Located on the first floor and comfortably accommodating up to four people, it consists of a dining/kitchen area, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. A special feature of the apartment is that it has an additional room on the landing, considered a bedroom.
The location of the apartment allows pleasant pedestrian access to the beaches of Port d'Avall and Boramar with its famous church bell tower, as well as to the shops and historic center of Collioure via the pretty seaside promenade surrounding the Château Royal.
