Welcome to Andrea's Place, a dog-friendly 4 bed 3.5 bath home that sleeps 10. We are the right half of a duplex with a great ocean view and a community pool - what else could you ask for!

On the main level is the kitchen, living room, dining area, and half bath. The living room has an ocean view from the deck and a queen size sleeper sofa. We have cable TV in the living room and all the bedrooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite has an ocean view deck, king bed, and on-suite bathroom. Just down the hall is a hall bathroom with tub/shower and full size washer / dryer, and two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and vaulted ceiling and one with two twin beds. On the ground floor is a private bedroom with queen bed, and its own full bath.

We have parking for two vehicles in the driveway. In the garage we have a ping pong table and bikes, so there is no room for a third vehicle. If you have a third vehicle you can NOT park it here in the grass or you will be towed. Please refer to our Local info & FAQs for information on additional parking.

We are a short two-minute walk to the public beach access and two blocks from the Kure Beach pier!
The community pool is shared and just outside your back door. This pool is managed by an outside HOA company. We are not responsible if it closes, and this does not qualify you for a refund or discount.


The Kure Beach Police Department requires bike riders to wear helmets at all times. Make sure to bring your own, or you can rent them from Pleasure Island Rentals.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.
This home allows up to 2 medium-sized, well-behaved dogs with a $225 non-refundable pet fee. Pee pads are not allowed in the home.

NOTE: While this is a dog friendly property, The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31. Dogs are NOT allowed on Kure Beach beach April 1 - September 30. You must have on your person a bag or container for pet waste until it can be properly disposed of. Said bag or container must be produced upon request by anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance.
You can walk your dog on the beach year round in two areas: Freeman Park on the north end of Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State Recreation area, just south of the house. In Carolina Beach, leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 - September 30, and they are always allowed during the off season.
