Our family gathers on Marco Island every year, and finding this Condo felt like striking gold. It’s beautifully renovated, spacious, and has everything we need—from comfy beds for all six of us to quality dishes, cutlery, a great coffee pot, and even a small air fryer. We walked the beach daily, explored the island, and took boat excursions that made lasting memories. There are fabulous restaurants that are our go-to spots for amazing Italian food. The host was a pleasure to work with—responsive and thoughtful. We’re not going anywhere else. Already planning next year’s stay!

Wonderful stay

We’ve been doing our family vacation to Marco Island for the past 4 years. This is the first year we chose to stay at Sandy Feet Retreat and this will absolutely be our go-to place from here on out. Suzanne met us at check in and walked us around the property grounds and made everything super easy. The location was perfect, and best part were the bunk beds for the kids. So many of the condos for rent have a second queen bed or 2 single beds, Suzanne did it right with bunk beds! We enjoyed the views from the balcony, staying right on the beach, and the cleanliness and comfort of the condo!

Relaxing Oasis

Suzanne was an absolutely wonderful host, she met us to provide keys upon arrival, and took the time to walk us through the property and even drove around to show us the covered parking. The condo was clean, as pictured, has great view and easy access to the amenities. The property is super clean, there are always cleaners and folks maintaining the grounds. It was also super safe and quiet. Great place to unwind and relax.

Wonderful stay! Excellent accommodations!

Suzanne is AWESOME! She goes above and beyond for her guests. Any time we needed anything she was there for us. The condo was very clean and the view was fabulous! Beach supplies including a wagon were provided by the owners which came in handy. Very nice and clean area. We were close to all restaurants and groceries. Highly recommend this condo and looking forward to another great stay here soon.

I cannot over state how lovely Suzanne is! She made us feel welcome and made things as easy as possible. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I traveled with small children and she truly welcomes children into her rental. As for the rental, it was amazing! I very thing was perfect, including the view! We already booked for next year and would recommend this property to everyone. It was a perfect vacation!

Perfectly appointed condo with stellar view

South Seas is a beautiful resort on the most perfect stretch of Tigertail beach. The communication with Suzanne from day 1 was amazing, she is very responsive and helpful. We've never stayed in a vacation rental with such attention to detail, there was literally everything we needed for the beach, in the kitchen, even found a first aid kit for a minor injury. Everything was clean, fresh and labeled (no guessing on light switches). The view from the condo is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Start of Retirement Vacation

Can't say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay. Condo perfectly met expectations, view of the beach and ocean were absolutely terrific. Was it a rather long beach walk to get to the ocean? Sure, but what better way to burn off those Pina Colada's from Quinn's or the Grouper from the Snook Inn the nights before. No problems, with the trek. Suzanne was a very attentive, helpful, host, quickly responding to any question we had. Totally recommend the "Sandy Feet Retreat" to any and all Marco visitors. We hope to be back...

Everything was perfect

This vacation rental property is perfect. Suzanne the owner, really knows what makes a condo comfortable for a renter. The place was immaculate. It was organized for ease and convenience. The communication with Suzanne was a 10. The condo was simply decorated in warm sand tones with aqua accents to compliment the view, very aesthetically pleasing. OH, AND THE VIEW IS AMAZING. If I am going to be in Florida, I want to see the ocean. From the living room and the bedroom windows all you can see is sand and ocean. All of these things made my stay relaxing and rejuvenating , exactly what I was hoping for.

Family Vacation.

Beautiful property! Nothing compares to the views from the balcony! The owners more than provide for their guests. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as linens. Suzanne was so welcoming and didn’t leave a detail out. It is a good distance from the condo to the water which was challenging with young kids but Suzanne made sure we were aware of that before booking. The section of the beach where the condo is is very quiet and not crowded with tourists which made our stay very relaxing. The pool was great for the hot days when we wanted a break from the beach. The one con we had was the condo pool attendant who really made you feel watched the whole time. We are rule abiding people but the pool attendants take it to a new level by constantly watching your every move.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved staying at this property- so much so that we asked the owner to rebook the same unit for spring break 2026. It is gorgeous and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. Suzanne does an excellent job communicating and making sure that we knew what to expect upon our arrival. It was a smooth check in process and we had no issues. Suzanne has thought of everything with regard to the unit. We have rented many places over the years and when I say this is the finest, I mean it. The beds, linens, towels, dishes and the well stocked kitchen were of high quality. They had a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen, which is great because it meant we didn’t have to buy water bottles while there. I appreciate that the owner has taken all of these extra steps for a great stay. Also, there were enough beach chairs for everyone and a beach wagon- which if you are familiar with the South Seas, you know it’s a must. It is a beautiful beach that is also quite expansive, but you will definitely want the right equipment. We personally love the walk and how big the beach is. Suzanne also had a cooler and other beach essentials for us in the condo. I give this stay an A and can’t wait to return.

