An Adirondack Exclusive! This Brant Lake home features a fully appointed kitchen, bar/entertainment room, hot tub, pool table and the best sunsets around! The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an upstairs sleeping area, sleeping 10 guests comfortably. A patio leading to the new dock, a piano and porch/playroom make this the ultimate family getaway. The home is located 7 miles off of Exit 25 of I-87, 25 minutes from Gore Mountain, 10 minutes from Dynamite Hill and has access (across the road) to the North Warren Trailblazers snowmobile club trails. It is the perfect Adirondack destination no matter what the season!

This is a very beautiful house. And the location is perfect. Our whole family came, and had a wonderful time enjoying each other in the big kitchen and the big entertainment room. We also love swimming right off the dock, and of course the kids loved catching fish. Erin is a wonderful host, and is always looking out for us.

Amazing house on lake

Amazing place for families! We had two families and there was plenty of space. So many toys my kids couldn’t believe it. Hot tub with lake views was amazing. Clean and very communicative and helpful host. Would love to try in summer sometime. Frozen lake was beautiful.

Well appointed waterfront home

We had a lovely 4 night stay mid August 2024. The location is ideal. The view is beautiful. The house has everything you need for enjoyable vacation. There are several sitting areas, a huge game room, well appointed kitchen, dining room with lake views and a flagstone patio overlooking the lake with comfortable furniture.We will definetly return.

A Great Lake house

My family, and I had a wonderful stay! The fishing was fantastic, the swimming was delightful. And very importantly, there was a whole house generator, which kicked on when, due to severe weather, the entire area lost power, but we didn’t. Thanks so much to Erin, who is a wonderful host and great to communicate with.

Perfect location

This was the second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time. The house is perfect for everyone, lots of toys for the kids, awesome bar area for the adults and couldn’t be any closer to the water. The kids already want to go back.

Prime Location

Private point of ground, clean, quiet lake, beautiful home. Perfect for my 4 generation family reunion. Only problems we had were the hot tub - could not get it above 78 degrees and the high spotlights - could not reach for replacement and many were out. Minor issues and did not want to bother the host.

A Touch of Tranquility

Our family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) spent a week together in an amazing peaceful location on Brant Lake. The rooms in this lake house were spacious, the kitchen fully stocked, the play room had numerous toys for the grandkids to use, and the laundry room was easy to access. Our grandkids loved the fishing and room at the dock was used for our jet ski and to swim off. The night air was great and peaceful to sit by the fire pit while we enjoyed listening to each others humor. The communication of the owner was great. We were made to feel very welcome. Loved our stay!

Great House, Great Location!

Family of eight, 2 grandparents, 3 parents, 3 grandkids. Swam and fished everyday, caught em right off the shore. Beautiful lakeside home which was large and beautifully appointed! Erin, our host, was super communicative and extremely helpful! We would love to go back!

Weekend away

My girlfriends and I always try to pick a weekend to get away together, and this was the perfect spot. Multiple areas to socialize, big well equipped kitchen to cook in. Loved the hot tub and the indoor fireplace!! We hope to come back next year.

Great property, amazing views. Fun for all ages.

We had a great time! Our family came up to see the seasons changing and we were blown away by the views from this property. No matter the time of day (morning or evening) the lake and the mountains with a wide array of seasonal colors provided the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation. The house itself was very spacious with PLENTY of bedrooms and bathrooms. The home has a rustic feel with nice touches of modern amenities. We had guests aging from 3 to almost 70 and it catered to everyone. Between the outside lake area, hot tub, bar, pool table, kids room and plenty of sitting areas; there was always something to do when we weren’t out and about. Erin did a great job throughout our stay. She was friendly, communicative, and always had an answer for any of our questions. The only knocks I had was that they removed the dock for the lake mid-stay while my brother in law was literally fishing on it. I understand it had to be winterized, but the timing was interesting and we weren’t really given a heads up on that. But overall the stay was great and we would definitely do it all over again!!

Brant Lake beauty

This home is beautiful and worked well for us and our family, all 10 of us! The view is sooo perfect and the patio and yard were well used by us. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the home has enough room for everyone to find their own space. There is a beautiful gathering room with a bar and piano and poker table. Every room has a tv and enough seating for our family. Erin is easily reachable and helpful. If you want to have a fabulous lake vacation and have a beautiful view this house is it!

Breathtaking Home and Property

If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away, this is the place for you! It's VERY hard for me to relax, but I found myself able to just "let go" at this home and I am so very grateful to the Butler Family for sharing their treasure. The home itself is massive - so much more then the pictures show. It was like two separate homes! But we spent the majority of our time outside just enjoying the view of the lake and the peacefulness of it all. We had Kayaks and would kayak to the middle of the lake each day and loved to just sit idle in the water.... so relaxing. Every night the sun setting was amazing and just breathtaking. We really did not want to leave. We felt so blessed to be able to enjoy such an amazing home on our 20th wedding anniversary. We really hope to be able to do this again next year. Thank you!!
