughtful touch.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This place truly deserves 10 stars if we could give them! We’ve already decided we’re coming back next year!

Friends Weekend

Four of us that meet yearly stayed at Lou’s place in Newport Beach. His home is in a great location, beautifully maintained and super comfortable. We travelled up and down PCH eating at great restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the view of the ocean despite the rainy and cold weather.

Great location and Clean home!

Enjoyed this beautiful home for a quick getaway. Owner Lou very accommodating, the home is in a perfect location close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Loved the garbage with all the necessary beach equipment. Our teen boys loved the proximity to the beach. The home was fully equipped with kitchen needs, towels and comfortable beds. Very organized and clean. Looked forward to staying here again!

Nice escape

My mother in law, husband and kids love the nice escape to the beach. And this house had everything we need to clean and in walking distance grocery store, restaurants, and most important the breach . The house was equipped with a full kitchen, beach towels and chairs, toys for the kids, a wagon (that was nice, we didn’t have to carry anything ). Lou was very responsive to any questions we had and it was nice to meet him and show us where everything were in the house. We will love to go back next time we’re in Newport!

Christmas at the Beach

This is our second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. Due to really bad rain our beach Christmas turned into a cozy couple of days around the fire. The property is so well appointed that we had absolutely everything to cook Christmas dinner. And well I can not say enough about Lou the owner. From meeting the Instacart for us because they got there to early to having the fire waiting for us when we arrive. Lou is like family and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be back !

Beautiful Home

This home was more than we could have ever asked for, from the location, amenities to the cleanliness. The home was fully equipped with everything that we could have asked for. The home and its layout was perfect for my wife, and our two boys. There's absolutely no need to bring anything for the beach. It's provided for you, from toys that kidoos can play with, to coolers built into the beach chairs. This house WILL NOT disappoint. OMG, this is the most cozy, charming and cleanliness place we’ve ever stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’m a sucker for TVs in the bedroom and three rooms had smart TVs. The house has everything you could ask for. The kitchen well supplied, the beds are comfortable, close to the beach, and there is an array of beach equipment in the garage. Lou (the owner)even brought a large bunt cake for my family. There were five people in my group and it more than sufficed. I would highly suggest staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

Best Newport VRBO Experience I've Ever Had

I was amazed at how thoughtful and warm and welcoming Lou was. He has literally thought of everything for this house. Every beach toy and accessory we could have wanted was there for us! He even had a rolling canvas grocery cart for the store across the street. That was SUPER convenient! The kitchen was quite literally, fully stocked. I could have cooked pretty much anything in that kitchen. Lots of spices, plenty of condiments, toaster oven, crock pot, pots and pans.. it really had everything! The walk to the beach was no big deal. I have grown up staying right on the sand every summer, so I was a little leary about staying a little further away. AND we had 2 babies! It really wasn't a big deal at all! It's a great location! Perfect distance from pier and other yummy restaurants in the other direction. I highly recommend this house!

By far the best rental we have had!

I didn’t want to leave a positive review as that helps Lou get more bookings which then makes it harder for us to book again when we come back. 😉 However, since Lou is amazing. I couldn’t do the above. Lou did it right! Super clean, comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen stocked with all dishes, coffee, creamer etc. The bedrooms are so cozy and comfortable, we slept in every day. The linens and towels top notch. The air conditioner works very well. The availability of the washer and dryer was a plus. The neighbors are very nice, the neighborhood is clean, with a great vibe. If your here for just the beach, you do not need a rental car. There is so many restaurants and shops, grocery stores within walking distance. The garage is loaded with beach toys, wagons, bikes, everything you need. The only negative comment I could leave is California has too small of garbage cans, we filled all of Lou’s cans in our 4 day stay, sorry Lou!! We will be back, we have found our forever beach rental. Thank you Lou and Bella.

A Hidden Gem

Hands down the best stay in Newport Beach! You won’t regret staying here with friends, family, children or whoever. Lou has you covered on everything, just pack your clothes and make a stop at Ralph’s on the way in if you plan on cooking (there’s a grocery right across the street, but it’s more expensive). We felt as though we were the first people to stay there. A “10”+ for cleanliness! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Lou has done an amazing job with this property. From all of the fully stocked amenities to his amazing hosting skills. Not to mention the absolutely delicious cookies he brought for us. We really enjoyed riding the bikes he provided from the fully equipped garage, around Newport and Balboa. I wish we could have stayed longer because there is sooo much to do! The walkability of this property is perfect. Everything we needed in walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and literally right down the street. We also drove to LA to check out the sites, but there is so much more in driving distance to see. I really can’t say enough, if you are coming to Newport Beach stay here, you won’t regret it! Lou was amazing, met us to walk through the condo and offered us early access to beach gear and to store luggage while we waited for it to be cleaned.Great location near the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Had a car but didn’t need it (unless we were exploring other beach towns). One of the best stocked places we’ve traveled to! There was an issue with the hot water heater that was fixed (a nice brand new hot water heater has been installed) so there won’t be issues going forward! Lou took great care to not inconvenience us with the new installation.Would highly recommend and would stay again!

I have been traveling to Newport Beach for the last 25 years to visit my family. I really enjoy the area, and what it has to offer, most importantly how I can park the car and walk or bike anywhere I want to go.
I am a semi retired business man, and I really enjoy traveling, food, photo, friends, family and the gym.

After searching for many months and doing some intense research I wanted to be on a street that was MOST desirable! There are few blocks that are prime location in Newport and I know this is one them. Being so close to the beach is a given, however walking distance to the grocery store, many great eateries, bike rentals, breweries,
boat rentals, lido island, I just had to be on 30th Street.

In addition to the prime location, I am one of the few that has a 3 bedroom and 3 bath home/condo. The layout of the house is perfect! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is great for privacy.

When going on vacation there is such much to remember to pack, and especially on a beach vacation. You need a host of items to bring to the beach. What makes this special and unique, having traveled throughout the years, I provide everything that is needed.
Linens for the bed, (I know it sounds ridiculous) but yes some beach rentals in newport require you to bring your linens. Beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, ice chest, kids toys like a shovel and pail, cornhole, variety of balls and toys, fishing poles, etc.