Nice condo; exceptional owner!

Before we even got there, Suzanne sent an extensive list of recommendations for restaurants and attractions. She even included detailed info on which performers were providing live music during the dates we were there! She checked on us the first day to make sure everything was okay and it was. The unit is on the 6th floor; high enough to provide a beautiful view of the beach and ocean without giving you a nosebleed. The balcony is large and has plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and the appliances are nice. The property has a large pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is very very deep; while it takes a walk to get to the water, the sandy area is so large we can't imagine it ever being crowded. The room comes with a wagon and beach chairs to make it easier. If we are willing to return to a place, that's our highest compliment. We would gladly go back to this unit!

Beautiful, very clean condo.

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Suzanne was wonderful to work with. So friendly and informative. She let us know of restaurants and activities in the area that we might enjoy. She kept us well informed on how to get into the condo upon arrival, and what was needed to check in. The condo was beautiful and spotless. What you see in the pictures, is what you get. Everything you would ever need on vacation was available to use. A wagon for the beach, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys for kids, beach towels, any type of kitchen supplies, even 2 types of coffee makers. The beach was right outside of the condo but it took a few minutes to walk to the water. It’s a very large beach area. We used the wagon to bring everything to the beach and with the big tires, it worked really well. Not many restaurants on the beach, but some really good places to eat within walking distance on the road. The pool was really nice and clean also, although we went to the beach on most days.

Beautiful Unit

Sometime when looked at photos in the listing, it's typically a few years old, but not this one. In fact, there was more update added to the unit not included in the photos such as TV is now mounted on the wall, the router has no antennas, swirl chair in the corner, just to point out a few. If I have to nit pick: -Kitchen appliances doesn't fully match (they're from multiple manufacturers) -Cookware could be a few more pieces. Maybe a stainless steel set. -Beach gear has sign of rust. As for the building, they could of blow the cut grass off the walkway and trim a tree a little so that it doesn't hit people on face while walking to the beach. But, like I said, those items are truly nit picking. Everything is functional. Highly recommended (even with 8 minutes walk to the beach)

This was a great getaway place!I played a round of golf several mornings a week, while my wife enjoyed the beach just steps from our door. Afternoons were spent biking around the island - the whole place has such a laid back, welcoming vibe!We dined at local restaurants that truly impressed us, Great Seafood!And the view from the condo? It is a full sweep of the crescent beach, totally unobstructed and absolutely stunning.The unit was clean, stocked, and those Tempur-Pedic beds? Game-changer for a great night's sleep. We will be back, for sure!

This condo is EXCEPTIONAL! It was impeccably clean with attractive decor, well-stocked (the condo even has a lighted vanity mirror with magnification for older eyes and a split mattress with adjustable base, so that each partner will be comfortable). In addition, Suzanne and her husband were the BEST HOSTS we've ever encountered, and we've had many! Last, but not least, this condo offers a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!!! This is the only condo we will rent when visiting Marco!

Has everything you need

Owner was very communicative, condo was spotless and had everything you need including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The ocean view was amazing and the area had some good food and shopping options! In our opinion the pool was nice but we only spent one day there. Cannot have food but can have drinks.

My husband grew up in NJ. He was a JAG officer in the air force and afterwards set up practice in Miami. I grew up in Western KY near Nashville, TN. After relocating with my company to Miami, my husband and I met. Over the years, we visited Marco Island and fell in love with it. Upon retirement, we decided to relocate. We live on Marco Island full time now. Recently, we decided to purchase a condo at South Seas for rental to let others discover why we call Marco our "Island paradise". Our purchase was complete on July 1, 2020. Of course the 79 VRBO high ratings associated with this condo caught our eye. The view is spectacular and it has nice furnishings. We did decide to upgrade though and purchase all new furniture for the entire condo.

There is much to love about Island Life. First of all, you always feel like you are on vacation with the beach, water and palm trees. It's so relaxing. Here are some of our favorite things we select from to do each day. We enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking Marco Island’s extensive white crescent beach and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While walking the beach, we often see dolphins frolicking. We enjoy swimming, boating, tennis, pickle ball, biking, etc. Some of our friends like to hire a guide with a boat & go deep sea fishing. Then we relax overlooking the Gulf with our cocktails as we watch the Sunset. There will be a few months in the summer/fall that you will not have Sunset views from the condo, but you can walk down to the beach to see it. To close the evening, we head to one of our favorite restaurants. Although we live here full time, it feels like we are always on vacation.
