Wow! You will not be disappointed in this great Nihilani condo! Decorated throughout beautifully with an island flare and loaded with nostalgic pieces to set the mode for your island retreat! Upgraded finishes are sure to please. This kitchen is loaded with everything you will need and accommodate whatever meal you can dream up. The layout is designed so that everyone has their own space. The two lanai spaces allow for some outdoor living and the pool is conveniently located close by. The 2 car garage is a bonus and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cooler and more. Feel like taking a bike ride through the pathways of Princeville? The four bicycles are a fun amenity not found in most condos for your use (signed waiver required). The North shore is home to many pristine beaches, adventurous hiking trails, an array of water activities, the famous Hanalei Bay and sunsets like no other. Oh and did I mention the rainbows!

Wonderful property

We loved the property as it was a beautiful home equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item we could ask for and we loved using the surfboards, bikes and loaner water shoes. I highly recommend staying here .

Comfortable and east

Great comfy home base for an action-packed holiday. Has everything you need to pack light - towels, snorkels, fins, chairs, floaties, coolers and so on. Everything well organized. Great beds, everyone slept very well.

Gorgeous Home and Thoughtful Host

We stayed for three nights (wished it was longer) with our kids 18 and 20 years old. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the lanai for early morning coffees and leisurely afternoon lunches. The condo is incredibly well stocked from kitchen amenities to movies to games to beach gear. I usually don’t write reviews, but my daughter insisted I do so because we had such a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and home

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family of six. We’ve rented on the island three times, and this was by far our favorite rental. Clean, well stocked, and perfect location. Quick note: If you want to use bikes, you need to fill out the waiver and send to manager to receive code. This was only piece of info that was not readily available. But the manager was super responsive when we asked.

Will stay here again

Beautiful facility. Had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough items. Wery close to pool 👍 Water feature across street kept the master bedroom sleepers up all night. It wasnt the water itself it was the pumps running the water. They sounded like bullfrogs. Other than that the property was perfect.

Short stay in Princeville

Large, top floor condo in nice complex. Garage door remote and keypad did not work, but not a huge issue. Kids loved the pool, kitchen was well-stocked, A/C was sufficient and the tech (Wi-Fi, TV, etc.) worked without any issues. Decor was very heavy on Tommy Bahama with local antiques/vintage items mixed in. We were only there for three nights, but it would be a comfortable place to stay longer and take more advantage of things the condo (e.g. bikes) and surrounding area has to offer.

Beautiul Condo

The condo is decorated as beautifully as the photos. The owner definitely has excellent taste from the furniture to the art on the walls. This home does not look like your typical rental. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Especially loved all the storage containers! Large lanai that we could all enjoy together - sitting, sipping and dining. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs as well as other beach toys and bikes. The road in front of the home gets a little noisy at times but nothing to worry about and always quiet in the evenings. The pool, grills and trash disposal very nearby and convenient. We would definitely recommend!

Loved it with few exceptions

Pool wasn’t heated. Very cold! Mold or mildew in showers needed to be addressed. Needed better toilet paper. Bathroom for green bedroom needed the toilet paper holder removed and placed on a stand or something different, it was too close to the toilet and no one could sit there without having it hit you in the back. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed every other aspect of the VRBO! Excellent!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Every amenity you could imagine - even more than we have at our house! One complaint would be the master bedroom faces another property across the street, which turns their fountain off at night. A loud motor comes on intermittently, which, ironically, sounds like a bullfrog. Very noisy and irritating when you’re trying to enjoy a quiet tropical vacation. Mentioning this for those who are sensitive to noise. I would recommend earplugs if using that bedroom.

Wish we could give 5 stars, but management fell short

We stayed here with a family of adults and kids. Pros: -great kitchen with everything you need for lots of cooking -nice pool -great location -feels cozy and clearly someone cares about the condo Cons: -management company is poor, they seem to know about problems but don't fix them. The front door lock still doesn't work (see previous reviews commenting on this problem --and being in Hawaii has nothing to do with fixing it, you can buy this lock at big box store for $100). The main freezer still doesn't work and will not keep food frozen (also, see previous reviews commenting on this problem). -garage is a bit tight for a large SUV or van, street parking is not allowed The actual condo deserves 5 stars. But the management company takes it down to 4 stars, sorry to say.

The property was clean, well decorated, and well furnished, and we loved it. It had a great layout for comfortable living, plenty of privacy for each bedroom, and the outside dining area was fantastic. I’ve never left a review, but the week we were there the whole time I was thinking, this time I’m leaving a review.

Family Vacation

The property was great for our three adult couples. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and nice beach towels. You have to park in the two car garage, which is a little tight to get into if you have two cars. Didn't see other parking options.

Full featured townhouse

Well equipped, high quality, spacious.We use vrbo a lot when we travel as it is better than cramped hotels and we like to spread out & also eat at home sometimes.The pictures dont do this place justice. It is much bigger than it looks with three large bedrooms, two are full suites and 3 large bathrooms. Nice furniture and bedding in all rooms. For fun we counted pillows: 13,11,9. Smallest room had its own lanai. The kitchen was more equipped than my own home with glasses for every cocktail youd want to make. Two car garage, beach gear, very nice bikes. Spacious living room. 4 eating areas including the lanai. Big place you can almost get lost. AC was good and quiet. Laundry was top notch appliances. We had everything we needed.The property is nice with a small community inside a larger resort. This community had a well maintained pool. It was quiet minus the roosters but this is kauai. The windows did a good job insulating from most noises.Walking paths, nice shrubbery. Queens Bath is walking or biking distance which is good because minimal parking there. Cant miss spot. Princeville has a nice market and hanalei has nice shopping and restaurants all short driving from the property.We have only stayed in one place as nice as this before, in Stowe Vermont.The property management team communciated well, instructions for everything posted and explained.Those reading, pls know i am being sincere. Nothing to complain about with this property.

Was very comfortable. Well stocked with dishware/pots/pans. Nice location. Decor was nice. Pool and grill area nice. Grills need some knobs.Beds very comfy.Parking in the garage all the time was a hassel especially when in and out. Lots of traffic main lanaie.
