Our home is conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street Ludlow and all its restaurants, shops, and bars and 2 miles from Okemo's Jackson Gore Summer Adventure Center & Golf Course. Several lakes, rivers, and parks including Camp Plymouth State Park, Buttermilk Falls, and Echo Lake are a short drive providing easy access to swimming, kayaking, biking, and hiking trails.
The open main floor has a spacious living room with a stone fireplace and curved TV with cable and streaming services, and a dining area with a large table perfect for games, puzzles and family meals. Relax outside on the wood deck with cushioned chairs, a new gas grill next to a small stream and a fenced-in area perfect for dogs. The kitchen comes complete with all you need to prepare meals including a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig & drip coffee makers. Off the main living area are two bedrooms ( Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed) and a full bathroom.
The bottom level comes with an additional living room, with a TV (Video only), pool table, and access to the covered, outside hot tub. Three bedrooms (Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 5: 1 Bunk Bed), and 1.5 baths. A washer and dryer are located on this level for your use.
A larger stream is located on the property a short walk from the house.
Strong Wifi is located throughout the house for all your work-from-home needs.
